Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. Nahid went over an above to help me get through some setup issues I was having with my multi-site Wordpress instance. He was super patient and sometimes had to show me step by step how to get some of the tasks complete. Awesome job!
If these guys decided to sell bread I'd buy it. I have been using them close to a year and the has been the best investment yet. Their customer support is great and the plugins are incredibly handy. As a novice, I have been able to implement functions that I thought I needed a professional to do as well as solve problems with their support. Its always been good for me. Highly recommended.
These guys are like my own dev team - they immediately respond on chat and do their upmost to help with anything Wordpress related or their own plugins. I have just started to use their hosting and also set up staging sites. Absolute experts and I could not manage without them.:-)
Guys, be aware this company might delete your hosted sites in any minute. This just happened to me - they just deleted one of my sites hosted at them, a site under active development, without any warning and without any reason to do so.
And while technically you can get the site back, you won't have a backup with the latest code status before the deletion.
Effin ridiculous bunch of amateurs, a potential catastrophy for everyone hosting at/with them.
I had to cancel a subscription and ask for a refund due to health problems, the answers came in under 10 minutes and another 5 minutes later the refund was done, and this all on a sunday.
Absolute great service.

I just switched from GoDaddy hosting, so I needed a ton of help with migration and a few tweaks. I spoke to 6 different agents over the course of two days and every one of them was super knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (I'm not a techie, I'm slow, and have no idea what I'm doing. So I appreciate how helpful they all were) And really, with the exception of one chat, there was NO wait time at all!
Patrick was very patient and led me through a number of steps to resolve the problem. What a gift to click a chat button and get help to solve a problem I'd been researching for a couple of hours before without success.
Great help from the live-chat option in WPMU DEV. Both support chats I had today were great and productive. I can go ahead quickly and don't have to wait another day to get feedback on my question on the forum.

I am super happy with all of the help the people of WPMUdev are giving me. Everytime I can´t figure something out they are there and always cheerful and happy to help. These guys taught me a lot and it´s like I have my favourite team of smart people behind me. LOVE it.

If you run a small business like me and don´t want to get too deep into the hard tech stuff but want to give your clients the service of helping them, then these guys have a great solution, IMO

I'd like to thank FIda from WPMU Dev for resolving a perplexing issue we had between a couple of wordpress plugins. We worked on this for a couple of days with no resolution. We connected with Fida and he was able to resolve the issue in 5 minutes! This service is so fantastic. Thanks again Fida!
Zero notifications of trial period ending, so no courtesy. HUGE monthly payment not worth services rendered. No invoices or receipts sent upon payment. They basically hope you will forget you signed up for a trial so they can charge you until you notice. They will not send you anything to indicate that you are being billed monthly and they will NOT refund you, but will send you oodles of sales emails. Lockin artists with sub par plugins and services. Most of them had script conflicts with my existing basic setup. Nag screens constantly. Stay away. No run away..
Tip for consumers:
Don't give them your CC# unless you are good at remembering and create a reminder for yourself to cancel at the end of trial or you will be charged a hefty monthly fee because they will NOT remind you...

I recently changed my hosting over to WPMUDEV, from my previous hosting provider. The experience so far has been amazing. For those who are not technically inclined, it is just great to have a team help you out in all the technical nitty gritties. I have WPMU DEV Pro, and I will likely use them for as long as I build and maintain websites.
I have the dashboard installed in approximately 75-80 sites across two separate accounts (one personal and one business).
I love their plugins, their blog posts, and their support. This is a great suite that I personally love.
There are a few people at work who claim some other options are better, but it's really hard for me to see their point. Their discretion is the only reason why we don't have hundreds of sites with WPMU DEV yet - but we're getting there ;)
Setting up the correct domain mapping on multisite is not something that I have ever done before, så getting help to get this correct was very helpful. Great support as always from the guys at WPMUdev

Been using their excellent plugins for a couple of years (Smush, Hummingbird etc) and using their hosting for nearly a year. Never had any reason to complain - the support is immediate, v professional and always helpful, even if the questions at times have nothing to do with their services!
