My website went down and WPMU support quickly identified the issue and helped me get the conflict sorted and get everything back up and running again. I am so very grateful for their support which is second to none.

WPMUdev provide the best support I have ever encountered with a tech firm. I love their chat support and their ticketing. I also love their forum. Its all brilliant and it gives me confidence that my clients (who are not tech businesses) could eventually take over the management of their own website hosting over time with WPMUdev as their support along the way. All of the support team are just fantastic and therefore i Highly recommend WPMUdev for hosting and their software is incredible too.

I had an issue with setting up a webhook and it was getting blocked. Marcel walked me through settings in my plugin (even though they aren't the developer) and on the site hosting plan. He gave me screenshots and details for what I needed to do myself and was able to login and do some checks and updates for me as well.

The plugins that were developed by this company works perfectly fine and never occur any problems. The designs are user-friendly. To top that, the support system and staff actually walk you through and fixed your night-long problems with politeness and patience.

As a large charity we started using WPMUDev's plugins as a means of better managing our sites that are hosted on premises. We continue to host our own sites but WPMUDev's ecosystem of plugins and their support has been outstanding and are essential to the proper maintenance of our web assets.

There customer support has been responsive (in particular their live chat has been tremendously helpful), they've been patient, I've watched them chase down problems in real time, and we've had outstanding customer support throughout. We don't use them as a hosting provider but they make us feel like we are. Tools like defender, snapshot and hummingbird are keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

It's like having our own web development support team working for us and with us. Thank you so much for your work.

These guys and gals are AWESOME. Always there for me any time, night or day. And with great answers or great follow up, depending on my ridiculously complex my problem is -- and I do put them through a lot!

Even apart from all of their great plugins and themes, the team at WPMU Dev are the most helpful and supportive bunch I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Time and again they have gone above and beyond, even writing snippets of code for me when I've had an issue with someone else's plugin or theme! I know you can download their stuff from other sites, but the reason I stay with them is for the outstanding Wordpress support that I've never been able to find anywhere else. Well worth every penny!

Migrating can be hard if you don't know how to do it, but support team help me a lot. Even their plugin took too long, they made the migration manually and perfectly.

I had a problem adding my domain and for some reason, SSL doesnt generate properly. Patrick Colehan e assisted me step by step with a very cool attitude. Best support. Resolved my issue in just less than 30 mins which I've been troubleshooting for days.

I actually did read the directions on Hummingbird (asset optimization), just a few minutes after doing what they explicitly warned not to do. The result was predictable as our website suddenly looked like a complete amateur had been left alone with the code book while fighting boredom.

The boredom issue was solved in a hurry! Fortunately Nahid was on hand. Not only did he steer me through the first-ever use of the WPMU DEV support system, he patiently unwound the damage I had done. He took time to refer me to reading materials to go through before the next time.

It's not often that a firestorm turns out to be a servicing pleasure, but Nahid made it so.

I've been a subscriber to WPMU for over a year now, and the service is probably the best I've used in my small WordPress development business. The tech support that you get from the staff and the community have more than paid for the subscription price. Throw in access to all of their plugins for free -- awesome deal. I highly recommend the service.

Luis helped me with troubleshooting an internal issue. He walked me through the process on the backend of my site and explained why solutions were working. I've hosted with a lot of different companies since my time starting on the web back in 2001... The experience I've had with WPMU has been wonderful. Patrick helped me find documentation for my domain registrar that I couldn't find. He then helped me set up the records and checked on the propagation.

You literally can't go wrong working with these guys. They will fish you out of any swamp and go above and beyond fixing issues. The don't give up and don't stop till they've guided you out of whatever fix you're in. And they're generous with their advice and guidance.

Katya Tsihotska was a great help with configuring my web hosting to work alongside out initial email provider, which was quite complicated, but she took the time to listen to our issues and give the proper repsonses. Thanks so much!

If you are looking for wordpress plugins I can't recomend these guys enough. Great management plugin with it to easily find the things they offer which is nice, but really I like that they seem to have pretty much all the plugin bases covered. Good quality and great price.
