Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?

Three days of live chat only to be cut off each time. I purchased a DC-09 Dashcam and didnt install it for almost one year. Once installed only the little red light came on. After only a short delay, Xenonpro did make everything right with not just one, but two replacement cameras and a gift. It takes good management to make things right.

I had an issue with installing my bulbs after they had told me through their fitment tool on their site and from talking to one of their reps that their bulbs would fit my truck and they weren't even close. Then in trying to return them they really stuck it to me and made me pay for a 35$ shipping package because of all their return requirements with the shipping. And to top it all off they left me hanging on my original shipping cost I paid. So I'm out 50$ trying to return something they falsely said would fit my truck. Complete joke of a company and I hope they go out of business. They're far beyond terrible I can't stress that enough.

The company does not research into their own product that they sell.

I bought these based on my vehicles specs. When I had them installed, even with the anti flicker ballist it still didn't work. You would think that the engineers would have known that this LED style bulb doesn't work with projector style headlights. Yet the website will still tell you it's fine and sells it to you.

Issues with Returns!
So they give you a return number, make you declare $20.00 for the return, then refund your money. They didn't say however that shipping cost would be $95.00 from U.S. to Canada. So basically I only got $25 bucks back.

Do not buy!
The product is a rip off. The shipping is a scam. I Also know they make claims on those returns as damaged so they can make even more money from the carrier. The reviews on their site is self perpetually fugazi. This is just another fake company gangster sight out to get your money.

Hi Louis, as we explain in our store, LEDs are not ideal for projector headlights. Yes, they will fit and we do sell but they are not optimal and should opt for Xenon HIDs. Return shipping should cost no more than $15 if the return instructions are followed correctly.

But from ANYONE else. Ordered xenon kit, came with missing parts. Tried to get replacements and online chat guy Kevin W. Told me they were out of stock. Offered refund on missing parts and referred me to other venders for replacements. Implied I was lying about missing parts. Veiled threats of charging me with fraud if I complained to Paypal because they couldn't complete my order. Totally unprofessional, never had a worse experience with an online company.

Excellent conversion from regular light bulbs to LED bulbs. Everything went as advertised. I also watched a couple of YouTube videos on how the make the conversion. For a non-mechanical person everything went very smoothly.

I bought 2 sets of LED's (Hi & lows) for my van and they worked beautifully until I hit the 8 month mark. One bulb first started to flicker and then went out, they replaced that one and it worked fine. But after a short while later another bulb (hi beam) started to flicker and also stopped working and then another one from the other side went dead. I asked for them to be replaced and they said I would need to switch the bulbs around. I said why would I need to switch them around after 8 months and besides the way my headlights are situated in my van I needed to have them professionally installed by my mechanic and every time I gave it in it costed me more money. I told them that I paid a lot of money for them because they come with a lifetime warranty and that I would send them the olds ones once I had them replaced. They just said too bad and that they were busy with other customers and ended the chat. I had them remover and bought a new set locally.

The downloaded instructions for installation referred to a "plastic cover protecting the bulb" but there was only a deflector that was mounted with screws into place. I took this as NON-REMOVABLE as opposed to a plastic cap that screwed on. The deflector I recognised as a fixture meant to be left on and glad I did. Others do not turning the headlight into a flood light blinding people going down the road. The headlights perform great, much brighter than stock and the beams do not blind oncoming drivers. This is a great product but a change in the instructions is needed.

Great experience. I wasn't sure what I needed so I reached out to customer service and they instructed me of what I needed. I had to modify my light adjustment housing but it was well worth it. I had an issue with one of the lights not working, chatted with them on line and problem solved. The lights are very bright, very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Tip for consumers:
That you will have to modify the head lamp adjustment bracket on the back of the light drivers side. Remove the bracket, install the lights, place the bracket back on the light, mark the cut out. Remove the bracket, use a dremel with a sanding tool, remove just enough to add the bracket without touching the light rear fan housing.

Terrible customer service, and complete Chinese garbage of a product, don't waste your time, I thought I was buying a quality product, then could not return. Customer service through the website told me they were plug and play and they are not.

Not sure where to begin with this company, go from the beginning ordered 3 kits to replace all my driving lights on my truck,
Well after my hightbeams not fitting an ordering new ones, non of them worked correctly. Either some how me screwing up the simple plug an play design. Or faulting product... after being ridiculed by them they "that it's impossible for there product to be faulty" I decided to send it all back get my money back an just walk away from it. Well after 2 weeks of it being delivered an many emails i finally get a refund. Only to find out I only received some of my money. Because there was a bulbs they sent me I didn't send back Well pretty sure if I sent back 3 kits nicely in there boxes I would send it to ;) needless to say with my experience i wouldn't deal with them again seem like they like to scam people on refund being I read are others who got scammed to.

I have been going to Xenon's in Grand Island since they opened. I have had one other best stylist student in 16 years! But now I am proud to say I have meet the best in 16 years, that would be Riley K. She is so sweet and so full of energy! And great at what she does!

I had to modify the fog light cap and got white instead of yellow. I also couldn't use the 55w head light kit as it did not seal the headlight leaving a big hole for water and humidity to enter inside the headlight. Talked with customer service and it was a bad experience as well very dissatisfied with this experience.

Do not buy if you are not willing to modify the product

So I was dealing with the fact that the set I put on my wifes car was going out and that the owners of Xenon was no help to the point that they were laughing at me and insulting me. They were telling me there was a $20 handling fee PER bulb but they could not show me anywhere on their site that showed this. UPDATE: Now the set that is on my truck has went out the same way. I have also gave up and put standard bulbs back in my wifes car and I guess I am going to do the same for my truck. This company sells cheap products, warranty is not as advertised and the people (owners) you have to deal with will cuss at you if you press them hard enough. They like to hide behind the keyboard.

First right off the bat one of the low beams started to flicker as tho some of the LEDs located around the bulb was going out. It would flicker from normal brightness to very DIM. Over the past 3 months it got worse until the 4th month it completely went out and stayed DIM. I contact them about a replacement and they said I would have to pay $20 for shipping and they said it was in their TERMS. It is no where in their terms that it states this and I told them I would gladly pay it if they could tell me where to look for that. They could not, all he did was ignore the request and told me that he no longer could help me and basically told me to $#*! off. His name is Kevin btw. I am going to rip all this crap off my can and throw in the trash before I give them another dime.

Tip for consumers:
Please do not use them. I think it is owned by the Louis and Kevin that people keep talking about that they have to deal with. They are in no way helpful and have no time for anyone on the customer service side that needs a replacement or refund becuase its not making them any money. I was wasting their time as KEVIN told me.

I was sent the wrong product. The headlight would not fit the holder and it could not be adapted. The professional installer said there was no way to use the kit due to the heat from the light melting the holder. Xenon Pro uses a call center for ordering. You must use online chat to resolve returns. I was sent a RMA and a Canada address, told I must use FEDX only. It cost me $30.41 return shipping. The company kept $15 of my original purchase price also. Long story short I have been ripped off $45.41 by a company that sent the wrong merchandise. They refuse to accept responsibility, say I could have gotten an adapted from the installer!

On May 17 2018 I spent $143 on two bulbs for my car. They stopped working, so I have been trying to contact the company on their Chat Live Support website. There is no response. I emailed and there is no response, I called and there is no response. Avoid like the plague

Awesome customer service and response time. I ordered the wrong bulbs and I don't think they have them. I could be wrong as I found the ones I needed somewhere else. BUT if I need anything they carry I will be back.

They advertise that their bulb fit plug and play but they do not. The locking ring for the LED's they said on their site fit my Hummer H2 but the locking ring will not fit over the fan. This was the response I received. See photo.

I got LED lights from xenonpro. First of all the lights are pretty dim. Once I decided to send them back they instructed me that I only can send it back via FedEx. This is absolutely ridicules that I received the bulbs via Canada Post and I have to ship it back with FedEx. When I contacted their online support the guy was super rude and snappy. Unbelievable! Also, be mindful of the currency they charge you. I bought it from Canada and paid with a Canadian credit card and they shipped it from Montreal so I found this pretty dodgy that I got charged in USD. Please stay away from this company and save yourself a massive trouble.

If you call the phone number, you are directed to the "live chat" box on the web site. If you send an e-mail, you are directed to the live chat box on the web site. If you use the live chat box, the people are ill-informed, unable and/or unwilling to answer simple questions and rude. No resolution to my problem at all.

When I installed their headlight kit the plugs do not snap together to form a water tight seal like the factory connections. Dave L. Insists that the problem is with my truck, funny that I didn't have that problem with my factory headlights. I had to use grease on the wiring terminals and alot of electrical tape to keep the connections together and prevent water from getting in. The plugs on the anti-flicker component snap together to form a watertight seal like they're supposed to. You shouldn't have to grease and tape on a product to make it work properly, especially when they tell you that all you have to do is plug everything together and you're done.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared for frustration when dealing with Zenon Pro.

Seeing that you had multiple occasions where your connections became corroded, we suspect you may have some kind of leak in your vehicle. Water/moisture and electrical components do not mix well together, no matter how tight the connection is. In these instances, we strongly recommend to find the source of the leak and patch it up and in the meantime, to use some electrical tape to insolate the connection.

Ordered new headlights, I gave all necessary information when I ordered, triple chked with the customer service rep that they would indeed work, he said yup will definitely work, only to receive the incorrect ones and no instructions so now I have to set up a return

These guys are shady. I bought a set of hid fog lights that are supposed to be plug and play I went to install them and the relay harness is 2 metal pins that you plug into the factory harness and have to use electrical tape to hold them in. They AREN'T a proper harness for the factory lights I ask them how to install them they say use electrical tape that's not an appropriate method at all and will eventually have corrosion to the factory harness. They did say they are going to take them back but are going to charge me a restock fee. I suggest staying away from these guys.

Ordered a full front set of lights and received them very quickly. Had a hiccup with the high beams and contacted customer service, they were very quick and professional and were very apologetic about the mixup and sent me a fresh set the same day. Very impressed with this company and the HID/LED lights i purchased are very high quality and a massive upgrade to the lights i was using prior. Will definitely order from this company again when upgrade time comes for my other vehicles! Thank you again for your responsiveness and professionalism.

Purchased a set of high and low beam HID lamps for my truck after chatting with them to be sure there would not be a heat issue. After 4 days of them being installed both lamp assemblies started to deform due to the heat. Contacted support via the chat and was told there was nothing that could be done other than to replace them with another set. I decided to purchase the LED set which lasted a while. One of them went out earlier this year. Contacted support and the had to have the order information to do a warranty claim. It took several days to find the email from several years ago. They sent the replacements. I already had bulbs in place to get by so I was not in a rush to get them put in. Get them put in after a few months and found that they do not fit correctly, they do not stop at the locking tab, and one of them doesn't work. Electrical is good and the bulb is faulty. Contacted support and they refused to replace them without charging the $40 shipping fee again. After being told that I am not replacing the correct bulb to being told the locking tab came unglued to the wrong bulb was sent I decided this just isn't worth the hassle with this company anymore. I ship parts all over the country and $40 to send the box of light bulbs is an overcharge for "shipping". It would be helpful to make this right.

I bought the hid 2 months ago one of my fog lights is burned out and the other ballest melted o and forgot to mention that there lifetime warranty isn't free all you have to do is pay shipping because Allan and Dale both told me that it's a warranty fee and claims your paying shipping theybsent me what it says on there website it clearly says shipping cost nothing about warranty fee because I told them instead of paying 39.99 can I buy there high beams to get free shipping for 129 and they can throw my fogs in with them so I'm not paying 39.99 for nothing and they said no because it was a warranty fee Update still haven't had anybody contact me about the problem and I don't want to talk to Dale or Allan because there ignorant the 39.99 shipping fee is reallty a warranty fee and says on there website shipping fee nothing about warranty Allan tried to say its no different then paying taxes and not knowing where your taxes go
