Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.

It was clear to me from day 1, that I ordered the wrong mattress. However, I have to wait 30 days for a return or exchange. By then, I may have health issues. It is not the right firmness for me. After 4 days of my asking for an immediate pick up and return, the team sent me a topper to "help me adjust" to the firmness of the mattress, (free of charge). While very much appreciated, I still feel this mattress is just too firm for my body.

I received conflicting information on how long it would take to receive my mattress. It came much faster than indicated which was only an issue because i had to change the city pick up date for hauling off my old mattress.

My wife wanted a much firmer bed with more support than our purple 3. So far it's working great and doesn't sleep hot for me. Buying experience was flawless bed arrived on time with no issues. Have had it for 3 weeks now and has been great.

I love my new Wink Bed Luxury Firm mattress! I got a queen size, and it's perfect. Received it pretty quickly, and had my nephew help me bring it inside and set it up (it's heavy!)
I've been sleeping on it for over a week now, and I am very happy with my choice. I have a bad back & a bunch of other painful issues, so a good bed is extremely important. This one helps me get an amazing & restful sleep—just what this old bod needs!

This is the second mattress I have purchased from WINK. The first was for myself and my husband. You replaced that one within the 120 day trial period for your firmest version. After six years still like new. Very happy with it. The Serta hybrid which I purchased for my guest bedroom which cost $500 more ended up being in constant use the past three years and started to break down after two years. I purchased this mattress as a gift for a family member. He unpacked it and spent one night on it before going out of town on business so can't give you his input yet. Rated five stars for first night…not exactly a long enough trial. I think yout mattresses are fabulous and so is your customer service.

Replaced our first mattress for firmer version without any difficulties and we had been happy with it for six years.

Great customer service. Made me feel like I wasn't just number. We just came off a sleep number and immediately my husband back ache went away so we're thrilled. He's a large man and I bought the mattress that was rated best for his weight but it's very comfortable for me too

Only one bed of 2 beds came. I called and was assured it was on the way. Also I had a question right after I purchased so called then too and was treated very very well

We have not opened our bed yet so I can't tell you if I like it, but our experience so far has been excellent. Salesman was very helpful, patient and made good recommendations. Delivery was well within the time it was expected. Now just have to get it out of the box and on the bed frame,

I was using a $500 memory foam for the last 7 years and getting terrible sleep. I attributed it to so many other things and didn't even consider it was my mattress. Finally I read that memory foam mattresses run hot and that's a big issue for me. I decided to buy the best mattress I could find and my search led me to WinkBed and Saatva. I opted for the WinkBed because it had a slight edge in a few key categories for me. I do not regret my purchase. As the title says, I've been waking up much more well rested, and often I am so comfortable I just don't want to get out of bed. I can't even remember the last time I felt like I was getting some quality sleep and feeling so comfortable. Highly recommend.

I just ordered a mattress and had it delivered. It came relatively quickly. There were no strong smells or stains, and the mattress was immediately useable. I like the 120 day option, and the lifetime replacement program. I think that's nice, though I haven't used it.

Purchasing process was great, delivery was great, bed definitely did not live up to what we had anticipated. Had very high hopes but this bed just wasn't it for us. We are experiencing severe back pain and trouble sleeping.

I ordered a platform frame, mattress and cover at the same time. The online ordering experience was good but the emails that came after the order were confusing as it wasn't clear at first that the three items were being shipped separately at different times.

The order things were shipped was not optimal. I expected the frame and cover to be stock items and shipping first with the mattress last due to manufacturing. Instead I received the mattress a week before the frame and two weeks before the cover. So the mattress sat waiting for the frame and then the mattress sat on the frame waiting for the cover to arrive.

Easy to order, seems like a great company. Box was extremely haggard when received, but mattress was fine. Getting it to 2nd floor solo was an effort, especially due to the shattered box = tough to lift.

Mentioned/emailed that we found the 'plus' bed very soft wanting an 8 or firm mattress. Received a response saying to stick w it for several weeks before punting to see if we adapt [to such softness].

Customer service was amazing. We had an issue with the WinkBed frame. I called and explained the situation. Kristen was extremely helpful and told me what to do. After sending the required information, WinkBed is replacing the platform! It is so great to deal with such a helpful and efficient customer service agent. Thanks Kristen and thanks Winkbeds. We just purchased our second Winkbed mattress. I bought the first after lots of research and it didn't let us down after 7 years of use. Plenty of support to prevent back pain but soft enough to fall into and feel cozy at night. We only replaced our mattress as we purchased a different sized bedframe while updating our bedroom suite. Purchase this is you like the feel of a memory foam mattress with the support and give of a spring mattress.

We did not need the adjustable base and support was responsive and corrected our purchase without a hitch.

Great experience start to finish. Ordering was smooth although the website felt a bit cluttered and so many things going on it was sometimes too much. I just want a bed. It is great though, came with no issues and fast shipping.

Fast, easy and tons of info on their website. Once I made up my mind to go with Wink and placed the order to receiving the bed it was a week. They kept me informed on the progress of my bed from being made to being shipped along with UPS tracking.

The experience shopping and arrival was fine, but I don't get the hype around the mattress itself per my review on the mattress. While I prefer a firm mattress, this one lacks support of the body's curves, such as lumbar spine and waist. Currently on old mattress with a topper. I'll likely be putting a topper on the wink bed again but it gets super tall with a topper and seems silly on a mattress this spendy. Perhaps the medium firm would have been better but I'm surprised how many great reviews there are.

I am super happy with the quality and the ease shopping for them. I was worried about any odor opening them up like I've heard about from some other manufacturers and was pleasantly surprised- odor free!

We had never heard of Wink before finding NapLab as we looked for a mattress for our new apartment. We decided on Wink given the very high score at NapLab, and we've been very pleased with the result. I highly recommend!

Called to confirm delivery as we were moving across county and would be arriving without any bed or mattress, so we really NEEDED the mattress to get to our apartment building before we arrived. And it did! We had no other furniture, but we had a very comfy mattress on day one.

I researched mattresses for a month and even contacted a sleep lab. I filled out a questionnaire to learn what mattress was best for my needs. I have had two back surgeries and I am a side sleeper. I also sleep hot, so after answering the questionnaire my results indicated that a Winkbed was top choice. I continued my research on Winkbeds and the second and third choice for my situation. I read reviews on all, and came to the conclusion that the Winkbed was my best choice. Also, it was important to me that it was made in America. I love my new mattress and would purchase another one in the future. Thank you Winkbeds for making a bed when the order is placed, and not making ahead of time unnecessarily. The wait was worth it!

Overall, the shopping experience was great. I placed my order and received my mattress within a week. Unpacking was easy and it only took a few minutes. The exchange process was also great. The process was sent to me in writing (email) so I didn't have to remember any details. It was also prompt and an overall fantastic experience. My only issue is that I just need a softer mattress. Even the softer mattress isn't quite soft enough.

The box was absolutely trashed by the time it got to us. Fortunately, and miraculously, the mattress seemed unscathed. The purchase process was smooth and easy. And so far, after 3 nights on the new mattress, the experience is pretty positive.
