With the approaching low, winter temperatures approaching, I thought I was getting a good deal on Jane when I saw this item advertised. It's billed as "unisex", so figured that ordering my regular size would work. It didn't. Not only is the vest too small to fit my frame, it also doesn't charge up and therefore doesn't heat. I tried multiple times to get Jane support to help me and they completely ghosted me. This was the first and shall be my last time ordering through Jane.
I bought a maxi length coat and received a thin "blazer" not quality at all…this is such a deceptive thing to do, actually false advertisement, blazer looks like it was made by a 10 year old, nothing like pictured or paid for…took forever to get here too…never use them again!

I have been using Jane now for about a year for gifts, and absolutely love them! My favorite part about them is their custom gifts, where you can get just about anything made. From their personalized cutting boards to hanging name signs and decor items, they have everything you can imagine, at great flash prices. There is also tons of stuff with free shipping, which makes me a happy camper. I have had a couple of times that I needed a gift rushed, and I have reached out to the seller and they have sent it out right away. I love these guys!

Ordered two TY tops one came no where near the side I ordered had a huge 2" cut right in front of the top... the second one never came finally got an email saying it was out of stock(after 4 weeks)... I've requested a full refund and have gotten absolutely no response!..."BAD... BAD... COMPANY"

I just received the item which appears to be inexpensive flat stamped metal with no real way to hang the house address to a home since it is not backed, pre punched or drilled. The only review that I did read was the metal will rust in a couple of days. I didn't find a way to give negative feedback on the site so others would know to avoid this product. I am very unhappy with this first purchase and it will influence if I ever do business with the site again. Poor product deserves a poor review.

I've shopped this site for years but starting to see a pattern of concern. Lower quality products, customer service is declining in quality and general support, and their app crashes constantly. If you're truly looking for a deal there are several other sites with much better products in the same styles and better service in the same flash sale style than jane.com.

Remember that this is a flash sale site so deals are limited and shipping can sometimes take a really long time. Many of these items are end of season or last season, closeouts, overstocks, or slightly damaged so take a close look when orders arrive to check for damage and quality.

I've had too many issues with shipping and returns and how difficult they make it. Last order was a blouse that came in wrong color and size. I get it, it's a flash sale site and some orders are shipping from their vendors but I've had several orders where I was sent the wrong item or the quality was so poor that the item only lasted a few months. Even had an order where I had the tracking number but they shipped it to someone else. They kept showing it delivered but I had to contact customer service to get everything fixed and actually get my order. I get that no company is perfect but it's just too much. With product quality declining, service declining, and other repeated issues I'm done with Jane.com and won't be shopping with them again. I can find the same deals on better flash sale sites that take customer service seriously.
I ordered 3 items. One item was way too big. When I contacted Jane (via email only) they informed me I would have to return the item before they would refund the money. Since my package came from NJ, I said fine. I then got an email saying I had to return to China only. This costs me almost $20.00. So please decide if it is worth the gamble before you purchase anything.

I have big time issue the shoes ordered came from China in 2 months it took. Arrived in a black paper bag and the shoes have no size label on them. They are 2 sizes too small. They refuse to honor a refund and said I can send back to China at cost which would be more then the cost of the 4 pair of shoes. Still requesting refund sub grades produce that I would not buy at a yard sale.

I had saved my credit card to my account for future purchases. Obviously, Jane.com has not security in place. I received an email this morning "thank you for your purchase"; someone purchased a $100 gift card for themselves at my expense. I emailed Jane.com first thing and called later this morning to talk to someone - of course, there is no answer and I still have not received an email back from them,
I would be ware - not a secure shopping page - and lacks customer service!

I ordered a western hoodie and western button up shirt for my son. Horribly disappointed with the items. The shirt was like my grandmothers old polyester style and the pocket and design was sublimated on the shirt in attempt to make it look western. The same sublimation was copied on the hoodie. What a cheap horrible attempt at western clothing.

Jane.com's customer service is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever resolved, they allow their "sellers" to send shoddy products and impose 3+ week shipping times, never informing you what you purchased would be sent from China. Find a reputable site, don't waste your time or money with this company.

I am honestly a frequent shopper on the Jane app for the last few years and i have spent several thousand dollars... i will say I've been satisfied with 90% of my purchases. Out of those remaining 10%. 8 out of 10 times the return/refund process was a breeze! Keep in mind Jane provides a platform for all kinds of shops/boutiques/etc to advertise and sell their items. If you had a bad experience with an item, it would be the particular merchant's fault not Jane.com. Jane has recently implemented a feature to contact the merchant directly from the app which they didn't have before and that really made things so much better and easier. Do i recommend Jane? Yes! I also recommend reading reviews first before buying things. This has helped me tremendously in decision making regarding purchasing items.
Jane.com is almost ENTIRELY poorly-made Chinese garbage! I purchased a cute pink cardigan, and while it looked exactly like the photo, a giant hole opened up at the right sleeve cuff the moment I put it on at work! It was humiliating because within 30 minutes the entire sleeve tore at the seam all the way down to the elbow! I'm sure a handful of items are OK but most of it is cheap, poorly made, no-name Chinese garbage that you can get much cheaper on Amazon. Thankfully the seller quickly replied and refunded me in full, but never again! I'd rather spend more for better quality merchandise! The shame of it is, I got sucked in and made several purchases over the last few weeks. A pair of boots that I ordered were cute in photos, but in person looked very cheap and were definitely not a true-to-size size 8 as stated :(
The company 2712 Designs received my order to make 2 customized stamps. I paid for 2. When I got it in the mail (a month after I put my order in) there was only one stamp even though the invoice in the box said (2). I emailed 5 times and did not hear back. No website for me to personally call them and finally searched them on Facebook. Turns out there were numerous complaints on fb that they do this to customers often! Getting orders wrong then never returning the customers email or fixing. They stole money from me and I'm at a loss. Jane.com I beg of you DON'T work with this company and take them off your list as a vendor to sell things on your sight.
As far as the items on Jane there are several cute and affordable things. I've had my share of battles with sellers. But what keeps me from purchasing on Jane more often than not is the individual shipping on every single item. That alone really racks up your total. I've since started shopping on Zulily where I can find similar if not the exact same deals and pay one shipping charge. Not trying to promote them. Just my experience.
After receiving a purchase in the incorrect color they refuse to refund because their website was incorrect. Reached out to customer service multiple times with no answers. If I were you I would not waste a single penny on this website. Taking advantage of peoples hard earned money, You should be ashamed of yourself Jane!

Ordered over $300 of dresses for a wedding. Never received. Created a real problem for the big event. Sent letter of demand registered mail. Simply ignored us. No refund ever given. Honesty and integrity, they have none! May be the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Ordered boots that were a great deal. So I thought! Checked sizing chart, said true to size and made in US. Got shoes... They are so small my daughter can wear them. And on bottom said Made in China. Will never order from here again!
Surprised to see the bad reviews. I've actually been pretty happy. I didn't give them 5 stars because the clothes do run a little small, so I have just adjusted the size I order. But I only had one issue where I ordered 2 of the same item and one came. They were in constant contact with me until the other item came.
I'm really suprised by all of the bad reviews. My wardrobe over the past year has mostly come from the Jane app on my phone. I've only had two problems ever. One was my fault because I ordered two of the same pair of shoes but the seller quickly remedied it, and the other was just too large. I didn't bother sending it back and my sister took it in for me. I can't believe the deals on there. There was one time that a sweatshirt took about a month to get here but when I looked at the shipping info they had been pretty up front about that from the beginning. I think its totally worth it!
