Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?

Ordered bulbs for my car after making sure that the bulbs would fit in my vehicle based on XenonPro's representation. I order the bulbs - but they DO NOT FIT! They are about 3/4" too long. Customer service says "we advise customers to check their applications prior to purchasing". I rely on YOU, XenonPro, to tell me if the bulbs will fit. YOU know the size of your bulbs, I don't! Then they say you may have to buy other parts or go to a Performance Shop to install the lights - That's ridiculous! Then to return - it cost me more than $25 out of pocket to return since I am shipping to Canada! Very disappointed that the company says the bulbs will fit - and THEY DON'T FIT! (they did refund my purchase... but not my return shipping cost)
I ordered a set of lights for my 2015 silverado, the install was quite simple just follow the instructions alot easier than I thought it would be. When I went to install my fog lights tho I couldn't get one side to clip and eventually the clip actually ended up breaking. I chatted with a representative from the company gave him my information and showed him the damage and he immediately ordered me a new set of bulbs and told me to not even worry about sending the old ones back truly the easiest exchange process I've had. Amazing customer service.

So I ordered a pair of HID headlights from Xenonpro. But the capacitor wasn't working. I contacted the customer service and Dale P from the live chat support was very quick and friendly. He did send me a new capacitor for free. I will recommend xenonpro for everyone f they are looking for good quality headlights.
Hi I installed these HID headlights into my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and they worked it seemed for a few days but now when you turn the headlights on I get a headlight out warning and the headlight indicator on the dash says they are on but neither one is on. Not sure what to do. Your website suggested to order the non canbus with the warning cancellers so I did but this jeep does not like them. What can I do?

I used the vehicle fitment finder on the XenonPro website to find the correct size LED headlights for my car. It said that their H11 LED bulbs would fit my 2014 Nissan Sentra. When the product arrived 7 business days later I was very disappointed to find out that in fact the bulbs did not come close to fitting my vehicle. While the tip of the bulb does partially go into the hole, the bulb will not slide all the way in. It brings up before the twist-lock threads can be engaged. When you have to return a product that doesn't fit because of their inaccurate information you end up having to pay a re-stocking fee in order to get a refund. The cost of my initial order was $210 Canadian and my refund was only $180. The return shipping cost me another $20 so that meant the whole process was a $50 loss for me. Don't waste your money at this company.
Hi Rod, thanks for your feedback. LED bulbs are bigger than standard halogen bulbs and we do have one of the slimmest bulbs on the market. Our bulbs seal off your headlight so putting back the dust cap on is not necessary and in fact not recommend as it may choke the cooling fan. As for returns, it should not cost more than $10-$15 if the return instructions are followed properly. One of our managers will call you to follow up on your order. After contacting "Xenon Pro", it was recommended I buy an LED build kit for my projector lights. After about 1 month of unsatisfactory night lighting I contacted "Xenon Pro" again. This time I was told LED are no good for projector lights, I need HID. I got the HID kit, after about 2 weeks nighttime lighting was just as worthless as the LED bulbs. "Xenon Pro", in my opinion only cares about making a sale. Clueless about the proper retainer clips needed or install proceedure, let alone how DANGEROUS their lights are! Their answer is to go to a Auto Tuning Specialist, as if it's not their problem. I spent over $410, they refunded me $74.85.

Bought lo and hi beam LEDs from this company for a 2008 Trailblazer. Received them in a week (not 2 days). Once I got them, they didn't fit properly into the stock housing. The LED hi beam would twist into the housing but wouldn't lock. The LED lo beams I received didn't fit at all into the stock housing. Working on a return/refund currently but customer service is nonexistent. Do NOT recommend this product.
I had to make a few modifications to the headlights to get the bulb to fit on a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. The bulbs were a little fat to seat properly at the angle they needed to go in but easy work. Bulbs are bright and work as expected.

They claim that the products they sell have a lifetime warranty. When you try to take action with the warranty, you are not allowed to actually SPEAK with someone, you can only go to livechat/type, they state to you that warranty no longer applies. And then they simply stop responding to you.
I order a kit of Hid lights through this website it came fast through federal express when I open the package all the lights were broken I have to ship them back and I had to pay for shipment so I don't recommend this website to anyone it's not legit. Do not waste your time OK now

I ordered Xenon pro for my Sierra. Xenon item # 9012 35w. They were complete garbage! They wouldn't work initially. As a result I took the truck to the dealer thinking there was a wiring issue. They confirmed there wasn't and charged me the hourly shop rate. Then when I installed the led's a second time, and after cycling the key a few times to get them to work they tripped my check engine light and then would not come back on. The only thing worse than the product at Xenon is the customer service. I was charged the shipping plus a restocking fee. They lights cost me $190, plus the shop fee at the dealer plus return shipping and "restocking fee". To add insult to injury, when I went to my local parts store to pick up some halogen lights I found the same kit, different name brand with no known trouble history for $120. Stay away from Xenon!
Good news the bulb got here one day late, undamaged and looked really cool. The bulbs fit perfectly into the opening. Great - That is the only good news, now it is time for all bad news.
The retainer ring will not fit over the fan housing and there is that large dust cover to work with also.
My retainer ring must go over the back end / plug end of the light bulb.
Therefore there is no really nondestructive way to whole the bulb in place.
I thought of "super glue" Epoxy and or "Jet weld" all would work but are non-reversible.

So bottom line if your retainer ring goes on from the back / plug end these will not work.

I had bought 45W LED headlamp bulbs for my car. Installation was amazingly easy, however I am of the belief I was shipped a defective product. Upon my review of the product I determined it was broken. I contacted xenonpro and within minutes they shipped the new product for free! Amazing company. The lights worked for one year before I realized there was a crack in the small led strip. I am a firm believer that once the new ones arrive, I will no longer have issues.

You told me Dodge Journey 2013 R/T needs to install Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker. I bought two set of (High Beams + Low Beans) + (Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker). High Beans when the car is stopping not blinking but when running the flash. The problem does not occur with Low Beams. Now you advise me to throw away the Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker & After I throw it away I removed the Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker: High Beam does not blink. Why do I lose money and now I throw it away? You continue to say: You can send them back for a refund but it will be more expensive to do so than your actual refund. I know that - you have misguided. Is this error due to me? There is something wrong in this! I will never contact you again - otherwise you should never contact me.
Note: since I got the goods. I encountered many problems with high beams: Lens rupture, non-stick glue - 360 degree swing, now throw away the warning.
I bought 2 HID kits from them. Within 6 months one of the ballasts failed. They were miserable to deal with. After a year 1 bulb per kit was so dim that I couldn't see any illumination on the back end of a vehicle 10' in front of me. They then wanted to charge me 2x the shipping fees ($40) because the could not figure out how to get 2 items into a single box. They demand a CC number to be given over their live chat to be able to send out the items and ended the conversation when I wouldn't give them that. Their reps are exceedingly curt and impolite.

The products they sell are cheap aftermarket parts that do not last long and they make it cost-prohibitive for them to warranty them.

4 srars but maybe they'll make 5 when they get back to me, I purchased both 45w fog and low beam for my 16 ram 2500, installed the fogs yesterday, 1/17/20 and im almost scared to install the low beams, they are pricey, but insanely bright. Can't really give a good review yet, I messaged the company about maybe going to a 35W for my low beams. But it was Saturday so I'm not expecting an answer until Monday, did have a fog light not turn on this morning, while the truck was ruining I unplugged and plugged them back in, still nothing, stopped for coffee started my truck both worked, looking forward to hear back ands see if they have an answer to that problem

Trying to get a bulb warrantied, i was talked to unprofessionally from the start by louis who then asked me for my credit card number to pay for "shipping". After saying i want 2 bulbs as one new one may be a different tint because of age or manufacture date. He says that will be 20 bucks PER ITEM. I call the store because im not pleased, roger picks up the phone, and basically tells me to screw off and talk to louis some more and he will help me. I hang up on roger and then louis talks back to me and says "were you raised to hang up on people" UNPROFESSIONAL snot nosed twit talking to customers like that! I was not rude with Roger, i was simply frusterated. And this Louis, came right at me as if it was a bar fight.
Bad bad business ettiquite. Ill be finding a new place to buy my next set of headlights from now on.
The LED lights are brighter than the halogen bulbs they were replacing however costs were substantially higher than expected. They shipped from Canada however the advertised prices were in fact in US funds. That was NOT obvious to me on the site and as a result, I paid substantially more than expected. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
I recently received a call and an offer of an additional 10% discount/refund, which I accepted. While I appreciate their reaching out, I still think the site should be modified to mention $US. It mentions assembly in US/CAN as well as free delivery to US/CAN, but nothing wrt currency.

I bought the LED lights and flicker modules for my 2000 Ford Taurus Wagon. I could not install them because the base of the LED lights were too large for the lock collar to fit over them. The LED is permanently attached to the base, so unlike other LED's (that would fit my car's headlights) the two can't be separated to fit the lock collar between them. I learned from a YOUTUBE video how the LED's that fit my car headlight bezels come apart to accept the collar. Don't bother to Email this company, you get a reply that tells you to go start a chat with them. And a chat with this company is a joke. Prepare to be ignored for some time before Dale P. Says an unhelpful word or two, then stops responding. I strongly urge you not to do business with this company, or else buyer beware.

I decided against the leds, and I wish I hadn't. Also I got the "purple" fog lights but to me they just look blue. I was hoping for actual purple. Also I got the bright white for my highs and lows and it's a sickly green blue, they are brighter than what I had but, I would have preferred to go with yellow. Again mostly all my personal opinion and preference but I was alittle disappointed the descriptions were alittle off from what I was picturing.

The LED lights were exactly as described and installed in my truck the way they said they would. But when trying to use the lights they didnt work properly. What started as a simple plug and play install turned into a complete nightmare of chasing around and finding someone willing to turn off my daytime running lights so the LEDs would work. Contacted there support and they weren't super helpful in figuring out what I needed to do and just told me to send the lights back instead of helping me to get them to work. I was looking forward to a qwik and easy install instead it turned into hours of running around and on the phone with support only to have it wasted and needing to return my product. Do your research on your vehicles compatibility to the LEDs before purchase to save the headache after the purchase and the disappointment of them not working the way they say they will.

I Spoke with representative on phone who assured me that part would fit my vehicle and if for some reason a complication was encountered, I could easily return it.
Big lie.
Part did not fit vehicle and instructions are rudimentary and translated poorly. After dozens of attempts to contact company and getting message in French or disconnected, I had to endure unprofessional conduct of snide chat line operator to get a return authorization. They even suggested that I should find a specialty automotive shop to fabricate a bracket so the light would fit in the headlamp housing.
They will not allow you to speak with anyone once the sale is consummated.
Can only return item via FedEx at your expense. FedEx cost was $ 92 to return an item that weights less than a pound. U.S. Post is $ 14 for same item. That is one measure they use to keep you from returning items.
Then they have the audacity to charge you an additional fee to restock a part that would never fit my vehicle in the first place!
I believe they compromised this website as the last time I looked about 2 months ago, the ratings for Xenon.pro were overwhelming my negative. Even the bad reviews are rated at five stars now!
If they were located in the U.S. they would most likely be held liable for fraud, therefore they ship their parts through Canada to avoid prosecution and return of merchandise.
I would never purchase anything from Xenon.pro and only wish I could do more to expose their fraud and incompetence!
