There are two types of companies I write reviews about: the ones I love and the ones I hate. Give me an awful experience, and I'm going to talk about it. Give me a great experience, and I'll talk about it even more. Over the past few days, I've been all over the web looking for places to talk about WPMU DEV. Why? Because I would be lost without them. I balked at the price tag and was a sure I would cancel after the trial period (which I kept track of myself, by the way). Then I had a reason to really need the support; they are the only people I've ever come across who will literally do whatever's needed to get and keep me up and running.It became crystal clear that though they're not perfect - no one is - WPMU DEV would be worth the price even if it only included the support. Add the plugins (admittedly buggy at times, but hey, they're free, and I've paid for way worse), the themes, the Upfront editor, the Academy, and other perks, and it's a bargain. So I guess that makes me a "sock puppet." It's funny how people who give a bad review so often have to accuse the positive reviews of being fake. Stand by your experience, and I'll stand by mine without accusing you of being a plant for the competition.

I've purchased a year membership with WPMU DEV and I am very happy with their products, knowledge of their support staff and as well their daily blog. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you are just starting out with WP. Thanks again to WPMU DEV Support:)

WPMU Dev is THE source for Wordpress MultiSite plugins and support. I've recently switched from 8 single site wordpress installations to 1 multisite network that houses all of my sites. This has been a very challenging move, but with the help of WPMU Dev, I have access to a wide array of plugins that are designed JUST FOR MULTISITE. And the best part is, most of their plugins integrate with each other. This alllows the greatest flexibility when planning the features of your site. And to top it all off, I've received excellent support on some very technical plugin customizations. Their developers really know what they are doing and they've often gone above and beyond to make sure that I can create the functionality that I need. This is a great company that is getting better every day. I can't wait to see what they come up with next...

I've used WMPUDEV products since their inception, and I'm a loyal subscriber to their blog, "The Daily Whip". My experiences with WMPUDEV products, services, and support have always been positive and stress-free. They stand by their word, and the 24/7 support is fantastic. I'm a small business owner in the web development field, and I highly recommend WMPUDEV products to my clients when applicable.

It amazes me how keen they are to always help. I have been with them for going on three years and WPMUDEV has been my single best investment in my freelance business so far!

I am using WPMU Membership 2 Pro and have had billing issues from the start, Dec 1,2015. It has now been three months and the following issues have not been resolved.

1. I receive PayPal payments from some members every month but there is no record of them in Users or Members. Of course M2P doesn't notify me of the payment because they don't acknowledge the member.
2. I receive PayPal payments from other members but there is no record of them in Billing, nor do I receive any notification from M2P that a payment has been made.
3. One member cancelled her PayPal subscription. I was notified by PayPal but M2P has no record of her cancellation and still shows her as an active member.
4. I currently have 132 invoices that have been issued. Of those 132 invoices, 41 of them have no names attached to them, and yet I have their money.
5. The most annoying problem of all is that my members receive emails saying their membership has ended AFTER they have made payments. Tech Support keeps telling me that this has been resolved, and yet it keeps happening and I have to write to my members apologizing once again for the mistake. This is no way to run a business. My reputation deteriorates with every blunder made by this plugin.

I do NOT recommend the WPMU Membership 2 Pro plugin!

I have been using wp MU Dev for around 10 months, I love their support. The apps keep getting better and better and I am looking forward to what comes next.

Long time reader and recent membership subscriber, their support is invaluable! Support tickets are answered surprisingly fast and resources are. So. Amazing.

These guys accomplished in 5 minutes what I was waiting on GoDaddy Support for over 50 hours just to hear back. Best thing is now my website's up and running again!

Just great support. Although WPMU's Upfront has a very long learning curve, the support from them is great and enduring:)

When I first got MPMU DEV, I got it for a simple thing and I was only going to use the trial. But then I found More stuff they did that I really wanted and well, I decided to use the service even though I felt if may be overpriced. Well...

When my website died, All I had to do was get on the chat with a service tech and Nahid Really went beyond what I have seen any other service tech go through to help get things back up and running. This is not the first time I have had them save my azz, but it was the first time that I felt so strongly about the services I received that I would step out of my normally silent self to write about how great it was to have this service installed on my site Before it broke.
