I'm kind of new to WPMUDEV, I started using their plugins and was impressed with their service on a pretty cheap product, so I've upgraded to their hosting and so far I'm VERY impressed. I have had to speak with a few people and everyone I have talked to is stellar. Williams Valerio helped me today and has been amazing. They know their stuff and go over and beyond to make sure you get taken care of. I can't suggest them enough. I've just migrated from Dreamhost to WPMU Dev using the automated DIY process which was very easy and quick - took about 30 minutes after reading the instructions. I pinged support as the SSL certificate was not updating and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes. I've run my first AHREfs site audit and every page was detected and loaded correctly. There was not a single error when AHREFs crawled the site. This is a welcome change from Dreamhost where I was only ever getting 10% if the site crawled (most pages constantly timing out or returning streaming errors), and their support team telling me the Wordpress plugins were causing the problems.

I haven't had any problems with the hosting yet, and I've been with WMPU Dev for more than 2 years. The only problems that have happened have been because of 3rd party plugins and files, and because of my own doing, haha. And the support have managed to fix all of them for me in no time. I definitely recommend them!

I had a problem with my website. My previous host first answer was always that I had to find a developer to resolve a problem. You do not have this problem with WPMUDEV, they help you resolve your problems if you are not an IT expert yourself.

Love these guys and gals. I'm pretty tech savvy, especially with Wordpress, but whenever I run into a problem with my sites they are always there to help. I'm never bounced around from one support agent to the next, the person I talk to fixes my problems right away or troubleshoots absolutely everything in order for my site to work better than it previously did.

I had a problem transferring a site, they helped me in less than 5 minutes.

I had a problem where my theme was conflicting with Smush Pro, they fixed it right away.

I had a problem with a plugin, one they don't own, and they fixed it for me even though it wasn't theirs lol:)

I'm glad I took a chance on their plugins and services. I'll be a member for a while :)

We've been trying to find a solution for our website we're building and WPMU DEV seemed to have the tools we were looking for, but I couldn't be sure until I tried them. Unfortunately, they didn't have free versions of their plugins, so we had to purchase a subscription in order to get access to the plugin. I get it, but it's much easier to test before having to cough up the cash.

Unfortunately, what they had didn't fit our needs and my research got cut short. We had to go with another option. HOWEVER, the guys at WPMU DEV were very accommodating in cancelling our subscription with no questions asked.

WPMU is the best... super knowledgeable, fast, friendly and professional. They have really helped me out of a few jams. It's like having a WordPress mentor.

I had a payment issue that I was hoping to get resolved but with past experiences from other providers didn't expect to. They were super helpful and understanding. Will definitely use them in future

I don't even know where to start with WPMUDEV.

1. The products are awesome, all plugins are designed to save me time, increase the website performance/security/and ease of use. They work exactly the way they are designed and are fully customizable and the support staff is always there to help

2. The $30 in free hosting credits a month are great, the servers are very high-performance, fast and very easy to manage for both me and the customers allowing us to give them access without the fear of them breaking something.

3. Last, but perhaps the most important is the support staff. They are AWESOME. Prathamesh & Subash helped me out big time on a custom request for Forminator. It was something that I didn't know that was possible but both of them dug in and made it work! Could not be happier.
