You message that I get 50% off is a little misleading. It pops up after I have selected a kit. Not before. Implying that im getting 50% off the price that is showing. Not that it is already discounted.

Actually light connection with the sppyder lamps was poor. I had to modify the connectors. On one side I soldered the wires in place after twisting 2 together, on the other I bent the ends, and forced the connection with the connectors I had. Of course the logical thing to do would have been to buy the right sized connectors to start with, but the whole thing should have been more plug & play. Best would be to have various sized power connectors in the box. Lights work well so far, and there doesn't appear to be extra heat from the power boxes. Further advice would be appreciated

The website is setup nice. What it doesn't tell you is that even on older cars you need the canceller's because you will have radio interference static without them. The customer service after service has been the worst that I have ever seen. After numerous calls to a full voice mail box and then numerous e-mails, I am still waiting a month later to get an answer as to why I received the wrong color bulbs and the wrong wattage bulbs.

Ordered headlight kit for 04 outback and was amazed at the quality and performance. The only issue I had was the fan mounted to the light. I had to cut a hole in the dust covers in order to make them fit.

So far so good easy to order. Lets hope they are just as easy to install.They were received very quickly, but have not be able to find the time to install them. I hope they are as easy to install as the directions say...

Quality of the wiring connection is poor. Two straight metal prong terminals +/- that fit independently into the exciting +/- car wiring socket.
Due to the nature of the connection, the wiring is unprotected from dust/debris accumulation.

I was able to find the right product for my vehicle with no issues on availability. Once I installed the product I turned them on and about 15 seconds later one of the warning canceller capacitor blew up and I still need to contact customer service.

Purchased these as a gift. The car these bulbs were meant for required the adapter kit. I was not sure what to expect and was happy to find the adapter was very easy to install.

Exactly what was expected.

The lights are wonderful! Had difficulty getting them in at first but we managed. Only problem is a flicker in the light on the driver side when the vehicle is off, but it stops when I switch the lights off while vehicle is off.

Great discount. Easy to order. Great service. Just the hid kit itself isn't as bright as my old one and I ordered the 55w kit. My kit also only works when it wants too which has never happened to me after installing the kit. Very disappointed.

I would recommend a return/warranty portal that is secure.some automation to address this need like a transactional portal to pay securely would be huge. In ecom you need to have an effective returns process that is easy and simple to gain repeat business. I have 4-6 cars that i own that have hid kits so you need to make it easy if you want to keep my business. I have had a terrible experience with this process so far. Been playing phone tag since nov 12; check out string still not resolved [#YEM-402-*******]

I wrote you asking for return instructions and have not received a reply. I'm not willing to modify my stock headlight assembly to accept the new lights. Instead, I will replace the entire assembly and retain the stock on in case I want to reinstall it. I'm not demeaning the product: I just didn't realize the amount of modifications I would need to make.

Products were awesome and the site was easy to use and find the right parts for my vehicle. The chat on the site was very useful and easy to use with very quick response time! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Easy vehicle lookup easy shopping. The only issue that cropped up is my vehicle (2010 Kia Forte) does not use a standard H11 bulb, it actually uses an H11b bulb which will require some additional work before I can switch out my existing headlights.

Very disappointed about your return policy. Once I received the product and tried installing the lights, I wanted to return because the LED lights are too big to install to my vehicle, despite I just followed the recommendation on your web site when I chose a correct vehicle for the lights. Anyway I didn't return the product because I didn't want to pay 20% penalty of the product price.
You guys have to explain very detail about the dimensions of size of the product and put the warning notice on the website where buyer can take a look easily before ordering any product.

Easy to understand hope it's worth the premium.

The system was plug and play as described, however there was no description that the final system would not allow closure of the headlight housing. I'd add that to the directions. Something like "Many headlight housings have a backing plate which will not be reinstalled after installation of XenonPro."

So far so good the service was very good. I have now received the product, installed it, and I am extremely satisfied. I will purchase more of the same product from this company since I have more vehicles. I would recommend the product and the company to others looking to purchase HID headlights.

I do not like your return and refund policy of a restocking fee of 20% I would like a 100% plus shipping cost return and refund policy, should I want to return the items. I think your prices are to high.

I received the right LED bulbs with the wrong connectors. I had to return them and was unable to receive ones with the right connectors. The people at Xenon Pro were very cordial and tried hard to help me, but we were unsuccessful with finding the bulbs with the right connectors.

Helped me get what I needed but did but did not being second my mechanical skills. They did make things right sent me parts I needed.

The only problem with this item is that there's no description on your website stating that the led lights come with color sleves. I wasnt expecting that. Over all i guess that they are ok because my girlfriend hasnt complained about them.

Plugged it in and videoing started perfectly, Audio does not work but not important enough to me to trouble shoot it. Tried saving a video clip just to see how it worked...and it didn't. Again, just not important enough to check it out. But it works great for just filming what is in front of you. If I want to save something I will just turn it off before 4hrs is up so as not to copy over that clip. Card holds just under 4hrs of time. I am protecting it from the extreme heat when the vehicle is parked in the sun. Other cameras I have had seem to respond to high temps in a negative manner, they croaked. I have only had this one for a few weeks, I have high hopes for its longevity.

The reason for the 1 star is, I ordered the yellow tint, however what I received was blue tint lamps. The packaging all indicated yellow. I am pleased with the ease of installation and the quality of the product.

Excellent, love the customer service chat. The kit should have the proper connector on the supplied harness to plug into factory wiring on the vehicle instead of just the open pins to plug into the factory harness. This allows dirt to get into the factory plug unless you tape up the plug.
