Service was a little disapointing had to wait for bulbs they were on back order. Finally got them was excited to put them in after installing them following directions when you flip them from low beam to high beam and then back to low beam the drivers side goes out for about 3 to 4 seconds before coming back on only does this when truck is running when truck is off they work fine!

Website was very user friendly and helpful.

Product received was high quality. Very pleased with product. I got the 45 watt 9007 bulb in white. It is very bright and white compared to the original halogen. Probably twice as bright.

Only possible improvement would be to improve directions slightly. I had to trim the headlight retaining ring on my vehicle slightly. This was not mentioned in the directions as a possibility. Also directions should mention taking the cap and glad sleeve off to remove mounting ring to place the retaining ring onto the light then reassemble.

Shipping was great but I don't know why it came from Canada when there is a warehouse in my state, two and a half hours away. The product was not what I expected. The color of the light was not the same as was advertised. I opened the box the kit came in and parts were jumbled around and loose. I had to do an inordinate amount of modifying to get the product to fit my vehicle and I had to replace some of the connectors that plugged together but came apart when I tried to disconnect them. It definitely was not plug and play.

I tried to contact customer service with a simple question via the e-mail link I was given when I chatted with a customer service person on XenonPro.com website when I first got my package. A week and a half later, no response so I gave up trying to reach them about other issues. I suppose you live and learn but I won't be buying from this company again.

I received my order and I must've got the wrong bulbs because they would not fit into my light socket, and even the one bulb with very light pressure, not very impressed, if I could get a refund that'd be great

It took less then 20 minutes to install the led headlights as I have been using them they seem to be getting brighter the more I use them. I like how bright they are and they are awesome would buy again.

I had tried to install one on the drivers side per the instructions that was sent with the lamps. Due to the challenge of installing the lamp, the first one had a protective glass failure. I contacted xenon pro and they commented that the glass was for shipping purposes and should be removed but this was not in the instructions.

Very disappointed in the instruction part, for what we pay for them. The first one with the broken glass also has a mounting bracket failure. I guess i will use some superglue to hold mounting bracket together.

Overall purchase and delivery was great. After the purchase I found out my headlight design was not optimal for the bulb type I bought which resulted in me returning the bulbs. Overall it was difficult to reach customer service but once i did they were helpful. They also pointed me to a info page that explains the difference between headlight housings and bulbs types - I may have overlooked it in the ordering process but that would have been great info to have prior to the purchase!

All the information I needed was on the ordering page. Straight forward, ability to easily get shipping & tax information - no hassle at all.

The color representation on the website was a bit off from reality. I think the 6,000Ks in real life look more like the picture of the 8,000Ks. Had it been closer to reality I would have gone for the 5,000Ks.

It was suppose to be 2 day delivery and it took 5 days. One of the LED headlights was cracked but didn't bother sending back and have to wait 10 days for replacement. Bought another set different brand for back up. Had back up LEDs in 2 days.

The site is easy to navigate and full of information. I will return after I receive the product!

Update: These lamps are fantastic. Installation was a bit of a pain on my vehicle, but not due to the product itself. Access to my headlights are through the wheel well. I am satisfied with my purchase though. When I decide to upgrade my high beams, it will be done through XenonPro.

I can't believe that you advertised for LED headlights for my Acura 2003 and didn't have them. I wasted 6 days of my valuable time because of this and the possibility that I would get a ticket for one headlight. I am unhappy with your contact person. He or she should have known that you didn't have the Led headlight. However, I did receive Xenon bulbs for the 2003 and installed them and so far they are working fine. The directions could have been a little clearer insofar that I didn't need a 20 amp fuse in my particular system, (i hope.)

It was quick and easy. Finding the right kit for my truck was fast. Got a very good deal.
Only problem is my driver side hid kit sometimes does not come on. I have to double check and see it is working. I got pulled over and the officer stated it was not on.

Shipping was very slow, website says orders usually ship within 24 hours, mine took 4 days to ship. Took 2 weeks to get my product

I thought that I was to receive the products within a few business days, however, it took 14 business days.

I have just tried installing the products in my truck and they didn't work. I have not yet reached out to the support team but am optimistic that I will receive the appropriate help.

Great product! A big change on illumination and vehicle appearance. A little pricey compared to other brands but definitely worth it. Careful while installing, very delicate product, one of my LED H9 45W fell while installing and the glass broke but luckily still worked afterwards. 100% recommend!

I received the led lights about four or five days after I ordered them online. I opened the box and noticed right away the glass on one of the bulbs was broken. So I tried to call the phone number on the web site to let them know my product was broken. The phone just rang and rang and no one answered. So I sent an email to shipping to let them know what was going on. They responds was that I needed to email the customer department. So I emailed them. I didn't receive an email back in a few days. So I sent another email again. Still have no heard back from anyone and that has been three weeks ago. I would like for them to just send a replacement.
So no I don't think I will use them again. I spent $167 and got something that is broken. So it was a waste of money that I can't afford to waste.

Delivery was fast, and the product arrived in good condition. However upon installation, a piece of plastic broke off on one of the lights that fastens it to the vehicle bulb housing. I had to find a way to secure the bulb so it wouldn't fall out. The product could be made more durable in my opinion.

Poor craftsmanship connectors fit together poorly and or not at all being in finished in fine tuning one should not need to modify connectors to fit factory stock ones. Especially when you say it's all plug and play

The instructions were impossible to understand. The unit did not react to any inputs and did not record any videos of my trip. Extremely disappointed that I purchased this product. Should have paid more and got the GoPro.

The site was intuitive to use in assisting me to find the correct product for my car's make/model. Live chat support was informative in assisting with deciding which product to by (LED vs HID). Overall great purchase experience!

When I received my order a couple of things were broken or missing. One of the yellow Glass lenses was broken and the metal cap was missing on the led bulb. Now in process of sending back because of non fitting my headlamps!

Just bought for the first time. Will have to wait and see if everything works as suggested.

Just installed the light and wow it was easy and the lights are awesome. I recommend them to anyone who wants to see the road better.

Dale in CS got frustrated about some of my questions and made a couple of rude comments in response. I gave up on discussion but his relay to your info was good as you did explain some aspects in your discussion. The remaining questions remain as I got annoyed. I wk d CS line several years and patience and courtesy are things he needs to Dale needs to work on
I was also told it was plug in, quick and easy, but when it arrived beyond my expertise and required some wiring changes and add ons which not only raised the cost to higher than LED but which 2 mechanics strongly advised against.

Very complete system. Very reasonable (actually kind of low for the high quality of the product) pricing. Directions could use an extra step with regard to the new "bulb" installation. I just happen to be pretty mechanically inclined and was able to figure out the the back of the bulb had to be separated from the front of the bulb, in order to get your holdown ring on. Then you reassemble the two pieces to make one solid bulb assembly, for installation into the light assembly. Once all is installed, it is a very simple installation and you can "clean" it up as much or as little, as you choose. (by clean up, I mean the wiring harness, and the amplifiers all being secured/zip tied in nice and neatly)
