New pet fees are a surprise. We have never paid pet fees. Unfinished remodel of elevator. The ceiling panels are out of place and some are missing. The carpet trim is gone but dried glue on base of wall. And the elevator mechanisms sound tough. (Charged for reservation change. Liars!) Don't charge a $100 refundable deposit. That sounds like legal trouble to me. The beds have thin tin covers on the bases that sound like loud drums when you tap one with a foot etc. Ah, the free breakfast! It is horrible with few choices. I can only relate the "scrambled" eggs? To digging out the side of a mountain with a shovel or backhoe. I was able to pick up the entire mass in one chunk. And the taste! Forget about swallowing that stuff. You will "Ralph" it up. Another choice, the sausage, was spicy and looked unappealing. Customers who want spice can use the bottled stuff. Once I had experienced the other disgusting fare, I opted out of tasting the b&g and had lost my appetite for a waffle I would have had to cook myself. And I won't use frozen butter pats on anything. Remod. Of the dining area is nice. Lastly, carpet has holes and stains. Oh, I almost forgot; part of the piece of crap coffee maker was missing. Finally, What if I was your only customer?

Can't get any help from the corporate office regarding my stay at Microtel in Holland, MI. The staff overcharged my debit card $300 trying to correct a mistake they made, and then the property owner had nerve to take issue with the review I left afterwards. Then, the property owner start harassing me with repeated phone calls and emails barraging me with insults and behaving borderline psychotically.

It's been a week since I stayed at the motel, and I have still not got my money back. Despite that the motel is using their name, customer service has done nothing to help nor hold the property owner accountable because they tell me the property is not owned by them.

So, I've scoured the internet trying to find an email and phone number as a workaround to customer service. Wyndham apparently doesn't want customers to contact them because several leads led to dead ends. I can't even file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as they said the company was unreachable.

Tip for consumers:
I will NEVER stay at another Wyndham property.

This is the worst Laquita Motel that I have ever stayed at. I'm thinking this is a franchise and not a corporate entity. There was hair in the tub and it was stopped up. The tube had mildew and was nasty. No one wanted to bath in it. There was urine on and around the toilet seat. I can't believe they charge 100 bucks to stay here. When the lady didn't take my ID or charge a credit card for incidentals I knew this wouldn't be good. Unless you want to catch COVID keep going to the Best Western next door.

Past on this hotel and get another one

I would not recommend staying at any place associated with Wyndham. Everything about it is not easy/good. The websites do not show accurate pictures. When you call customer service, they do not seem to care about your concerns and just try to offer you points to make you happy. They do not care or address the needs of the statements that you make regarding the places that you are staying.

Mrs. Sylvia had 3 vans full of customers in the lobby. She was so very professional and calm and she was answering phones, checking in customers, and taking care of tired guests all at the same time. She truly deserves a promotion and a 6 figure raise within the Wyndham Corporation.

I have never in all my life been treated in such an appalling manner then at Wingate East Louisville Kentucky! I came back to Louisville Kentucky from Italy to bury my mother I was jet lagged, grieving and quite ill. I am disabled and had my service dog with me who offers seizure alert. Apparently before my mother's funeral the manager Nanette Davis Called called, and told me my service dog was not a service dog because they had found poop in the room on the towels. While I embarrassing to admit I was quite ill and suffering from extreme diarrhea (hey $#*! happens!) So my poor Kiki dog got blamed to it. When I returned home I was exhausted and running to the toilet but I was stopped my woman at he desk who told me she could not let me go back into the room. Needless to say I became very upset, soiled myself and was not allowed to clean myself nor retrieve my processions! I had to call the police to get my belongings back!

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed into, Service is pathetic, there was dog poop outside my room for 3 day's, It took 5 calls, 3 visit the front desk to make them clean it. There's no room service, after almost yelling at the front desk, someone came with three towels and 2 linen filled in two pillow covers.
Our Trashcan is full for last two days. They shouldn't be in business.

Our room 204 in broken arrow had a horrible smell we had hairs on our pillows and bath tub. We flipped the mattress over and it looked like blood stains on the mattress. It was just a nasty room. I will never stay there again. Wall paper peeling away from the wall. Elevator was broken.

Third night at different wyndham motels while traveling from Iowa to Wyoming. Not at all happy. I will just tell about tonight's stay. Asked for handicapped room but best they could do was one on the first floor and no elevators to other floors. Charged me extra. I am not in a wheelchair but doubt if you can get in and out of this place in one. The room was dirty with crumbs and tracks on the floor. The microwave was dirty with something sticky on the turn table. I washed it in the sink. I asked for a guide for the TV and was told they didn't have any. That didn't matter because the TV didn't work. The toilet was dirty. There was no information in the room about breakfast, local restaurants, or attractions. Air conditioner was dirty and had exposed insulation. Just not a place I would want my kids or grandkids to stay. I didn't have high expectations for a low price room, but this just wasn't worth it.

We had the worst experience ever at the Super 8 in Brookville, Pennsylvania. After reading the other reviews for this dump, I realized the VERY RUDE manager has a habit of threatening to call the police if you disagree with her! The front desk staff has the same bad attitude as the manager. Did I mention that the entire building is a dump that smells? Read the reviews. I called Wyndham to complain. They weren't concerned enough to even ask which motel I was complaining about. Instead they tried to offer me some travel bonus that was a scam. I travel weekly and will never stay in a Wyndham property again!

The manager needs to be terminated!

An administrative assistant booked rooms for a conference at a Wyndham in her name. I checked in under my name on one of the reservations and paid with my card and my Wyndham number and they will not give me credit (points) for the stay. That was the last time I ever stay at a Wyndham property.

The experience we had at Wyndham Resorts in Las Vegas turned into an utter nightmare. We lured in by a woman while walking through the property and were enticed to attend a Wyndham presentation in exchange for tickets to a show. Little did we know that this would turn into a four-hour meeting complete with high-pressure sales tactics and manipulation from their salespeople. Throughout the entire process, we were constantly pressured to purchase a timeshare, despite our repeated refusals. The tactics employed by their employees were deceptive and unethical. The fact that Wyndham needed 6 salespeople to harass us throughout the day should have been a big red flag that they wouldn't let up until we bought something, which unfortunately, we did. Throughout the presentation, false statements were made regarding the timeshare. We were misled about the maintenance fee, and told it was a fixed cost that would not change. Additionally, we were falsely informed that we could change the payment frequency from monthly to annually. The sales team also pitched the timeshare as an investment, claiming we could rent it out for extra income. These misrepresentations only served to further deceive and manipulate us into making an ill-informed decision we now deeply regret. It is clear to us now that we were taken advantage of due to our youth and inexperience. We trusted that Wyndham, as a reputable company, would act in an ethical and honest manner. Unfortunately, our experience has shattered that trust. We hope that Wyndham takes this matter seriously and takes steps to rectify the harm that has been done. We trust that you will address our concerns promptly and appropriately.

Horrible service at the restaurant still never contacted by them. Told by resort not allowed to use the facilities unless we went to time share briefing. Had other issues with noise and couch breaking out with bites and rash but nothing had been done by that point so no point in complaining anymore. Was called by hotel said since we didn't complain to the they couldn't do anything that the sales department is separate. The restaurant is separate as well then sales called to follow up but funny thing they never called me the first time. Told me it was a misunderstanding and apologized but no accountability even called and asked for Morgan. There is no Morgan they are not even sincere enough to get the name straight before the call. We paid for an over priced motel 6 with no service stay away from Margaritaville Saint Thomas

That is was a time share if they do not want non owners there they shouldn’t rent the rooms

1037 n main st saint ignace mi. *******. Days inn. Totally on called for. We came in for continental breakfast at 8:50 am! Pancake machine not working! We asked if they could fix they said yes. As we waited at the table they closed the bar down and took all the food away and said we where done! All we asked for was food. When we said we we waiting on them they said to bad the bar was closed at 9:00 am. I literally stood there with the cream cheese in my hand when they took the food away. Then started to argue about it. Then they called police and kicked us out of motel. Rooms are nothing like the photos they used. Totally out dated and run down. I expected much more from a Wyndem chain! Staff is not even close to being professionals in the hospitality business!

My kids and I have been staying here for 4 months and the staff has been amazing. They've become friends and family. Nick, Lina, and Serena have worked with me so much. And the rest of the staff as well. I've become good friends with all of them and they are sweet to my kids which is a big thing since we haven't had a home. Lynn, Josh, Justin, and Abigail are there in the evenings and overnights and they are all so welcoming and always there to help or just lend an ear when I need someone. They treat me like a person not a job and it makes the stay a lot easier.

Tip for consumers:
Due to covid there is a limited breakfast but it's still good and there's always fresh coffee!

We stayed at Sudbury super 8 and it was disgusting and not clean. At breakfast customer after customer came to the reception desk to complain and the staff person. Looked bored and disinterested. Our room was dirty and we had to call for dirty wash rags to be removed when we arrived. The towels were hey and grungy and the sheets did not fit the bed

The elevator did not work the entire week + that I was there. The door to my room (228) would not close all the way. I had to lift it in order to close it. Housekeeping left it open one day after leaving, maybe not realizing it was that way. There was no trash can either. The room itself was nice, except for the door issue.

I purchased with Wyndham in 2019 and right after Covid hit the nation. I completely forgot about the membership. I received a letter stating they are extending the membership. I called in October and was advised they will send the request for the extension. I did not receive a call, email or a letter in the mail advising of the extension. I decided to call today 4/4/22 to see if it was extended and was advised my membership expired and there's nothing that they can do. $5000 down the drain. All I need is 3 days and they completely refused to help me. I will never make any vacation purchase with Wyndham again.

First the clerk was very rude. The room had a bad odor and was bathroom looked awful.
After the first night my wife complained of itching. I decided to find another Hotel for the rest of my stay and they refused to refund me the amount. I will never stay there again and will think twice about any Wyndham property.

The foreigners that have taking reservation need customer service training in my opinion. They also have to work on their speed. If Wyndham makes it difficult for customers to make reservations, customers will make fewer reservations.

I am getting charged a higher room rate than when I booked on your website. I was recently asked for a cash deposit of $50 on top of charging my credit card; this was refunded when I left. Also, observe strict rules of section 8 housing posted at hotels.
Whyndam don't tell you the following.

1. You will get charged a higher room rate than when you book on the Whyndam website.
2. You must have cash for a deposit; this will be refunded when you leave.
3. Follow guidelines for section 8 housing.

Nicholas in Hurricane UT was awesome and took such good care of us. We came in late after working a 14hr day and our tv didn't work. He came up and tried to fix it but couldn't, so he put us in a different room and apologize for the inconvenience. That's the service every hotel needs

NO FREE SHUTTLE! The website states that Baymont by Wyndham Florida Mall offers a shuttle to area attractions like SeaWorld and Disney. This is a lie! They call you a taxi which you then have to pay for. This cost us $25 each way for our trips to SeaWorld and Aquatica. We only chose this dump to save money on parking, and it wound up being much more expensive.
On to the hotel itself: very scary area, stained carpet, crummy AC in room, tiny old TV, broken tiles in bathroom, wonky ice machine, exposed wood beams holding up the breakfast room ceiling, a random sketchy "spa" on the main floor. The only high point is the breakfast waffles. The rest of the options are bread, plain bagels, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops. In summary: don't stay here.

I was disappointed with the quality and condition of the Hotel + my rooms dirty and stained furnishings and missing amenities such as a missing coffee/tea maker in my room., I called the desk on 3 occasions for the coffee maker that was not supplied or guaranteed amenities in my room and while on the telephone with the front desk was left on hold and possibly forgotten. The property was dirty and unkempt with garbage and cigarette butts and equal to some people around the hotel property site. The viewed ratings of 3/5-4/5 are wrong and equal to = 2/5

First off it is 4th of July and my anniversary and I have to come to this nasty place I expect my money back or I will be seeing a lawyer. I called this morning and said hot tub was working and of course it's not pool area very contaminated with feces and mold. I have mold and dirt everywhere in room and I ordered a suite that supposed to have a door but didn't. I couldn't drive all the way back to Ohio and nothing else available. Will not recommend to anyone oh I also found a bug in my bed. I have pictures and not happy people are just lazy Robert and Sarah follis Ann arbor michigan

I have stayed at La Quinta Inns for several years with great results. However, on 3/19/22 we stayed at a Wyndam (Microtel Inn) in Baton Rouge, La. The room was not to clean and the bed was unbelievable. It rocked from side to side. I will not stay at a Wyndam again.
