I really like the led lights I received however I don't believe they are the 2700k yellow I ordered. I was hoping to send it back and hopefully get something more yellow. Another issue I'm having is that I sent a couple of emails now for the RMA number so I can send it back but still no response... hopefully soon since I'm getting close to the 30 day return policy... I got charged full price for the product even tho I got the email receipt for the right price, when I looked at my bank statement there was no discount applied.

Website does not provide the actual pictures of the parts (it just shows a generic picture of a headlight bulb) nor does it explain anything about what is involved in the installation since the purchase is for a conversion kit

Not what I expected. The web page says pull the old lights out and put the new lights in. I had to customize the light housing just to get them to fit. I don't think I will buy from this company in the future

The LED lights themselves are great. Nice and bright. The glass color sleeves however are VERY fragile and break under very little pressure. The LED lights would not fit in the projector housing with the color sleeve attached. Had to be removed.

Very happy with the service I received. I had an issue with one the lights after two weeks which was very frustrating. I have a new bulb on the way I believe which is free of charge, but I hope that solves the issue.

This in the worst company I have ever dealt without online. The product was cheaply made, and they sent the wrong attachment so I couldn't use it. It was almost impossible to get them to send me return instructions. They finally did. I returned the dash cam. They received it back and then shorted me $15 of what I paid. In all with the return shipping I additionally paid for, my experience cost me $45. They are in Canada, expensive shipping. Don't buy anything from these people!

Items arrived. Working on getting vehicle back to the shop to finish the instal. Will be in touch if items do not work

Bought hi and low HID beams for my 2014 Subaru now daylight running lights don't work properly. Used the 800 number for support refered me to website to express problem and still no help. I wouldn't recommend purchasing for Subaru.

I purchased a set of H11 45w LED low beam bulbs on Dec 31,2021 for my 2015 4Runner, as confirmed by their website. I installed the bulb and was disappointed by the light output, so I contacted their customer service via chat and spoke with Robert. Robert told me that the LED are not designed for projector headlight & should only be used for reflector type headlights. Well, not sure why XenonPro would give this as an option for my vehicles low beam, if they knew that it would perform poorly. The selection states "Low Beams - H11 - Full LED Headlights Kit". Maybe because this business failed to research which vehicles have projector headlights. With that being said, they could have a clear statement on their webpage stating "Do NOT purchase our LED's for projector style headlamps" to save consumers time and money on shipping their product back for a refund. That's right, the consumer is on the hook for return shipping, as per their "policy". One more thing is their LED bulbs do not have any stamps of the wattage you received. They could accidentally send you a 25w bulb even though you may have paid for a 35w or 45w bulb. Only way to tell what was sent is by the checked off boxes on the side of the retail packaging. I would NOT recommend this company or their product to anyone and will be sure to pass this information to as many people as possible to save them the headaches!

We love the lights and the quality! I have other LED car lights but the quality is clearly a step above the other ones I have!
The improvement in the clarity on the road is phenomenal. We live in Montana and lighting is critical at night because of all the wildlife we have. We recently had a deer collision that wiped out the headlights but the LED bulbs are as strong as ever. With the new headlights it is dramatically better than before.
I have still got to get the fog lights working. With regular lights they work with the LED lights they don't. Still trying to figure that out.

Their site specified the wrong bulb for my car, but they were very nice about returns...but I have to reorder the right thing from them to get the restocking fee refunded. I also HAVE to use FedEx for returns, at my expense...they won't accept returns via UPS or USPS (why?!?) which would be a lot more convenient for me. Just kind of a hassle when their site called for the wrong bulb... their site says I have H7 but it wouldn't fit, I have an H11 from the factory.

The product advertisement led me to believe this would be an easy installation. This was not my experience. The product instructions are very general--not specific to the make/model you order it for. The LED bulbs would not fit inside the housing with the dust/moisture cover closed. It would have required drilling and sealing holes in the housing or dust covers which I am not interested in doing. The dealership couldn't help because they cannot legally do headlight modifications, as these are not DOT legal.

I was also surprised to find that the return shipping was around $25. You have to return to Canada (even though there is a US location). Add the 20% restocking fee and it turns out to be a very bad deal.

Then there's the 20% restocking fee and $25 to send them back to Canada. (I was not aware the product was coming from Canada and has to be returned to Canada.)

This order, for some reason, took twice as long to get as my previous. I also was required to sign for this shipment as opposed to my previous shipment. That increase the delivery time as well.
With that, the product is still Fantastic! Hence why a bought again so soon.

You do not mention anywhere on your site that the bulbs heat sink does not fit in the original housing with out cutting the housing. This is a big deal, if you cut the housing so the bulbs fit you can not install the dust cover back on.

Great product! Higher price when you add 10 dollars shipping for a small package of 2 bulbs, seems high for a small package. But great bulbs so I still like to use these. But still 10 bucks for what I received is Not what it costs to ship those. I mean 30 bucks a bulb, and 5 bucks shipping per bulb, 70 bucks for replacement bulbs only. Just saying I know your product is great but...it's a high price.

Good price and easy to use website! Fitment was very tight especially on the high beams for a 17 F150. The website told me my truck required the anti-flicker modules, turned out that none of the lights would work with these installed. Removed the modules and the lights worked properly, no engine lights or flicker issues. Wish I hadn't listened to the website, would've saved the cost of three anti-flicker sets.

The LED lights cause interference on the FM radio in both vehicles we switched lights on. On my wife's car they turn on Hi-beam for the daytime driving lights. Not sure of what is wrong with the wiring of the units.

The product looks good but claimed to be plug and play. The connectors on the product i received do not match the connectors on my car. I have not yet contacted support but will post another review after my experience there.

Site is easy to navigate through. Prices are excellent. Products appear to be of excellent quality. Customer service is non existing. Called 5 times... no answer. Left email... no response. As poor as customer service was, the products were of the highest quality.

Bought some of these for both my 93 Mazda rx7s and love them! So now I just ordered a pair for my 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I can't wait to get them in! The website is informative, clear information stated, user friendly, free shipping is awesome, and the price point is great! This is definitely my go to for my lighting needs! Thank you!

Nice selection of headlights and easy to navigate.

When I received the box of LED hightlights they look awesome but, I notice one of the blue glass tube that surrounds the LED headlights was chipped pretty bad on one side of it. I then picked up to inspect more of it some more pieces fell off. I bought 2 boxes of these same exact size and color of LED's first box no issue. 2nd box just the chip on one headlight tube. Lights work great on both vehicle's.

Great product, I had purchased the 9007 led 45W bulbs and they are much brighter. My only complaint is I read they were just plug and play, and while the bulb itself did fit into headlight assembly just fine, the lock ring thats hold the bulb in place, did not go over the fan. I did modify the ring a little and now it works perfect

I received your product in a timely manner packaged well and took it to a certified dealer to install and I was told the product does not fit my model car.
I indicated at the time of order the correct year and model car and was very disappointed with the net result.
I would like to return the product for refund

I never received a confirmation email of my order nor did i get a receipt. After reaching out via chat, i was told to email or contact the office during business hour. When I emailed during business hours I was told to go to the site and chat the request. Oh well at least the product showed up on time as promised and the lights are awesome.
