I ordered a wristband for mom who has dementia so she can remember her room number and entry code. It wasn't supposed to arrive until the 23rd but I called up to see if they could get it to me by her birthday on the 17th. By some magic trick they made it happen! She was thrilled!
Maybe it's just me but I can't actually get the wristband keychain around my fairly small wrist. Everything else was great, including price, promptness, and ease.

Don't on back smaller than front font especially if u use second line to write too many words one line etc
I set up at Festivals to promote my Christian Children's book Series. I needed something to give away so I went to this website. I picked out the wristband that I wanted, I received a little assistance on picking 3 colors at once, typed what I wanted it to say & paid for it. It was easy & they came to my house very quick. I just love my Wristbands! I will be ordering more after I give these away!
I made a typo on the lettering and was able to send a message to them the next day (Saturday) and they responded on Monday saying they could fix it! Received order ahead of schedule and wristbands were perfect! Thank you!
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the bands and the speedy delivery. This was the only company I found that allowed two lines of text on one Sadie of the band. I can't wait to distribute my bands at the Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds concert in Cancun next week!

Printing is sharp and accurate. Colors of the bands are vibrant and exactly as shown on website. The bands feel well made and sturdy. The snap is a good balance of firm and bouncy - perfect for my CBT purpose.
The wristbands were extremely well made, great price point and the shipping was very fast! My son loves his new Cortland wristband that I was able to customize just for him!

I ordered 9 bracelets a week ago for my family to support my sister whose breast cancer returned after a 10 year absence and faces surgery tomorrow. I received at least 100 bracelets two days later. I cant thank this fine company enough for their kindness and unexpected support. Truly a touching gesture. The bracelets are exceedingly high quality and I recommend this company on every level. I received my bands, ordered five. All five were missing parts of the letters and some letters were faded! Waited two weeks for garbage! They promise happiness guarantee! I am not happy at all! Very poorly done. The people I spoke with were very nice but that doesn't help with the quality of the bands. Am awaiting a response from them. Either it's corrected in under a week or I want a refund! I give them one star
The wristbands we ordered are amazing! However, if you are planning on women wearing them, you might want to order children's sizes as the adult sizes seem to be a little to big on many women.

After placing my order and trying to talk with customer service was disappointing. They have to remember what customer service is and without the customers they do not exist. I wanted to write a two pages from start to finish but, they are not worth my time.
I love that the wristbands come in all sizes. There were different bulk amounts that were great for our budget. The youth size bands were great for our students ages 5 - 10. The extra large bands fit wonderfully for staff with larger wrists. All worked out great. I will order again.
I do a lot of therapy dog work with my dog, Cheerios, and always like to give the kids some little token of their experience. Many of the promotional items I reviewed were so expensive it was just not something I could afford. The kids were getting tired of always getting stickers! So when I found the wristbands and could personalize them! Woo hoo! A big hit!
I'm the Cubmaster for our local Cub Scout Pack and had these made for the boys and their parents for Christmas. They were extremely affordable and came promptly. I am very satisfied and have already thought of a few other groups I'm going to have them made for.
My only issue is when I ordered it first I wanted the biggest wristband they had. When they came in it still wouldn't fit me. When I emailed them asking about it they told me they have one size bigger. Are used the ones that they sent me and got the new ones that fit. I just wish I would have known the first time

Next time you order, please mention this size issue to a rep and we'll make sure you get a larger size and a discount for the trouble.
