Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. Keep up the excellent work!
Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. WPMU DEV has 350+ Plugins and Themes, and every one of of them is an amazing tool. I've installed many of their Plugins and, for the first time, recently added the Fundraising Plugin to a nonprofit client's site.
From my side, there were no hassles getting everything set up. On the nonprofit side, I was easily able to set User Permissions; giving the bookkeeper and Committee Chair the perfect level of needed access. They were so impressed by being able to run their own Crowdfunding campaign, that I have been hired to completely overhaul their website.
WPMU DEV has given me solutions to offer my clients to help their business growth. I have become a "one-stop Plugin shop" for much of the code that only a few years ago I hired out to programmers.

purchase an account these people really know word press and far exceed the standard wordpress forums. they are professional and well versed in the products.
Your plugins are the best and millions of installations demonstrate this. The support could not be better, in attention, sympathy and effort to help.
