I was going to buy from local store but decided since bulb replacement is such a pain, 3rd time in 2 years, lets wait and do this LED conversion, anxious to see how well they swap out and work. Made the install, other than the pain of accessing headlights on 2006 cad sts, the swap was relatively easy, however the protective lens around the led had to be removed in order to fit in the headlight, I hope this won't be an issue. Otherwise, lights work great so far!

You guys need to do a better job with the sales department, especially when a recording tells me that I will be called in a hour. I was never called. Shipping took about 7 days not sure why I paid extra for the 1-3 days shipping time! Need to work on the shipping times or refund people's money!

First order...easy to place order...hopefully easy to replace. Update is easier to order than replace. A lot of additional wiring to contend with but the results were a huge improvement. There was some disassembly/assembly. Highly recommend just on a safety level.

Very happy with the product, its quality and packaging. The easy online shopping, the quick delivery and all included costs at checkout impressed me. The LED bulb made a great difference over the OEM bulb. Enjoying late rides even more now.

BUYER BEWARE,Received my bulbs in 3 days, after installing them one bulb burned out within a hour. Call to return bulbs and was told the thing they would do is replace burned out bulb, even though the website states 100% customer satisfaction return for refund or replacement within 30 days. Was told that since they were not in original condition they could not be returned. Not impressed with customer service rep. Would not purchase from them!

So far no complaints. Headlights look awesome. Easy install. Had order and install power relay kits. One was bad so I went to local shop and they gave me a new relay at no charge. Now everything works and looks great!

Web site was easy to use and the customer service chat was quick. I had purchased a cheaper set on eBay and had issues with light going out but this set is working so far. A big difference in the ballast.

Received the bulbs but one of the glass casings around the chip was cracked. I decided to install the bulbs anyway just to see if it would be worth exchanging. There's no way I could fit all of the components into the headlight housing and I can't zip tie it on the outside because I won't be able to put any kind of dust cover on to prevent moisture from getting into the headlights. Bulbs might be bright but they are very large (almost twice the size of my previous LED's) and have large components that are needed for them to function properly. Would like to return but I don't want to have to deal with their customer support on live chat.

Very easy process when ordering, the wire that was supposed to connect to the stock harness on my 2504 fog lights did not fit, so i sent in a customer service request which is still unanswered for over a week. I ended up ordering the correct wire from amazon costing another $16. When looking at the bulbs upon unboxing, one of them had what looked like a minor burn mark. After installation, the one with the blemish turns on sometimes but sometimes not. I feel like for the price i paid for these, the bulbs could have at least been in 100% condition.

Shipping was very fast. The 5202 fog lights would not fit. The 9012 headlight led bulbs were more fun than the stock bulbs. I sent everything back, but customer service is a joke here. Email can't help, phone won't help, have to use the chat session. I was told that I would not get a restocking fee 1 day, and the next day I was told I would be getting a fee. It cost me $21 to ship back non fitting and dim bulbs. I would never recommend this place!

Shopping was easy, delivery was fine. My only issue with the product was that I bought the anti flicker piece too. Plugged in everything. They flickered 5 times and then shutoff, every time I turn them on they do the same thing. Have yet to figure out what is going on. Not a plug and play system

Thought I was buying from Canada, since they have warehouse in Quebec, but was charged US dollars!
(BIG PRICE SHOCK). From $157.60 to $214.00 which is a 35% increase!
They don't even fit my vehicle because rad support is in the way. Have to make major modifications if I want to install them. Not a DIY install for most people

The overall experience is good. I have an issue with the installation of the lights. I have tried many different scenarios however they do not work. Is it possible for your company to research a proper installation plan to install the 9005 xenon bulbs in a 2014 Dodge Journey properly?

I Have a 2014 Tahoe, which it says when you check out that I needed the extra flickering cables. I actually don't need them and am wait on a return label to be sent so I can return them. I also had to modify some metal parts because the led stuck out too far and I could not push the headlight completely back into place. One of the led lights would not work and it turned out to be the polarity, the customer service was great. They helped me figure out how to get them to work via the little messaging set up they have. Other than that the head lights and fog lights are awesome! Next I need to get the hi beams.

It was fast and easy. Contacting customer service was difficult and took over a day to get somebody to respond to me, but when they did they were very courteous and supplied all the answers as well as pictures and diagrams that I needed in order to answer my question.

Not all my questions answered but that is ok. Will order leds for fog lights once I see how leds are for headlights. Have not yet installed the lights. Waiting for warmer weather. Currently minus 12 Celsius. Have watched the video for installation and it looks pretty easy and straight-forward.

Awesome, fast delivery and amazing customer service experience because I placed my order and they call me right away to make sure I choose the right item for my car never happen before in other online shopping. Keep the right way guys. I'm definitely buy more for my next car.

If I was to do this again I would get the 45 W versus the 35 W bulbs. Unfortunately there is no way to tell that the 35 W is just not bright enough. However they are radically brighter than the stock headlights which did virtually nothing on my car.

The included instructions are bad. Small print, no instructions on how to install
The separate canceller, anti flicker parts, have not installed yet, car is getting some
Body work done. One little triangle metal bracket included for what?
Use pictures of actual parts for instructions

Excellent customer service, lights work really well. But if you drive a 2013 ram 1500 with quad style lights you will have to modify your dust caps for both hi and low beams. The fan on the lights stick out to much. Wont be buying from with site again unless they switch to a fanless light

The bulbs seem to be bright. My truck didn't seem to need the $15 per light set canbus anti flicker. When plugged in the lights would not function. I do not have a defined edge with these bulbs brightness is all over the place. Do not know if I am legal right now. Need to order new lenses since these are old and maybe the light is being diffused through them. Cannot set legal headlight level without that line scene from 30 ft away.

I ordered some LED bulbs for my 2016 Fiesta, I received the bulbs in a relatively quick manner. However, when I went to install them, there were two issues. 1) The bulbs were not quick plug and play to install, unlike the site says. 2) The bulbs are most definitely not the correct ones for the car. They do not fit in the housings, the bulb has no way of being secured in the housing itself and there is no way to modify either to make them fit. After finding this out, I tried chatting with the online representative to get some clarification and possibly swap them for the correct bulbs, and their representative was a total jack@$$. We finally reached an agreement to have them send me return shipping label and I still have not received this either. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of quality control and general support from this company.

Product seems fine but the instructions are ridiculous. It's obvious that they were written by someone that does not speak English. Maybe you should upgrade the instructions so that they can be read without trying to decipher bad illustrations and even worse written instructions
