Very easy website to use, love the free shipping, made the difference in ordering or not. If the product is good, I will be ordering for my other vehicles. The harness did require slight modification to fit the Toyota harness, but all works well.

Customer support was extremely helpful while deciding exactly what I wanted and needed to purchase for my truck! HID KIT is quality setup better than any I've had in the past! Already ordered a matching set for my fog lights because I liked them so much and had a great purchase experience with this online seller!

Everything arrived in a timely manner, however one of the quartz lenses was cracked on delivery. Not a huge deal, a minor inconvenience at most. Aside from that, XenonPro has been a fantastic experience.

I expected them be way brighter. They're not even as bright as my factory headlights, I have to take them back out today and put my factory bulbs back in. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Dont know yet if they will let me return them or see if there is something even brighter.

I was told I needed to purchase the ballast/adapter, but a customer service person later informed me that it actually caused a conflict with the Honda CRV lighting system.
I was disappointed with the quality of the system, in particular the electrical contacts do not form a tight fit and are not water-proof (like others I've seen at the same price point) so you need to use electrical tape to seal them up.
They work fine for now.

One of the glass cover was broken, but I couldn't tell if it was a temporary protector or something that needed to stay, the instructions were rather vague.

Overall I am throughly impressed with the products performance, price was not a factor so I really didn't care too much about the price.

The color is great, we'll see how long they last. As I had issues with the halogen bulbs in the past.

My cousin as a gift and it was terrible. He couldn't install them as they would not fit properly, and it was a gift! Return policy is terrible 20% Re stocking fee as as well as requesting to ship returns back via FEDEx but when you send the order it's sent by mail.
Good luck I won't be buying from this company again... shoppers beware

Not exactly plug and play as described. I had difficulty modifying the retaining ring to go over the base and hold the light in place. My light would not work out of the box, I bought some dielectric grease and applied to the contacts and then the lights worked fine. Would not be a bad idea to recommend that in the installation instructions. Overall very happy with the lights. Need better install instructions though.

Shipping was incredibly fast for not having to pay for it, great price for the lights, and installation was relatively easy even for someone who doesn't have the greatest background in this kind of stuff. 5/5 stars

Had a great experience. Used the Chat function and felt it worked well, but the two individuals I spoke to were very vague with what they planned on doing. When I tried to get clarification, they became even more vague with their answers. When things got cleared up, the person I finished my business with, Simon, told me he would send an additional set of bulbs if I made the order immediately and gave him the order number. That didn't get done, but got done when I contacted him a week later after I received the order. A lot of miscommunication, but everything was satisfactory.

At the local Audi Dealership, I was quoted $240 for a single headlamp, not including labor to install it. XenoPro not only had the headlamp for under $100, they had TWO headlamps WITH ballast in one box. Saying prices are very reasonable is an understatement and only reinforces my perception that everything Audi sells is overpriced and, it has nothing to do with the quality of their products. So relieved to have found XenoPro.com (mentioned in an article in an auto magazine.)

The warning canceller I ordered blew up and almost damaged my vehicle. I sent numerous emails asking for help and never received a reply. I called today and hopefully they are sending a new one. But there were no instructions on how to properly Install the cancelled

I ordered a new relay harness for my 2013 camaro since my other one got messed up and while ordering i was given a code for 10% off which was invalid.
I tried multiple times but it never worked even on different browsers or computers.

Customer service is only a online chat system. Good luck actually talking to someone on a phone. I had multiple questions about the clearance of the LED and the only thing they would say was 'you bought our best selling lights and the are a direct fit' I had to cut my headlight mounting bracket on my 2003 Silverado because of the size of the fan. I wanted to return them but there is a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping. I purchased $600+ worth of lights and a guy would think he could get some good tech support.

The delivery time took about a week however when I tracked it I did notice it was picked up for delivery the day after purchase. I have one light that is a slightly different color than the other one. I contacted the live chat and was told to contact them on Thursday because of the Christmas holidays.

All my questions were answered, customer service was great. I wish I had a name to give credit to The CS rep because positive is not given enough to those in that position. Shopping was great! Hope the product is as good as the Customer Service! Just received my order and will be installing them this weekend.

Customer service is only via chat, so can be hard to explain your request and when you do a fallow up you need to start from scratch. The main issue was that i purchased the relay kit for 2 of my orders and never received them. Customer service told me they don't exist and that they would refund me. Still waiting for the money (3+ weeks) what a ripoff.

Although the website stated the product was correct for my model, they did not fit. One had cracked glass on the element casing. I emailed them and never received a response. Ended up throwing the product away and buying somewhere else. The alternate vendor was very responsive and the product works great!

Customer service was impossible to get a hold of. Took over a week. I will not recommend or purchase anything from XenonPro again. The product was fine but the customer service was terrible. Even Had a guy on the online chat tell me that they were too busy to help me after I placed an order. What happened to the customer is always right. Well I guess XenonPro doesn't care about customers. Overall I am very unsatisfied with the entire experience.

Rated the best through all my searches and very good specs with an amazing warranty., recieved product, good quality but no where near as bright as one would expect for the largest wattage and lumens that you offer.

Not a direct factory replacement. Extra wiring and mounting brackets supplied but not expected. The XenonPro box seal was already broken inside the shipping package so I can only guess that everything that should be there is there.

Very fast shipping, received the kit on time. However It wont work on my car without some customization, which I don't want to do, I don't want to void warranty of either my car or the kit. I want to return the kit and that's where I hit a road block. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer service, I tried multiple emails, multiple phone calls, left several voicemails, I've submitted several tickets on their support site and I tried on line chat on multiple occasions. I got no response. I think they are just waiting for the 30 days period to run out so they can deny my return
Will never shop there again, very disappointed especially after buying several kits from their store

It was a great experience until I phoned to return one of the items as it was not needed for the year of my vehicle. Customer service rep Louis was rude and not enthused to take the item back and insisted regardless of what the paperwork I received with the order clearly stating I did not need the item he said I did. Finally, he agreed to take the item back but it would cost me more than what I paid, guess he planned on charging a restock fee. Bottom line, soured me on your company and I don't believe I'll ever order from you again or worse yet I'll never recommend any of my friends to purchase from you. Great job Louis, you lost a customer for your company.
