Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?

I ordered bulbs on line through their website. Chose their recommended add on's, when i did get bulbs they were not what i ordered. Okay mistakes happen, when i called you can only go to website for live chat unless you are ordering new. After being dropped 3 times i called and talked to a sales person, who would not help and blamed my connection for having issues. So i went back to chatting 4 more times and finally their system worked, because mine had not changed. Person was rude so i suspect the guy on the phone was same on chat line. At end of day i was trying to just get the right bulbs no matter who's fault it was and pay difference, by time he finished being rude and wanting me to pay again and then hope to get a refund, I asked for a Return authorization and said i would send back and eat 20% restocking fee. Then he was nice and said sure. Seems they have a scam going on here and I wonder if they are even a real company or someone working out of a garage. I recommend you enter at your own risk and be prepared to lose money on something that looks good but isn't real.

I had bought headlights and fog lights for my 05 Ram 1500 and bout the anti flicker like they recommended I go to plug them in only one fog light works even switched them to make sure it wasn't just the bulb or the anti flicker but the bulbs only worked on one side. I plugged the factory bulbs back in and everything worked on them cool so the lights are trash so after messing with the fog light I go to try and put the headlights in the fan on the back of the bulb is too big for the retainers on the headlights so I contacted Xenon Pro about what was going on they wanted me To cut on my factory headlight to make them work. I told them I wasn't going to do that on my truck and just asked for a refund they said no problem that I just have to pay shipping back to them which was about $30 and on top a restocking fee for there trash bulbs that don't work there customer service is trash I wouldn't buy it's not factory fit.

Ordered a set of these for my 2014 Mercedes GLK250. They came in the mail in a decent time, but I opened the package to find the glass casing around the bulb shattered. I contacted XenonPro (by online chat, because apparently that's all they offer?) and explained the state in which i received my product - I stated that I wanted to return the product. I was told that the glass was "not a necessary" part of the product, and just use them anyways. I explained that I did not WANT broken merchandise, and I had paid good money for these. I was then told my reason for return was NOT VALID, and was refused the return. I understand you cant understand emotion through messages, however the person on the other end of the keyboard was incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending.

Over the weekend, after 3 years of having these installed, one side of the Dual Beam, Hi & Low Beams - 9007 - Full LED Headlights Kit started the flicker randomly. Ranging from small to big flickering. Traveling long distance for Thanksgiving, it freaked me out. Luckily, it held together till daylight.

Don't waste your time messaging them on the weekends since they don't respond to messages outside of their hours. Or get back to you during their working hours. I had to contact them again to finally get a hold of someone.

Anyways after 3 years, I thought I was in the clear since I knew I had the receipt and it had a lifetime warranty. We'll come to find out, you have to pay an additional amount just to fulfill that request. They charge $40 for shipping and admin fees. If it's under warranty, why does the customer have to pay them again?! For $40, I can buy a cheap set for the same quality, then pay another $40 3 years later and still saved more money then what they charge for their product. If I knew about this sleazy lifetime warranty, I wouldn't have wasted my money.

Don't be filled by their LIFETIME WARRANTY BS. The quality isn't any better from what you can get from Amazon. The price doesn't reflect the value of their product. It's a big ripoff, avoid this company at all costs.

I bought these to replace the previous HIDs which were starting to go out. According to both drivers, the LEDs were supposed to be brighter, but not really the case. I purchased the mid range lumens, and its a huge difference from HIDs which were definitely brighter. LEDs are supposed to not run as hot and last longer than HIDs. So I am keeping them for that reason. The LEDs still did their job, just not as good as HIDs.

Instructions... were no where close to what you had to actually do. I had to take apart the LED in order to place a fitting on so it could lock into the headlight housing. Took around 30 mins, wasn't hard, but still had to figure it out on my own.

Only support they offer is via chat. Not helpful at all! I ordered a set of headlights and fog lights, was not informed that I needed two sets. After ordering a second set I installed all the lights and within 5 minutes had smoke pouring out of the hood. The units began to melt. I made several attempts to contact via phone to ask questions and was referred to chat. The chat proved useless. Once I finally received the return instructions I followed them to a T. At this point I will say that I paid a total of $48 in shipping to receive the package and $39 to return them. A week after they were received I was issued one refund minus $40. When I inquired as to why I was told to offset shipping cost! I PAID ALL SHIPPING COST! I then asked again and was told it could be a restocking fee. Yet they did not have anything stating a restocking fee at the time of purchase. After another week I received the second refund minus $30 this time. Again they stated to cover shipping cost!
Company is a complete scam in my opinion. Faulty products and horrible service!

Bought a set of these for my 14 Silverado. At night these are terrible! Hardly brighter than daytime running lights. The fog lights are way brighter, in fact you could hardly see at 100kph if the fog lights weren't on. Tried their only form of customer service, the online chat, and ZERO response. All of the positive reviews must be fakes, DO NOT BUY THESE!

I order LED light bulbs I order high Beam light bulbs for my vehicle which call for a H9 bulb so I placed order... I received a H11light bulb... was told this light bulb works and fit vehicle ok but that's not what was shown that I ordered I had ordered a H9 bulb so I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place plus went through EBay return process sucks... Amazon is way better in returns... It bad I bought something that I didn't want waste of my money... m

I'm super happy with the LEDs. They came quickly and were well packed. The look great in the headlight housing AND out! Only problem is I was told I need a CANBUS module, but I didn't. Infact I couldn't even get them to turn on with the module plugged in.

I have bought from your company led highbeams, hid lowbeams for projector housings and leds for the projector fog lights.
Overall the hids are way better than any of the leds in light output however the led highbeams are fantastic.
I was expecting the same with the leds in the projector foglights however I was pretty disappointed in the light output and should have put hids in these instead as the leds fo not put out good light output in the foglights to justify the high price.

Returned my product because I was NOT satisfied because the bulbs would not fix my 2019 F150 and they REFUSE to refund my money. It's been a month. They are rude and insult you when talking to them and might I ad they won't talk to you on the phone or email ONLY through the web site at certain hours. I provided what I was asked and they keep making up excuses!

Guys do not purchase from this company!

Went out of the country for an emergency... did not get a chance to try them onto my van.
3 months later I Came back to the states and tried them on my van and they were not compatible.

Reached out to the customer service agents and they said no to exchanges, no store credits, no refunds, etc

They proposed to do it under warranty for $40, no real value or back their product other than a warranty claim for $40. As a business owner myself i don't know how they expect to run a terrible business model like this.

During my chat i said i would do a video review and implied a legal threat if my review was defamation etc like if I was lying or trying to cause any harm for defamation which is not the case... was simplying expecting this company to do things right and stand by their product i don't mind sending it back for them to check it out... was asking for an exchange or store credit which is not hard to understand fellows...

Hopefully you guys take this review as a warning and my real bad experience with this company.

By the way, anyone who cares, "Dave L" was full of it - I never received any contact from this worthless company after posting my review. I can also confirm with absolute, 100% certainty, that these products are NOT made with Automotive approved LED chips, (that is if they source them from the company that they may or may not be illegally claiming). How I know that I shall not share on the internet, but I can confirm that the standard requirements for auto parts such as AIAG requirements and auditing are NOT being met for these specific diodes. I bought LED headlights for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The OEM bulbs for this vehicle come with a retaining screw that is PART OF THE BULBS, not an additional attachment. The lights from Xenonpro did not come with this part; therefore, the bulbs could not be securely installed in my headlight housing. I contacted customer service. Dale P promptly sent me a screen shot of there fine print with a section highlighted saying additional retainers/clips are not included. The funny thing is, the non highlighted area of the screen shot proved my point. These lights did not meet the factory standards for fit like they guarantee. For my vehicle, this is a fundamental part of the bulb. It can not work without it. I explained this, so Mr. Dale P replied with, "read it slowly...", so I again explained that a fundamental part of the bulb itself was missing, so their product did not work as advertised. So, he says, "oh I see. This time read it again, but not slowly, until you understand." I ended up building a custom bracket to hold the bulbs in, (since you have to pay the same as the cost of the product to return it). This place is worthless when it comes to customer service. You better be ready to innovate or lose a bunch of money WHEN there is a problem; because if you contact them, they will call you an idiot and tell you it's not their problem. One of the 3 pictures I attached shows the Integral retaining screw on an OEM type bulb, the other 2 show what I had to do to get this product to work without the bulbs falling out. Not worth the money to get disrespected so badly by some moron named Dale P. It also doesn't help that their "2 day shipping" took 6 days. The sad part is I read other reviews of the terrible customer service and just crossed my fingers hoping that they just had an unlikely bad experience; This is not the case, do not be fooled.

I confirmed that you cannot leave a site review with this company AFTER receiving your order. See attached screenshot.

Tip for consumers:
If there is a problem, either throw it away or innovate. Save yourself the stress of dealing with an immature prick on their "customer service" line.

This company just stole $145 from me and how they did it is quite clever for a charlatan. I got an RMA number to return a product I had purchased. I sent the product back to them using USPS and not FedEx as was recommended by them. Despite the fact that I had posted the RMA number boldly on BOTH the package and a slip inside the package, along with my original order number, of course the name of Xenon Pro as the retailer, a full 45 days after USPS confirmed delivery of the package, Xenon Pro refuses to issue me a refund of my $145. They hide behind the fact that I didn't use their preferred delivery system and not the fact that they have received the package. It is this kind of dishonesty that all customers should be aware of when dealing with this sub-standard online scammer.

I originally bought leds from LEDHeadlightspro in 2016, and I ha a bulb burn out so I contacted the site and hit the support hyperlink, that took me to Xenonpro site which I then opened a chat with Dale P to get a replacement, Well after 19.99 charged to my CC I received the bulb that was March 2018. Now I have another bulb gone and again opened a chat with Dale P and sent him the email from Xenonpro from 2018 for a warranty claim. But they will not honor the warranty as they say I am not in their system and said that I managed to get free stuff from them, but they did in 2018 so what gives. I think this is the same company but had to get a new name because of all the complaints in Canada. They are not stand up company that will honor the warranty, Don't do business with them...

Top notch operation in all areas…ordered both HID Headlights & LED Fog lights…as a "Tech Dinosaur", unfortunately I had to return the HID HeadLights (a very smooth & accommodating process)…held onto the LED Fogs (lovin' them)…and will be updating the lighting in my other 2 vehicles soon!

Tip for consumers:
I would suggest checking with your install shop for fitment guidelines…you’ll save $$$ on re-stocking & shipping reimbursement!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY AT ALL AND THE BULBS DO NOT LAST MINE WENT OUT TWICE IN ONE YEAR AND THE 15 DOLLAR BULBS I BOUGHT ON EBAY LASTED TWICE AS LONG SO FAR THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND LIE CONSTANTLY
