Worst then lousy customer service - I purchased a refurbished remote control from them. I was sent a defective one. The return policy is you pay to ship it back which I did. I was sent another defective one which was worst then the first. Refurbished items should be of the same quality as the original. They do not take responsibility for the products they sell.
