The big issue is the scam they have going to charge priority 1-2 shipping to Canada is FedEx. Don't pay for this option as they send the items by USPS and did not process my order for 3 days. According to their shipping information on their website, I should have had the lights on my hands by then. I replied to them via email and was told to use the message chat on their website - after multiple attempts no one ever replied - a other scam (see similar issues others have posted). I tried contact by phone and email and no one every answers. In the end I did get the lights a week later than the express delivery I paid for. The test will be once I try the lights out which I have not done yet as they did not arrive before our vacation. DO NOT PAY for the shipping as they will not refund you when they don't use it.

Selection was great and fantastic promotional price. True test will be once I have them installed and see the improvements when driving.t

Everything was shipped fast and customer service chat was great helping with some questions. The Headlights where not exactly a dricect fit. The wire made it difficult to install light and the rubber light cover from Ford would not go back. Not really to big of a deal knew this was a common problem with almost all aftermarket led lights on F-150. Light are absolutely amazing and haven't been getting flashed from oncoming traffic like have with other led lights.

Easy site to navigate. A pleasure plus a feeling of confidence. The 45W White LED`S work very well in my 95 Taurus. The Ford`s headlight system is notoriously bad to begin with. Regular Halogen`s looked like candles. These LED`S Are twice as good but not as amazing as I had hoped. They are rather on the expensive side but, I did get a much better result so, my complaints are minimal. Overall, I`m happy.

I specifically ordered for a 2005 Chevy tahoe. The product was listed as a perfect fit and wasnt going to need adjustment.

The product doesn't fit the housing to the point where the assembly can be tightened into place as needed.

In the process of trying to get it to squeeze into place the glass cracked.

I spent an hour trying to get it to fit, approximately 100.00 with the extra harness to prevent flashing signal, and essentially all I got was a valuable lesson that your product wasnt a wise choice.

Update: The problem is not with Kevin W, who I spoke with before I received my bulbs. The problem is the product its self! The bulbs use outdated technology! Using LEDs on 4 sides only scatters the light in many different ways which produce no focused light being projected what so ever. The light I received is NOTHING like the llight pictured on the website! I will not recommend this product to anyone! I really dont know what to do now. I've read about horror stories with having to pay FedEx to ship them back to Canada which cost more than the lights themselves! Plus, a restocking fee! This was a major regret!

Quick, easy, reasonable pricing. Only issue I had was that my car (2019 Hyundai Veloster) doesn't use the conventional latch system for H7 bulbs. I had to buy an adapter piece off Amazon, but overall, the lights are bright and true to the color I ordered!

The product is very good and works well. The only thing is that they do not work with the new chev wiring I had to add relays and rewire my lighting system completely would be better if a wiring harness was available

I received my order in a timely manner. I left for a trip and returned yesterday. I installed the kit only to find out the bulb housing does not fit my headlight housing. I called the 1-800 number only to be told I would have to go online to get help through the chat service. Since it is now after hours I am waiting on a response for a resolution to my issue.

XP was very responsive to communication- gave me good guidance. Purchase was quick and easy. Product arrived quickly. Installation was simple. And product works well. I'm glad to to know XP is a good customer service oriented company. I wish I'd bought my first set of lamps from XP.

Great product widely available through other vendors, slightly higher prices, average shipping and the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Based on customer service I'll never buy from them again and discourage everyone I know from buying from them.

Website easy to use. Product instructions were inadequate. Please provide complete instructions in english not chinese english. I have doubts about the quality of the product and whether it will make Lucas (prince of darkness) electrical components look good. Certainly not German quality - which was what I was expecting.

Everything on the order was great except when I received the package, one of the colored outer cover that rotates was broken in the ends. I have pictures of them if you wanted to see. I installed them to see if they worked and it did. Just a slight color difference in one of the lights. I ordered the 8k blue headlights. Not a huge deal but it probably broke in the shipping. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very easy to find and order, BUT the package was completely tore up when I received it and your customer service person didnt seem to care. Received the lights and had cracked covers. He said to just use them. Left a bad taste in my mouth

High promises on simplicity and quality of product, waiting for the bulbs to arrive to see for myself.
These bulbs and canbus components took one week to arrive to my mailbox 40 minutes from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Packaging was tidy and professional.
Installation instructions were vague, I am guessing they are generic instructions for all styles. I tried installing them, finding they would not fit in the bulb housing. After talking with someone on the website, I found out I needed to take the plastic cover off the diodes to install.
The connectors were secure and of high quality.
Beam pattern was a nice clear white, however these bulbs are not designed for projectors headlights. I found this out because the beam pattern shone in the ditch and up at the squirrels in the trees with very little light illuminating the actual road.
Better instructions and more in depth explanation of beam pattern and how it reacts on different headlight systems would help so much!

I had problems with the installation at first because of the confinement of the bulb area. Online help gave me some helpful tips that worked perfectly. The bulbs are much brighter than the original bulb installed so I can see much better than I ever did. Owned this car for 10 years and these are the best headlights I've ever had.

Very well made product. Plug-in cords are a bit longer than other manufactures, and can make the install a little more complex if you are planning on utilizing the factory dust-caps without modification. Have had the headlights in for a week, and the beam-pattern is much more focused than the competitors product they replace.

Online chat is helpful and ordering was great. However after I ordered and received my confirmation email someone called me to confirm my address who could barely speak English and when I called him back with the number he left it was impossible to get thru. Everything was great till some knucklehead called me.

Mike was great at assisting me with my order, however, the parts did not fit when attempted to install. Return process was tedious due to inability to discuss by phone and time needed to dedicate to chat with a representative. Overall there was a positive outcome for my return and Kevin assisted me greatly in waiving the restocking fee. Great staff, tedious processes.

Bulb was to big for the application and broke glass installing bulb. Removed glass and inserted bulb without protective glass. Fit and worked. One of the anti flicker doesn't work so did not install. Emailed and they sent me back to web page to do it over chat but the chat feed never responded. Just happy I made it work. Hope it last.

The lights didn't fit in my truck. Now I want to ship them back to you but I don't have a fedex location near me. I went to buy a label from their website and it would cost $97 to ship them back to Canada. Will not be ordering outside of the US again.

Fast easy contacted customer care was a good experience. Received the product and went to install units in my daughters Honda pilot. There was no function when installed with all the equipment that was recommended when purchased. After removing the candus LED units that I was informed were needed, the units work fine. So phoned back to get a authorization for return of these adapters and have yet to receive a call back. So here we sit with the parts on the bench.
In conclusion my daughter is very pleased with the performance of the lights.

Website offered an additional 5% on current order but did not apply it. When I contacted customer service the rep insisted that it was on future orders even though that's not what was offered. In addition, when the product arrived one of the boxes was crushed and mangled a second box was torn open on one side and the third was okay. Not a good look on a product that cost $165 per set.

Had to return them was not as bright as expected with projector lenses in front of LEDs. Very disappointed with return policy in using your only carrier which charged me $78.00 to return them. So I get penalized for trying your product out and losing money.
