Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. Keep up the excellent work!
Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. WPMU Dev have always been there to get me unstuck and saved me LOADS of time and hassle - well worth the money
I've been a member of WPMU Dev Premium since 2009 and I absolutely love it. Since I wanted to develop projects with multisite and buddypress, I knew from the beginning I should just stay close to the best on the field, and almost no one did any commercial products for WPMU back then, since it wasn't even part of the wordpress core.
What I got was beyond my expectations, since not only I have a myriad of awesome plugins and themes under my belt that cover a very wide range of functionalities for all sorts of web based projects of my own and for clients, but I also get unparalleled support, and this is worth 10x more the cost of the subscription. Any time I submit a ticket I get immediate support but also there's always the daily scheduled sessions to guide us through every aspect, not only of their products, but also of wordpress and buddypress themselves, hosting issues, etc...
There's also constant updates of every product and further development of new ones, always responding to our needs, since they are always listening to the community of WPMU Dev Premium users (another asset on itself, since there are a lot of WP power users inside) for our feedback.
All of this makes it easy even for clients that are totally new to wordpress to take advantage of everything, but it is also great for experienced users like myself (with 15 years+ of webdev experience)
Tip for consumers:
Take full advantage of the support sessions, sometimes so many options can be overwhelming at first, but the team will clarify what are the best tools for your needs.
