So so so terrible service, I tried many way to cancel by calling, online, email before 24hours, but they don't help. They behave like cheating. So be careful to order online with them.

I made the mistake of ordering directly from Murad.com and ended up getting screwed. They sent me $105 worth of product that I didn't order and then told me that I had to pay for shipping both ways if I wanted a refund. What a scam. You can get better prices on Amazon.com and EBay.com anyway. Stay away from Murad.com at all costs (or it will cost you!).

First off they charge you more for something you can get much cheaper from Nordstrom. And they tend to forget to mention the free samples you're getting does not remotely resemble the sample in the pic but is only a 0.05(!) oz! If it was not for the self paid return I would've returned my purchase in a heart beat :((

Their service experience is AWFUL! After spending over $100 on a face was and moisturizer, plus extra for 2-3 day shipping, my product never arrived. After 2 weeks, I called and was told it was never shipped. I was given multiple reasons. After another week I cancelled the order. I like the product, but I am so turned off my the service that I will no longer purchase... not even in stores. Disappointed that a company with such an expensive product line can't afford better service.

This was terrible service. The reason to why Sylvie say she couldn't not resolve my concerns is incoherent. It went from saving the planet, by not sending the product. To "once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make alterations, and therefore, we cannot honour the inclusion of the gift in this instance". It's inconceivable that they do not have the ability to change orders. They further went on to say. " We apologize for any confusion regarding the free gift" there was confusion on my part but still didn't honour the gift. I made a mistake by not putting the gift code in as I thought it was automatically added. However they want honour the gift, to which I was entitled to, " have read trust pilot reviews and can honestly say I wish I had read these before purchasing.

I called to return the foaming cleanser that feels filmy and does not cleanly wash off. Took literally 6 repeats to get my email right to look up the account. Prior to that my name, address or order number didn't work for the lookup. I took it up further and received a form letter back. There are too many brands out there to put up with this horrible service. I will return the entire package, not just the wash. And use something else. The product is not that great to put up with this lousy treatment.

Do Not Buy from their website, their online handlings have incurred an incredible declination in customer service. I'm surprised, they used to be top-notch, now they just see you as a nobody, dismiss concerns you have about an order that is backed up for over two weeks, then go ahead and RETURN your order for no reason!?!? I'm shocked and appalled. Will never be dealing with Murad again and am going to unsubscribe from all email and deter friends from buying their products.

I tried to order some gift sets from Murad all day yesterday- I would get to the payment portion and the website would freeze and not go further. I called and had a 12 minute phone call to order just 2 products then was told I'd have to pay shipping when it clearly stated free shipping. I was so frustrated that I finally gave up ordering. I've never had a company so hard to order off of their website. Maura Mize

Murad misleads consumers by selling products that are out of stock and fails to notify the customer that the product is out of stock. Then you have to jump through hoops to cancel the order. I placed an order on a Wednesday and chose 3 day shipping, a week later no shipping confirmation or tracking number. It took 3 days to reach customer service and I'm still waiting on a refund. In an attempt to prevent me from cancelling my order the representative said the product would be in stock in 7 days. If you have that information it should be readily available online prior to taking our money! This was my first attempt at order and trying Murad products and now I'll never buy anything from them. I'll stick to responsible and honest brands!

Murad has a system by choice to not allow customers to change their orders once submitted. They do not have a grace period (within seconds or minutes) even though they are well informed that the order is incorrect. They will continue with creating the package, and printing the label after 14 hours (my experience), and say they are not in back order when the delivery estimate is 2 months. They claim that they can make requests to cancel the order, but that is a lie. They told me that they were in-stock so that is why they didn't cancel my order.

Murad decides to use an unreliable system, and put the fault to the customer even when the customer calls within minutes to cancel or change the order.

Never, ever return an item because you will lose your product and your money. Their return system is the worst I have ever seen, and they won't help you, no matter how many years have you been as a customer. Don't do business with MURAD. I sent them my product almost a month ago and they claim they haven't received it. Thieves.

Tried to cancel auto shipment but could not, told I could get refund, returned and had tracking to prove shipment received and 30 days later still no refund! Have been customer for over 15 years but cancelled my order and did a chargeback. Will never order from them again! Customer service horrible!

First of all, they had a buy one get one free special for a product I wanted. It was $50 total for a kit. It also came with 5 free samples. After I buy, come to find out, the product sold and shipped BY THEM on Amazon is only $16. Not only that, they ship and say some items are out of stock, so they will issue a refund. The things out of stock were the 5 free samples. Worst buying experience ever.

Never order directly from there website. I paid 10 days ago and still havent received my order.no purchase receipt from them and when you try to call them... theyll keep you on hold u till you hang. Wonderful products but they are loosing sale because of bad customer service.

Murad sells packages on its site. They do not provide any information about the size/weight of the product. We ordered 60 day Acne kit and received 30 Days Acne Kits - all travel size tubes. Requested RMA but they refuse to provide pre-paid return label that is customary on eCommerce. Beware of scam.

I've been ordering Murad products for some time now for my mother. I places my order April 30th since they were adding a Mother's Day gift to the order. I didn't receive my by Mother's Day I actually received the product 3 weeks later and without the gift. Customer service states it's while supplies last but when I tracked my order initially the product was Included in the order. There chat service is the worst as well they do not chat via email so when they respond you have no way of knowing and if you take more than 5 min they close up the chat and do not resolve anything for you.

I ordered the InvisiScar over 5 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. Each time I call they give me the run around telling me it will arrive within the week and give me "points" to compensate me for my troubles. At this point I still haven't received my order and in fact it was cancelled on their end and the money was reimbursed a couple days later out of no where. I reordered it and still haven't seen anything a week later. Customer service does nothing and just keeps saying the same thing with no resolution.

Murad is running a 20% off promotion. It was applied to my order. As the final step, it asked me if I wanted to apply my available rewards and I selected to apply the $25 in rewards that were available. I did not see that in doing so, it removed the 20% when I selected this option. Obviously 20% off would have been more than $25 on a $336.95 order. I called them this morning and asked them why this happened and they said you can only use one promotion at a time. I don't consider "rewards" from prior purchases a "promotion" and it should have informed me that this would happen prior to applying the rewards. I asked them to return the rewards to my account then and apply the 20% off and they said that they would not do that and they could not help me. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative refused, put me on hold and then said he could do nothing and the order stands as placed. I am disputing this with my credit card company and will never order from Murad again.

Based on the products I bought which I found very expensive compare to others. To my disappointment, they really didn't help my skin issues. I contacted them but I was not eligible for a full refund because it was past 60 days which is fine but I learned that just because the product is expensive, doesn't mean they are effective!

Murad received my returned products on July 14,2020. Their website claims to process your refund 5-10 days upon receipt of products. As of today, August 4,2020, I have not been refunded. I have heard multiple excuses on their end regarding the refund issue. Beware that obtaining your refund is not an easy process, at least not according to my experience.

Purchased product for my neck and now have a rash. Called customer service and I have to pay to return product. I can understand if you change your mind or something, but not for when a product makes you ill! Thanks for nothing Murad. Will never buy from them again!

I have been using Murad for years and liked the product. However, something has drastically changed; they are now the worst company I have ever worked with. I have had ongoing issues with them, they won't ship my product, but they take my money. They automatically enrolled me in an auto-ship program when I didn't want to be. They charged me money, but won't give me a refund. The products I did order never arrived. I get excuse after excuse, but no product or refund of my money. They are scammers and liars. STAY AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use the website. Always buy your product at sephora or Ulta. The customer service at Murad is complete garbage. They are there to take you money and scam.

The amount of product they send you is not enough for a month to test and find out if it really works. However what you do get does feel delightful on your skin. I really feel that it would be a good product to try if they give you enough product to make a real evaluation.

I've been a longtime Murad customer and never had to contact customer service until today. I placed an order online but made an error. Called customer service immediately to cancel it but they said they couldn't see my order yet in their system and to call back in 2 or 3 hours, maybe my order would be visible then and they would do what they could to help me.
About a minute later I started an online chat with customer service and that representative was able to see my order - so they lied to me on the phone. He said they can't cancel orders once placed, which is pathetic enough for a company like this, but it was more upsetting to know they lied outright to get me off the phone.
