So far like shopping I'll have to see how the lights work when I get them. They make a difference from the stock halogen bulbs that were originally in the car. Also much better than the bulbs I ordered on Amazon. Those flickered even after I put an anti flicker on.

I received no shipping confirmation like I was told. I have since called several times and left messages with no reply. I have sent emails requesting to send it back for a full refund on my unused purchase with no reply. The prices are almost double that of Amazon. I suggest noone buy from this site.horrible all the way around.

They completely mislead you online. The installation for these lights is extremely confusing and requires drilling holes in the back of the headlight caps. There are also lots of additional wiring and battery packs that must be zip tied and secured. I took these products to a professional for installation and they didn't even wanna touch it. Their return policy is garbage. They force you to send the lights back using FedEx only which cost me $35. Then they took off 20% for restocking which was another $40. I wasted $75 and I never even touched the products. This company is trash.

Everything looked good until I went to install and found one of the bulbs broken in the box. I imagine it was something that happened during shipping and I'm hoping customer service can help me out. Other than that the product seems fine

I was assured the kit would work on my vehicle by the sales staff but it didn't. I filed my customer service ticket on 11/27, still no response at all on 12/4. I've left 3 voice messages and not a single call back. The customer service so far has been the worst I've experienced in years. I would expect this kind of treatment from one of the cheap eBay kit sellers but not from a place that costs 2 or 3 times as much! At this point I would not recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Shipping was great, price was great, but upon arrival both casings around the bulbs were loose and one was cracked. I've read too many other reviews about how much of a hassle it is to even send the bulbs back and get something actually worth 100 dollars.

Their service is very well, appreciate them trying to get a hold of me to sort a problem and delivered the product as soon as they can. Got it a few days after since the phone call. Thanks again will definitely will be coming back for more!

Ordering process very simple due to good info on this site and helpful easy Chat Support. Much better than many other places, and all the info I would likely need. Was not aware of the noise level of the lights, but think I can live with it.

This is a cheap Knock off of a quality product. If its all you can afford, I guess it will work for a short time. Product is hand mutilated to work with some auto models. Customer service is through live chat only. Don't expect customer service to care that the mods to their product are not done to any spec or that they may have been done incorrectly. This seems to be a typical HID product on amazon. The quality HID kits are not usually listed on amazon. Do your research (Their is a difference between number# 1 sold and number#1 in Quality).

My order was placed and sent to me correctly and in a very quick timely manner. I had a capacitor that didn't work, contacted customer service and they sent me two brand new ones in the mail, which were delivered fast I might add. I will order through you guys again. My only negative is customer service. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone about issues regarding your order or anything else. Other than that I give them a solid 4 stars.

I ordered these lights as an upgrade for my 3200 lumen HID kit that I had installed on my car. I have searched for quite some time for a suitable replacement. Upon order, I was excited to get something brighter as I do a fair amount of night time driving. Once installed, the 4500 lumens is a severe over estimate of true brightness. The light breaks up around 20-25 feet and is almost completely unusable. I am severely disappointed and my search will continue for a better and brighter product for my vehicle.

The lights are packed in a very nice box but they do not work very well. I cannot see more than 50-70 feet in front of me when driving. My old halogen bulbs had a much greater distance of at least 150- 200 ft. I am going to have to put my old bulbs back in or buy HID lighting.

Order arrived before scheduled arrival date. Installed them and they are much brighter than the stock lamps. One bonus is I can now see the road signs much clearer up to probably one mile away as the white light reflects off the signs or anything reflective.

The installation instructions are poorly written. I tried to contact tech support via e-mail last week and have had no response. The power plug that connects to cars existing light harness does not mate up and therefore this is not a plug and play as advertised

I ordered a high beam and low beam set for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. When I received my sets I found out they sent me two low beam sets. I contacted their live chat and got Allan... Allan informed me they are considered equivalent and should work for my high beams as well. I installed the low beams first and they worked (only reason they are getting two stars not one). I then went to install the high beams. While trying to install I realized that the lights were too big for my car and wouldn't do the job. I went back to the live chat, started to talk with Allan again and explained they did not work for my car. He simply reiterated that they should work and promptly kicked me from the chat. Terrible customer service after I spent over $200 for an order that did not get fulfilled correctly. At this point it should come down to the fact that I ordered H9 bulbs and H11 bulbs and got two sets of H11 bulbs. Take my second set back and send me an H9 set and I'll be satisfied. After receiving the product there is ZERO customer service. I had to go with alternating on/off headlights for two days and nights till I fixed problem myself. Although the online chat was responded to the first time I could not get a response afterward! For the price of these I'll try a cheaper one next time with a company that has support.

I purchased high and low beams for my 2014 Silverado. The instructions on how to install might as well say, "take the old light out and put the new one in." I tried for an hour or so to get the bulbs in without any luck. Ultimately, I took off the grille and uninstalled the headlight housing assembly. With unobstructed access, I figured the install would be simple. Not so. It is absolutely impossible to install the bulbs and close the dust cover due to the cooling fins being too large. Not to mention that even if the light itself fit, the amount of cable and the anti-flicker unit that would be have to be tucked in behind the light would also be impossible clearance issue to reconcile. I attempted to contact the company by phone and found that you aren't able to speak to a real person. I entered a live chat with "Kevin" and his ultimate answer to my question if they were aware of this clearance issue and could they offer a workaround; was that Xenonpro only guarantees that the bulbs will fit the stock mechanism that locks them in place. Not the housing, and not behind the dust cover. He then offered the pre-scripted nonsense that I should look into taking my truck to a performance shop because, "they are good at this sort of thing." Folks, this company is going to take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.

Clear web site. Easy ordering. Good customer (chat) support. Product that arrived was NOT as described on the web site. Web site said 'plug and play'. Expensive modifications would have been necessary. Trying to return, via chat, they argued with me. I had to pay for return shipping when they made the mistake. Overall BAD experience!

LED headlights came with broken glass around LEDs. Carefully removed it and decided to try them anyway. Awful brightness/beam pattern, and despite saying it was for my vehicle, had to remove headlight assembly (with requires front bumper removal) to get it in/out because it was too long to fit otherwise. Lights were damaged during initial removal attempts, so I can't even return them for a refund.

I will NEVER any product from this site ever again.

Got my LEDs in just over 24 hours for my personal car and they are really great. I will be getting another full set for my work truck

A friends told me about this site and lights, they are great, can't wait to have them in/on my truck.
I was offered a 5% discount filling out the survey after my purchase, still haven't received the discount; which I assume will be a refund made on my account that was used.

Some connectors are missing in the delivered products. The installation instruction is not clear and exactly appropriate for the items ordered. So the concept of DIY cannot be done with my very limited knowledge in auto wiring. To make the replacement of my headlight bulb from halogen to HID possible, I have to go to the auto electrical shop and paid substantial amount for the labor chargers.

Improvement on the aspects mentioned above is requested so that you will be more of a customer chosen supplier of the HID products.
