BEEN WEARING WRANGLER BLUE JEANS FOR CLOSE TO 50 YEARS - HAVE A PAIR ON RIGHT NOW - JUST A LITTLE WORN OUT - BUT WHO CARES - FIRST OF THE YEAR BOUGHT 2 NEW PAIR = 42X30 RELAXED FIT. COULD NOT GET ME BUTT IN THEM - TOOK THEM BACK TO STORE - TRIED ON A 44X30 - SAME THING - COULD NOT FIND A 46X30. WENT TO A DIFFERENT STORE - THEY HAD A 46X30... IT STILL DID NOT FIT.
WROTE TO WRANGLER IN NORTH CAROLINA ABOUT WHO IS CHECKING WHAT... NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK
I bought a denim jacket off their site. It didn't fit so I went to get a return. Boy was I surprised to find ou the return cost was on me. Not that they issue you a label and deduct it but that i had to bring it somewhere and pay to ship it back. It cost $18 to return a $48 jacket. Then to add insult to injury they deducted another $6.95 from my credit to offset what it cost to ship to me. So I am going to net $24 credit on my purchaser of $48. No wonder the whole world buys from Amazon. I had bought another jacket from Amazon just so if it didn't fir it wouldn't cost me $20 to return. Now I am returning it just out of principal
If I could give you no stars I would
I bought a 50 dollar pair of jeans and they ripped on the first use completely disappointed with the quality that ya'll ar selling and I have asked many people (close friends/coworkers) and everyone of them has had jeans rip on first wear you guys are going under if you don't get yourself in check
You have to triple stitch men working pants it's not considered work attire wen it's loose single stich it comes undone…
We do not refund initial shipping charges.

But you kept the overpayment from the shipper. I tell you what, you left me with a terrible after taste in all of this.
I am a new customer since the previous company I used for my work clothes discontinued my pants. I just threw away 5 pairs (from previous company) that I only managed to keep for 2 weeks since I thrashed them. I made the initial purchase from you to test the sizes. Considering how you treated this shipping issue and have been totally careless the whole time, I have learned to avoid your products. You even made extra from courier over payment and made me eat shipping cost. That is a lowly stinkin cheap shame.
You intentionally lost a prospective new long term customer to Wolverine. Good job!

I bought two shirts as holiday gifts and needed to return one because it was too small. They charged me 25% of purchase price to process a return!
These jeans tear out after wearing three times. Wranger should make pajama pants instead of jeans. Shame on you, What a disgraceful product.
Tracking information was invalid. Ended up being delivered with NO notification. Sat outside in the heat of Florida for seven hours when I was home. Could have been stolen.
Placed an order, received multiple defective items (loose threads everywhere on both shirts, one item just shoved in a ball in to the shipping bag) and asked them for a pre-paid return label as there was no way *I* was paying to send the items back with the condition they came in (you are responsible as the customer for return shipping with Wrangler, HUGE con when so many sites offer free returns). I have had to email them twice (once for the pre-paid label, they took 9 days to respond after 3 follow-up emails, and did not respond to my other email for a pre-paid return label even though they advertise a response within 2 business days). I called in 3 weeks after the package had been delivered back to Wrangler and receiving zero response to my email. Not only was the hold time 45 minutes, but the representative then informed me refunds take 4 weeks from the date the package was delivered. It has now been 4 weeks and at this point am going to file a complaint with my bank. Horrible service when there are SO many better options out there, and because of this, will also avoid buying the brand in the future, regardless of the site.
I ordered an extra small corduroy overalls from Wrangler and they sent me an extra large. Unfortunately, I recently had a skydiving accident and was a little immobilized on my couch. So I wasn't able to go print off a return label and mail it back to FedEx. And they wouldn't send me the XS until I sent back their XL. I asked for a small discount off of the current order to make things right and the customer service rep said I was already getting a discount by them not charging me to send the current pair back and not charging me to place a new order over the phone. She also said that by them covering the shipping costs, that is the discount and they make mistakes. Sure, everyone makes mistakes but Wrangler acted like they were bending over backwards doing the bare minimum after they sent me a mislabeled item from their warehouse. Fair enough to say I will never be buying from Wrangler again.
