Web site was intuitive and easy to use. Will review product after I receive it. It took two days longer to receive the product than promised by the site. When I opened the box, what I got was not what I ordered. It had the same part number as what I ordered, but was not the product pictured or described on the site. Customer service was very rude to my wife. After this I checked their BBB rating. It was an F. Basically I was taken. I will never do business with this company again, and advise others to avoid them as well. There were 54 complaints similar to mine on the BBB site.

So far was super easy to order. Now to see if product lives up to its hype. Was my initial response when I ordered.
The day after I installed lights I had to drive 600km.
Approximately 250km was night driving on unplowed roads.
I bought the white LEDs. They showed wildlife on side of road extremely well.
They are very bright without giving a glare off the snow.
My son was so impressed that he could not wait to get home to order a set for his truck.

The LED lights were effective and the components worked. The paper installation instructions were too small to read easily, even with a magnifying glass. There was an issue with the headlight existing housing locking collar. It would not fit properly with the new LED bulbs. I had to cut the collar with a Dremel wheel tool to expand it to fit around the new bulb base. Your product should have included a locking collar.

Seamless process that made my search easy.

I didn't receive the product I requested. I wanted purple low beam lights and got purple high beam compatible lights. That is not what I wanted at all. Also, they aren't as bright as i thought they would be. Overall, I received my product in a timely fashion but didn't get what I wanted.

I order my new lights hoping to have bright lights on my truck. When received my husband wasn't sure if we got what we were looking for. Place 1 (on the driver side)in my truck a 3 weeks, left my halogen light on the right side. My left one doesn't always come on right away. I told my husband my left headlight isn't on, he thought I was crazy until, yesterday when driving behind someone thought my lights looked funny, to see my left light pop on. Will probably be replacing these as well.

I received my HID kit incomplete, i was missing the power relay harness. Which made my lights flicker with out it. I had to buy one from KENSUN. Also the color bulb i received wasnt bright white like i thought it would be. Contacted customer service about this issue and they werent willing to help me. So i am now waiting for these bulbs to blow so i can go and purchase from another brand. Very dissapointed.

I have recently upgraded my headlights and my halogens suck. Looked everywhere for led conversion kits. So far this company is only one that came close what i want for my product. And i thank them for having what i expected to get for my vehicle. Cant wait to do more business... Great Bulbs.Definetly can tell a differnce with them

Easily found what I was looking for, however, the kit they recommended for my High Beams does not fit the Headlight Housing. I can not get the bayonet to engage because the cooling fan unit interferes with the recessed housing.

Overall quality was good. I would have preferred a higher quality metal base rather than molded plastic. The plastic needed to be trimmed slightly in order to twist into the lock position. I ordered 35w ballasts and they are plenty bright on my Colorado.

Condescending and worthless customer service. They literally insult you when asking questions; believe the reviews you read online, this is not a legitimate company when they treat people this way. I had to build a custom bracket to hold the bulb in, that is NOT plug and play, (not to mention the instructions which tell you to cut a hole in your headlight housing... they were really upfront about that). The lights weren't very impressive for brightness, they were about equal to another brand of LED headlights that I had, (which were rated for 3000 lumens vs XenonPro's advertised 9000)

If things work, (which is unlikely), I suspect you will be content. When things don't, you will be irate at the treatment you receive. Then you will wish you clicked the button for them to follow up after you receive your order, because otherwise there is no way to review them on their own website after the fact, (which they confirmed to me, no wonder they have an overall good review).

There was a lot of information on the site to make my decision. When I tried to install them the connectors to the stock wire harness don't fit. They do not 'click' together. Comparing the stock bulb pins they are closer together than the connectors pins which it appears they are not making contact. This is after a half an hour of trying to install the bulb without taking the head light housing out (it is probably easier to do this to get the bulb into the housing). I am going to try again when it gets warmer as it was too cold in the garage and haven't reach out to xenonpro yet for advice. This is on a 2019 Nissan Sentra S.

Ordering has been great. Hope the product is also. Thanks. Products received and work great. Was a real pain in the butt installing them in a 2004 Corvette. The headlight assembly had to be modified because of the depth of the bulb. The high beams, inside bulbs, were to deep and were in the way of the motor rod that raises and lowers the headlight. Took about a day and a Dremel to do. Hope the modification holds up. Will probably order the LED bulbs for the fog lights next.

Shopping was great, i just hope the product follows suit. My main concern is the color of the light output; 3000k yellow fog... I haven't installed this kit yet but i noticed that the bulb glass is tinted dark gold/brown and I've never seen that on any of my HIDs and I've purchased about 20 kits over the years. The bulbs from my last set of yellow fog lights had clear glass and they were a very bright "arctic yellow". When glass is tinted, less light is enitted so i can almost assume these aren't going to be bright enough.

LED lights, both Hi-beams and Low-beams, received could not be installed in our 2011 KIA Sorento. Trying to force them into the vehicle's light fixture, the LED's glass broke - rendering them useless. Also, the wiring of the bulbs didn't match the wiring of the original halogen bulbs. $200+ down the drain! Buyer beware.

The wiring harness direction for installing is fine but you need to include how to install the Canceler/Anti-flicker into the harness as well if certain vehicles have to have it. I had to look on youtube to find out where and how to plug in correctly.

Originally I thought the sales department was a great help. After I placed the order and I received it I was kinda of lost. I accidentally ordered two sets of High beams only instead of a complete set of lights. The technical support person was able to point that out to me. The only resolution was to send one set back and order the regular headlights. Due to the fact that their website was difficult to navagate I decided to return all if the lights. I have still not received confirmation that a refund has been issued. The price was a little high but the product appeared to be good.

LED headlights are being returned RMA *******. They did not work. I flip the connections, tried with or without the the anti-flicker. Never worked. I thought the customer service was horrible, all Dale or Kevin insinuated was that it was my fault they didn't work. Very disappointed Then it costs me $30 to return a product that did not work

XenonPro is a rip out!

The price was 151 (even in the emailed receipt it says 151) and i was charge of 198 when i got my bill! No notification or anything in the website says that i will be charge in US dollars price!

Never ever again will purchase and i will never promote or suggest xenonpro!

Very pleased with the products I have ordered products through XenonPro before for my other vehicle, little disappointed returning customers don't receive a little better deal then someone who just orders once in their lifetime and the slow response time once order is placed to the time they actually send the order out,other then that great products.

Website is easy to navigate and had all the information I needed to make the purchase. Purchase using PayPal was simple. One small issue (maybe), the product size (size of the LED + Fans) is large. They fit well into my headlight assembly except, they were too big for me to put my dust covers back on. Maybe a small issue for most people but, I have LEDs right now that DO fit inside my dust covers. They seem to be comparable to the XenonPro product. The XenonPro product says they are "dual beam" which is what my vehicle requires. I haven't, yet, checked to see the difference between hi/lo beam between what I have now and XenonPro.

Hi beam was correct bulb but did not fit my application (Veloster). Hi beam for Mazda is not as bright as low beam from another manufacturer. Called customer svc. Was told would get call back within hour. Still no call back!

I ordered two sets of headlights. The one box was sealed, the other wasn't. All the parts from the box that wasn't sealed were all over inside the package. I hope they still work! This is the fourth set of headlights I have ordered from your company and might be the last. I'm not sure if you sent me a used set that was returned or if it's new.

When I ordered the lights I was assured by the sales person that they would fit my truck. They did not fit my truck. Then I had to pay $27 to Fedex them to canada (Your rules, not mine). Then I was charged a $30 restocking fee. All of this extra expense because your employee assured me that they would fit and they didn't. I wound not recommend XenonPro if it was the last store on earth, and I am telling everyone about my experience.

The on line chat was not good. Kept dropping. The rep would come on id ask a question then a message would apper the rep has left the chat. But other then that I'm satisfied with the product. Good quality equipment. Compared to other brand HID lights. Would have like to have some double back sticky tape and some zip ties and self tapping screws in the kit.
