“Horrible, Horrible, Terrible...”

Bottom line, ordered flowers for my mom's 90th bd. Phone order to hotel we were staying at in Carmel, NO DELIVERY, confirmed order many times, gave address of hotel, carmel is tourist town, they claimed UPS couldnt find address, liar, liar, they didnt get order to UPS, asked for supervisor, refused, hung up on me, phone order girl not smart, had to repeat details, many times... fumbling around, online order not working... great company... stay away
