Website was nice and easy to use. Found what I needed Pretty easily and even got a coupon for my purchase! My order shipped pretty quickly as well, and my headlights are great! They're super bright and look really nice!

Amazing product, I have bought many HID kits from other sites only to be unsatisfied with the product. But these are a step above the rest. I will definitely be buy my kits from this site from now on. A++.

Just not enough installation instructions.Switching from Jeep halogen to LED need a few hours with license mechanic. It's not just a plug and play. LED output less than 1 Ohm, needed resistor to compensate for low output to vehicle system

Found item fast, price was competitive. Item delivered pretty fast, but it did not fit in the vehicle I specified on the order. The bulb 9007 dual beam lo/hi requires the metal spring clip to hold it in place, my car has a plastic collar that must fit over the end of the bulb then be twisted a quarter turn to lock it in the headlamp frame. Since the 9007 has a large fan built in to the end of the bulb the plastic collar will not fit and can't be used so I will have to return it.

The kit was delivered quickly and was not hard to install. Unfortunatly one light burned out in 2 days, but the customer service rep replaced and shipped it out the same day I contacted them with no issues.

Order 9006 and 9005 LED bulbs. Ordered in purple but came in white! One of the bulbs came UNGLUED from the base. Still made the bulb work. The bulbs are bright, a lot brighter than stock. Overall, disappoints for the amount of money we pay! P.S the quartz cover on the bulb came broken on one. Installed with cover like suggested in instructions, but they all broke inside the light on the first trip around the block.

The shopping experience was good. I usually like to see the address of the business, but I did some quick research and it looked good.

There is one setting for my headlights where I see them flutter and I really don't like that. My solution has been to avoid that setting, but it disappoints me.

They are definitely bright, they fit perfect and the installation was a breeze. Just don't like the fluttering.

The lights are bright but for some reason they don't work when I start my truck. They'll turn on if the key isn't on but as soon as I start the engine the don't. Installation was fairly easy with only a few minor issues with the electrical connectors but overall they're nice.

We did not receive all the parts we needed. Had to order a relay from amazon. Hoping the relay fixes the issue otherwise will be returning the lights. Unhappy that we are unable to speak with someone, just in line consultants. Not a great system.

Site is very easy to navigate. Parts description is very clear.
Packaging is done with great care and the products are of good quality. Having had hid kit before was very straight forward install and instructions are helpful if never having installed a kit before.

I like that I was able to find out info before making a purchase. Web site was easy to navigate.
After receiving the HID system and trying to install them I was a little confused. The parts don't look the same as the diagrams so I'll have to visit your web site & see if I can find a video.

I was expecting the price to be a bit lower that what I originally paid. The discount for purchase didn't inform me that I could have got a percentage off until the order was completed. Prior order where at least $50 cheaper than this purchase.

Site says 2 day shipping but they used a 5 day shipping method so i did not receive my order until the 6th business day. My order was placed based on my vehicle selection. I had to install additional components so the kit was not complete even though I purchased all the recommended components. Support for the installation and shipping issues was not very good. Emails went without response or I was told to use live chat which was not always available and was not able to answer question on the weekend.

Just ordered was easy. I installed the two lights with anti flicker. They lite fine. The next day when I turned the lights on they flickered and the low beams went off. High beams worked fine no issues. Later the lights worked ok for awhile then did the same thing flashed and and went out. I need to contact Xenon pro for advise.

The the Live Support was great. That helped a lot. The only thing I had troubles with was I called several time and no answer to inquire about my order. I also emailed and no reply so I wish there was better customer support that way to talk to an actual person version online

I have installed them in my 96 gmc truck, but one of them seems to not be as bright as the other one and when you turn them on it doesn't always come one. Also have hard like a buzzing noise when it does turn on like there may be a short or something.

I only gave 4/5 stars because it's is the first time I ever ordered from this company. I haven't received the package or product yet to give 5/5 stars. If all goes well I will change my rating. We have not installed the lights yet. When installed will consider changing my rating to 5/5.

I bought the the lights don't work. Called customer service the told me I need to buy anti-flickers I did at full price! My lights still didn't work. It will not work on a 2015 Gmc 2500 HD DENALI! I just want all my money back please.

My lights began working intermittently about a week after install. Cust service is no help. Chat sucks!

Ordered 45w LED's. H11 bulbs and they are not bright whatsoever. I had a cheap Chinese lake brighter than these but sprung for yours due to thinking they would be superior.
Returning items.-- also think it's ridiculous that I pay shipping back, and a restock fee. This is 2019, companies don't do that anymore. Get with it

Quick, and easy to understand what is required for my car. I like the options so I can customize. The only gripe I have is that the delivery I selected was for a 2 business day delivery. However, it was 4 business days before I received my order. I sent an email to customer service about this. I never received a response.

The online part of the expirience was good, but had to return some products for exchange which turned into a nightmare from dealing with customer service to actually sending the product back, don't pay for quick delivery as I did and still didn't recieve package until 7 days later

Despite bad reviews i went forwrd with ordering, arrived and one of the lights ws cracked but was in working condition. Read online returns cost extra since fedex and canada shipping, decided to just give it a shot with the broken light, works fine. Wouldn't buy again from this company.
