Not a bad product, but when you order it says in stock. Once you place the order you find out it's on back order, and they stop responding. They have your money and you never get your product

Wish I would have researched this site a little better before I "purchased" my hid cheadlight conversion kit from this scam business website! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I spent $73 with them n placed an order that I NEVER RECEIVED! Tracking number says it was never even shipped from California and it's been weeks. Can't get ahold of anyone whatsoever for any type of customer service regarding this matter either, no phone number, nothing! Had their supposed office hours posted but no number no email nothing. I'm in process of disputing the transaction with my bank instead to try to get my money back

My experience has been horrible since my initial order. I ordered the HID conversion kit for my 2002 Ford F250, and LED fog light pair. Package arrives, no fog lights. Finally get a reply saying they will ship the fog lights and an apology. Package arrives, 1 fog light. Contact again. Finally receive 2 fog lights. Finally get time to do the install and notice there's no difference between bright and dim. Randomly the lights will change brightness, like the relays are sticking. I decided to change the headlights (not bulbs) to a projector style. So that requires me to buy 2 more ballasts, and 4 new H1 style bulbs. Promised 1-2 days shipping. 3 days later they ship them. I get them finally and now all 4 lights are on at the same time. I can't dim my lights and as a result I can't drive my truck at night. Tech won't email or call me. Live chat is useless to help. I'm ready to take everything out and throw close to $500 in the trash. Please stay away from this company.

For the past 7 months they have been telling me they are experiecing Quality issues and will be shipping my bulbs out to me once resolved - I have the email chain to prove this. Does it take 7 months to resolve a Quality issue? Come-on! I have now given up on trying to get this resolved and will write off the $107.00

Ordered on Nov.7th finally delivered on Nov. 19th. After paying for 2 day expedited shipping. Quality of HID,s I'm not impressed cheap packaging, cheap looking. So to say the good reviews are surcumbspect. BEWARE

Spent about $160 on HID's, and sent numerous emails on the contact us page, but can not get anybody to reach out to me. They do not have phones for the company, and the phone number redirects you to the 'contact us' page. I did a charge-back, and they created a shipping label for my product. I was relieved, I thought I was finally getting my product I paid for.

That was two months ago, they never sent the parcel to USPS, but because the tracking-number exists, they were able to reject a chargeback. It's the only bad experience I've ever had with a company.

WORST COMPANY EVERRRR. They do not answer any of their emails whatsoever. They say 24hr shipping but mine has been 2 months and its still processing. Im already fed up going somewhere else. This website should honestly close down.

When I ordered a full HID kit for a 2014 BMW there was no warning it wouldn't work (flickering) but now their Troubleshooting guide says that if it flickers you need a different wiring harness. Total rip-off

I did the usual search for HID's and xenonhids popped up first so, having some experience I decided to shop the since they were front and center.

Big mistake.
The order went through fine, I received the confirmation it was being processed but that was the end of my confidence in them.
Five days went by and no change in status, it was sitting at 'processing' so I reached out to them. Great, they responded and said they were contacting the sales dept. An additional four days later and I now want a refund. They'll check with the sales dept, again.
Four days later I receive an email stating they were shipped. Finally!
Five days later it's still sitting at 'shipping label received' so it's a bait and switch. When I complained they said they can't do anything about it as it's shipped. BS. I did reach out to my bank and was preparing to do a charge back when they finally shipped and this was after checking the status every day.

Stay away from these clowns. They suck at customer service, order fulfillment and communication.

Don't patronize them.

They sent faulty hid bulbs, customer service was so rude and the warranty is a big lie... they wont replace the items or send a refund. They are absolute garbage... never buy from these scammers

Ordered a set of LED's for a Saab that was in my shop for an upgrade. The LED's did not fit the vehicle, so I emailed for an RMA. That was OVER A MONTH ago and when I check in via email BECAUSE THERE IS NO PHONE LINE, I just keep getting told my RMA is "being reviewed." They have basically stolen money from my business. F*ck these guys!

I ordered a HID kit December 20th, 2019 and have YET to recieve any kind of tracking update. I once got on the phone with a man named Chanko that had children screaming in the background (which didnt settle my nerves at all) and he said that it hadn't passed the quality inspection.? Said I'd get a new update in 1 to 2 days. Still nothing. Since then I've maybe spent 6 hours total trying to reach someone on the phone with no luck. I talked to a "chloe" through their chat and said she couldn't help so shes get with the manager and they call me back. Still nothing.
By far the biggest scam I've ever been apart of

I bought my HID lights several years ago and now the bulbs burnt out - the only reason I went with this company (eventhough more expensive for comparable items) was the warranty (supposedly). Now I am finding out they are not answering emails or phone calls. I was skeptical in the beginning and it turns out I am right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered a Christmas gift on December 16 2019, It is now January 10th, no tracking number, no one answers email of telephone calls. Thay have a CHAT box on their website and 3 times CLOE said that the shipping team was notified, still no response.

I purchased LED low beams, high beams and fog lights for several hundred dollars on my Silverado. Everything worked fine for several months until a low beam started to flicker randomly and then stopped. I was able to move bulbs and controllers from side to side and confirm the controller was at fault.
12/12/19, I initiated a warranty claim and then filled out their RMA form.
12/16/19, checked on progress and was told still under review.
12/19/19, warranty request approved.
1/4/20, Inquired on progress with claim. No response
1/7/20, contacted chat line and information was forwarded to warranty claims.
1/8/20, received email there were having quality control issues.
2/11/20, sent email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded.
2/24/20, sent another email requesting an update on my claim. Nobody responded!
3/10/20, contacted chat line again, information was forwarded again. Requested email update.
3/23/20, still no response. Why?
Just in case anyone reads this at XenonHIDS my claim is #UGM-236-*******

Once they get your money, they wash their hands of you. I would never deal with them again. Ever. Customer service is stone-age.

Don't! Find another company. Check reviews first. Their (xenonhids) website states that they have a 4.7 rating based on 50K + customers. I call BS.

Products used:
Purchased Galaxy class ballasts with Bi-Xenon bulbs. Never got hi/lo beams working. Took it to a mechanic, he said the bulbs aren't hi/lo. Customer service refuses to step up. Terrible company.

Shop with someone else, these guys are horrible. I ordered LED bulbs for my friends CanAm Spyder, they sent me the wrong product, so i had to send it back but i had to email them numerous times before i got a RMA in order to return it, then i had to pay $23.00 to ship it back to them which they did not refund me the amount of shipping. Then when i did get a refund, it was $10.00 less than what I paid for so they ARE CROOKS and you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone, they don't have that service accessible "BECAUSE OF COVID". THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS AND THEY SUCK!

Ordered some hid lights from this company, paid extra for rushed shipping, 2 weeks later get the product go figure it's broken when I open the box…. Called 10 times phone lines are currently out of service & they will not respond to me when I ask for my money back… it's a shame $#*! head companies like this get away with bull$#*! like this and nothing is ever done to them for committing crimes which is theft how I see it, but let an average blue cooler person like me or you try that $#*! and they would hang us! It makes me sick it really does, I hope this review is blasted on there home page, every social media available, make t shirts to wear and bumper stickers to advertise it as well cause they absolutely suck as a business as far as standard go! I wouldn't refer them to my worse enemy is how $#*!ty and horrible they are…

I purchased LED kits from this company and within a few monthsmy right LED was no longer working.

I contacted the company and I was told that the company is experiencing quality problems and the defective product can not be replaced.

Finally, they gave me the money back, but now they asked me to ship the defective product back to them!

I had to have my mechanic uninstall the LEDs my cost) and now I find out that I had to pay for returing the defective product (their RETURN POLICY)!

PRUCHASE YOUR LEDs FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
