I placed my order and received the product very quickly. The staff was very professional and courteous. My problem is that the product could not be installed in my application. The securing ring on my particular vehicle will not fit over the product therefore cannot be installed. I assume the product would have worked but without being able to install them I cannot say for sure. I have not had time to contact the company yet for a solution but have every confidence that when I do things will be taken care of if at all possible. BTW-I ordered two 9004 replacement headlights for a '98 Dodge RAM pickup.

There needs to be better instructions to hook up these lights to an older halogen system. After installation the lights would not work.
I hope there will be a Youtube video or something to help. The two prong plug supplied to plug in power to the ballast does not transfer voltage from the original three prong plug. Haven't given up yet.

My lights go out once a year. I never get the warranty. I expect the bulbs to be way cheaper than the kit. Pricing on bulbs alone is aggravation. I have the ones that burnt out in less than 1.5 years. Can you provide a shipping label so I can send the defective bulbs back?

So far so good! After using my new headlights, I can now say that I am extremely happy with my selection of the company and the lights the self. I love the warranty and the fact that you cared enough to follow up with this purchase. On that note you have a life time customer.

The lights were installed after a hefty price tag. They were installed not using the 'anti flicker' cord and now my car is having difficulty starting. I've now taken it to 3 places that can't figure out the problem but my car starts about every 3rd try and nothing but problems since the headlights have been installed!?

High price for fairly weak leds. Put in my projectors and they made less light than a set i got for 1/2 the price... also when returning due to fitment charged 20% restocking, i guess to cover your cost on the lights... and due to the fan design on the light unable to clip retainers

This website is very user friendly. I did not have any problems finding the correct part for my truck. The only problem that I have is that when the headlights are on, static comes in over the radio. When I contacted LedHeadLightsPro.com, the agent said that it was because of the type of wiring in the lights and that there was nothing that could be done. If I had known this, I would not have purchased these lights.

I have tried to install the headlights several times, myself, and have had no luck. The box and instruction manuel do not specify which make and model of car it is for and the diagrams look nothing like my headlights so I have come to believe that I was sent a generic product with no specification to my car.

The site is easy to navigate and gives plenty of options for your vehicle. Instructions on installation are not provided, ie., you are supposed to remove the glass from the leds. Also 4 of the 6 bulbs had to be repaired by me, the mounting base came loose from the led. The glue looks to have been rubber cement! I had to use super glue to affix the bases to the leds. I hope the other two will not come apart!

The directions didn't help at all. I had to do a lot of research on line to figure out how to put them in and also called in. Eventually I did get them installed and they work. I requested that you send me a receipt by mail and as of today I still haven't received it. For some reason my computer wouldn't allow it to come through my email. Can you please send me a receipt for my purchase? Thank you.

Easy install. Wide and high beam. Could be a little bit brighter though. I bought the 45w led headlights and have few complaints other than the price. High quality and when you select a colour you still get clear lenses as well.

These would make my night time driving safer if they fit.
However, the web site did not have any physical dimensions and no way to check the fit before I ordered them.

I received the LEDs from Xenon Pro. Only one of the LED's worked and the one that did work had a small crack in the glass and shattered when when I installed it. I emailed them and never heard back from them. Poor Quality control for the price and poor customer service. Buying the lights and quick delivery was great but after that it went downhill. So buy at your own risk.

The LED kit did not install as the kit said it would. My application was for a 2005 Thunderbird and it requires the use of the headlight bulb retaining ring so that the bulb will not fall out due to vibrations, bumps etc. Requires separating the bulb, fan from the adapter. The 3 tabs on the retaining ring have to be removed because they will not rotate properly due to the LED bulb cooling fan. It was also suggested to purchase the cam-bus modules because I have a ford. Box of lights came open with parts all strewn in box. Hoping all parts are there. Have not had a chance to install yet

Easy to locate kit specific to my vehicle. Easy ordering process. Installation instructions were extremely poor. Had to buy a inline filter with package and there were no installation instructions on where to install it per headlight. Had lots of intermittent issues with headlight function. One day both worked next day one or the other would not start up. Not sure about the reliability.

This was very easy shopping. We are trying to return the lights because they are the wrong ones. All I wanted to do was talk to someone on the phone and no one would return my call. Now I am in the process of emailing back and forth.

Easy to order and understand
I had an issue after installation, I contacted help desk and they assisted me and I still had an issue. I wanted to update that situation --- my headlights were on when in gear but not in park. What I found was that my truck was built in Canada where driving lights are mandatory - my old headlights were so dull that I never understood that I really had them all along. All ford trucks have the driving light capabilities since 2009 and can be enabled or disabled in the USA by your ford dealer at any time.
Great HID lights, love them.

One of the LED headlight bulb was cracked at the bottom. The bulb still works but my concern is with the bulb completely breaking off in the near future. Is there a way I can get a replacement bulb? Costumer service was very hard to reach through phone and chat option thru your website.

I received the product on time and had it installed, but the lights did not work, sent an e-mail to xenon pro customer support on Monday January,11 telling them my problem and as of this evening Thursday January,14 I did not receive any reply except for this review which I am sending now. Very poor customer service.

After receiving my order, I had some issues. While Louis did help me with setting up a return, it would have been beneficial to actually TALK to someone about my issues, rather than only work through a chat.

Website is not clear you are paying in us funds. They show a warehouse in Montreal but doesn't say it is coming from us. Very deceiving. With us exchange on Canadian dollar, I paid 44% more. Would not have ordered from us if I had known it was coming from us. Customer service offered 10% discount, but I feel they should have offered more.
