Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?
I entered all the vehicle information on the website to get the correct lighting kit for my truck. Once the kit was installed the lights would not work. Some of the connections did not fit snug which leads me to believe it was not the correct kit. It did cost me to ship the product back, but I was able to finally get a 100% refund.

I bought from Xenon Pro a pair of RAM 1500 LED projector replacement bulbs. The bulbs once installed would cut in and out while in the on position. I don't drive the vehicle so by the time I got around to calling XP they fellow told me to take out the resistor paks. When I had time to do this a few weeks went by and the lights without the resistors didn't work. So, I called XP and was told for $40 they would replace my order. What I didn't learn was what caused my problem and without paying more they would not send anything. I have put the original bulbs in and I am left with a set of bulbs/resistors they won't take back so, I guess I bought myself and education. Nice people (they would talk to me all I want but not help me) not so good a product. Buyer be ware!

20% restocking fee, plus I have to pay to send back, and put $20 in merchandise insurance, while ONLY using Fedex. Nearest one to me is over 25 mins away. Should be able to send though ANY carrier. Product looked great, but customer service and returns made this rating low.

Purchased two sets of lights returned them for refund they only processed one order. Returned both sets of lights in the same box with order numbers written on the outside as directed by representative. 145.00 for each set of lights. Me thinking rational you received two sets of lights in the same box they'd ll
process them at the same time but they didn't and that's what prompted me to call. So if you so happen to return more than one item ship them separately to avoid this. No one has 150.00 to give away.

I bought high beams and they came within two days and they're crazy bright. Easy install and they do flicker when my daytime running lights are on and they didn't mention Subaru's needing the anti-flicker device, but my car is kinda rare and most Subaru's do not have them from what I have seen online, so it's not really their fault. Just make sure to do your own research before buying things for your car I suppose. Even with the flicker it is barely noticeable from the driver's perspective. Not my problem lol

Received my order of headlights damaged. When I reached out to the customer service I was told I would be allowed to return. After several weeks I emailed asking about my refund that I had never received. The following day they sent the refund short $65 CAD for a restocking fee. How can you restock a damaged product and how can you charge a fee for returning something that never worked? Beware before buying.

Terrible company and customer support. You cannot speak with a person - only on line chats. Lights require an adapter to install properly - and the company blames customer for not knowing (you are required to check fitment before ordering per their website) and one is not included with the kit (yet advertised as plug-n-play), nor do they sell the adapter. Require you send return product via FedEx on top of the 20% restocking charge.
Spent $250 on LED headlights, they didn't fit my vehicle as advertised. When i tried to return them, the live chat support was the most unprofessional and rude customer service i've ever received. They talked down to me, told me i was wrong about everything, told me to quit talking to them and wasting their time. It was unbelievable. They refuse to take my return, I've wasted tons of money on a product I literally can't use. I've read lots of reviews of people who had the same experience. Tried calling and emailing and they just send me back to the rude live chat support. They literally argue with you and tell you you're stupid. Stay away!
After searching for my correct type of led bulbs, there web site came up with these led bulbs, after receiving them and installing found that there dimmer than stock halogen bulbs. So went thru there live chat and they said I bought the wrong bulbs that led's do not work with the projector style housing and after I told him that it was there web site that it was the only option that came up when I entered my exact car and model, he then told well you should have known belter and comes up with this page on the internet that says that hid's
Work better and says if I would like to return them at my cost they would sell me hid's. Bottom line they say there USA based but returns go back to a Canada address so for 180.00 dollars you can send them back due to customs charges very misleading company just to get your dollars
I initially ordered the LED kit with anti flicker and also tried the HID kit for my Chrysler 200. Unfortunately they were not able to bypass my system. But Xenon customer support was top notch and I was able to get a refund along with another idea to try. Would definitely buy from them again and Mike is amazing without him this would of been a very different review… so I just want to say a huge thank you to him and it is nice to see company's still standing behind the product it is rare these days

They sent the wrong size LED headlights and were rude when I talked to their customer service to return them. 1.5 years later I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt buy their HID headlights. I ordered 5000k white and one came half pink as if it was damaged so I contacted them and this time they were nicer and sent me a second pair for free. One of these didn't work at all the other one had even worse discoloration than the one I replaced it with. Do not buy from these guys.

I paid $20 per bulb, $40 for 2 replacement bulbs(high and low beams) and they sent me 2 low beam bulbs, but indicated they were high and low. Customer service isn't in English when you call and they take forever to respond, if at all, on the stupid chat thing. Waste of money for the wrong damn bulb. They dont give a $#*! either.
Decided to order the HID set because it was recommended to use them over LED with the factory projectors in my truck. I wanted the brightest possible lights, so I opted for the 55w. Got them installed and was very disappointed. I've had other HID's in other trucks and these were very lame. Not bright at all!
Bought a set of LED's from another company and they are literally twice as bright as these "55w HID's." And yes I let them warm up. They still sucked.
Then I sent them back and got hit with the $15 restock fee plus paid for shipping of $16. So it cost me $31 to find out that their HID headlights are junk compared to LED's that cost 1/2 as much. Lesson learned and for them, customer lost

I purchased 9006 LED headlights for my 2012 honda accord and i have to say i was blown away by how bright they are! They illuminate perfectly down dark woody roads at night! The reason for this is review that in multiple attempts to receive correct product have been given the run around making it impossible to exchange or return. I had ordered fog lights for my 2015 Yukon. What I received did not look like the picture on the website and would not fit. Even though Website says fits 2015 Yukon. On multiple attempts to get correct product, I have received no support. The only way you can receive service is to chat. Phone number will suggest the chat for any customer service then hangs up. When chatting multiple times I was told "the 5202 bulb is what was ordered and what was received" then all responses were answered by advertisements of customer satisfaction. Currently I have a pair of a 134 dollar bulbs I can't use. Also I never received a proof of purchase, receipt from vender. The only receipt I have is from PayPal. Highly recommend Not using this company as there are no Guarantees of product.

First they sent me the wrong bulbs for low beams
Second when I got the correct bulbs they would not fit my application.
Then when I asked for a return they made me ship to Canada only by Fedex which cost 120 dollars.
Finally they charged a restock fee of 30 bucks.
Therefore on a 234 dollar purchase I only netted 80 bucks.
I hate them! Please never do business with them.
Just installed my Xenon Pro headlights. I had a little problem at the start on high beams not working but used the chat on Xenon's site and the tech had it figured out in seconds and up and running. So far very impressed with the increased distance and width these lights have given in night time driving especially the high beams.

First of if you are Canadian the prices are in US $ second lifetime warranty will cost you $40 US in shipping every time! My lights are less than 3 months old and the components are already acting up igniting one or the other only half the time... Garbage, now if I want it fixed I have to send them $40 for the defective light components they sold. No guarantee that it will not break down in the future but as long as supply them with $40US they will send me their crap.

LED Fitment for my motorcycle wasn't even close. Returned LED's as per their "Return Merchandise Authorization" instructions. I had to pay $21 to return the product then keep contacting them for the status of the refund. It took over 10 days for the funds to be refunded, less a $30 restocking charge for a product that was in correct. I wasted $51 (CDN) with this company and encourage everyone else not to use them otherwise you may get ripped off.

Don't buy from them! Many other people have experienced the same problem with returns. The refund took over 10 days and I had to contact them multiple times for an update. You'll have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee should you need to return the product, even if the part is incorrect or the fitment is wrong. Don't waste your money. I'm out of pocket $51 (CDN). Don't trust the "good" reviews.

No connector on the power wires. Customer service rep. Dale tells me to "stick the bare wires into the open female half of the connector and wrap it with electrical tape." This is how they want me to install my kit. Rude, no supervisor, chat only customer service and will not let me talk to any other rep. Product seems to be good Quality but I would not do business with this company due to the way they work their customer service.

I placed an order for H- 11 bulbs to fit my 2013 Chevy Avalanche and the anti - flicker package a total of $164.00 not cheap. But supposed to fit and work well. Well they didn't fit. Called for support and instead I get chastised for not checking the fit before I purchased them. Hey I stated site states they should fit like factory specs. Support tech states you should have measured them before hand or call us and we would have told you. So can I return them please? Not now they have been installed, I stated no I never plugged them in I only placed one in the housing and noted that it would not allow me to bolt up the housing back in place as it hits on the back side. Short story not a lot of support and customer service is non existence. Joe S.
