Great customer service and product. Had a issue when I received them. Was the wrong kit in the right box but they took care of it that same day and I got the new ones 2 days later and they look awesome and work awesome too!

Website offered an additional 5% on current order but did not apply it. When I contacted customer service the rep insisted that it was on future orders even though that's not what was offered. In addition, when the product arrived one of the boxes was crushed and mangled a second box was torn open on one side and the third was okay. Not a good look on a product that cost $165 per set.

So far so good...will wait to see product before further comments.

Shipping took too long but it wasn't your fault. Lights work okay, glass shattered on one bulb prior to arrival where I was then instructed I can remove it. Other light shattered in the headlight now so I had to remove it and vacuum some of the glass out however pieces still get stuck in the shutter not allowing the high beam shield to go back down.

Easy to install. I almost didn't buy them because they are a bit expensive, but my wife was unable to see while driving at night. After I put these in she says she can see when it's dark and raining. Fantastic product. I compared theres lXenon Pro side by side with a friends cheaper LED's and Xenon Pro blows them away! I recommend these to everyone now.

Received the product it is a very good product I am very satisfied with the light it puts out. However, I did have to modify the caps that go on to my sealed headlight assembly (2010 ram 1500) to keep moisture out because the lamps we're longer than original bulb and interfered with the caps sealing the lamp back up. I ground the inter lip of the caps down and it fit perfectly.

The process of buying my dash cam was good and I talked to someone who was able to answer my questions. I am unhappy about the instructions because they seem to be translated from Chinese and are very difficult to understand. I thought that if I bought a product from a company based in the United States I would not get Chinese hardware or Chinese instructions. I will not buy from you again.

Quick. An easy site to maneuver around. I am confident I ordered the right kit for my F-150. The kit was good quality, though they shipped the wrong bulbs. Had to deal with Louis C. On the chat after waiting over 30 minutes. He was rude, and not at all apologetic. After fighting he promised to ship the proper bulbs, it has been two weeks and I have not seen them yet.

It took a bit of poking around to determine if I needed the anti flicker kit. It might be an idea to have a reference link or help pop up to refer customers to find the information easier right from the product page.

After receiving the Kits it turns out that my 2016 F-350 does not need the anti flicker kit f9r the headlights.

The fog lamps I was not able to get working. The stock lamps work. I tried with and without the anti flicker kits. I have not contacted customer support as of yet as Christmas and New Years was keeping me busy.

Ordered headlight and fog lamp bulbs. The fog light bulbs I received are the wrong type. After multiple attempts to contact with my problem, I was finally contacted by email. After being told I was wrong and they would fit, I have decided to return the entire order. Guess this could be called a learning experience.

This company is very difficult to get in touch with. No return phone calls when calling about issues or questions on orders. I hope nothing goes wrong with my lights...lifetime warranty is great but trying to deal or get in touch with someone is next to impossible. Had high hopes since I was referred to them.

I haven't installed the LED lights. It's for a 1994 Mustang GT which is in storage for the winter. I'm trying this product because it was on sale and had good reviews. I also liked the anti-glare technology. I'll install the lights this spring. If I like them, I'll buy a set for my fog lights.

I received the product. But it wouldn't fit. Customer service told me that Volkswagen's need an extra clip that i have to worry about myself. When i asked where, he told me that most of their customers know that already.
As far as i'm concerned, that is terrible customer service. So no i am in the process returning them, and paying restock and shipping charge.
I will never order from you people again, and have told several colleges.

Site is very informative and checkout is a breeze with PayPal. The overall experience was pleasant and smooth. Will make purchases from here in the future. After receiving product I found that my 2002 Ford F-250 Super duty headlight buckets utilize a locking collar for the bulbs. The Xenon have a cooling fan that do not allow for proper securing of bulbs. I also ordered the anti-flicker kit and even when my lights are off I get flickering in one. Overall the lights are very clean and bright. I ordered the white with 45w bulbs.

Unfortunately the prices did not identify they were in USD until I received a statement. One light bulb has a slightly different color than the other. Connectors did not work so they had to be modified.

I received the order under the pretenses that it would work on my 2015 Ram 1500. After trying several different installations as recommended by the techs, the lights still will not work correctly.
The cost to return the kit is more than I paid for it. Somehow, that doesn't seem like very good customer service

I was a bit disappointed in the brightness of the product, fell short of my expectations for an LED bulb. Also purchased the anti flicker harness which did not work when installed and just hooked factory plug in direct and bulbs then worked. Again the maximum 45w units not as bright and pronounced as expected.

I purchased a newer vehicle. Having previously had HID lights I wanted to upgrade. I picked out a kit and selected the options desired. Just that easy... Arrived speedily with all components present.
My next project is to retrofit projectors into the OEM headlamps. XenonPro.com has a good selection of products with a great warranty and easy to work with support folks. That's been my experience.

Xenon pro has the worst customer service and product I have ever received. The order came late, I was lied to by a sales rep, and now nearly 2 weeks later I have not heard from a support rep after 3 separate attempts to get some help or even talk to somebody.
BE AWARE! You DO have to cut and modify your headlight assembly, it was step 3 in the instructions that came with the kit. You ARE NOT able to return your item without first receiving a ticket number which the company will not provide, because they will not respond. Very convenient for them.

Louis C was very helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner. I can't wait to install these on my 4runner.

Update 1 month after install:

These are awesome. Im really glad i got the highest wattage option. The only thing that caught me off guard was the packaging and bulbs themselves do not look like the advertised pictures on the website. Since they have a lifetime guarantee I don't think this is necessarily a problem, just not as sleek The color of the bulb is exactly like the picture, and they are super bright, which is awesome. Because of the layout of the LEDs in the housing i actually had to adjust my headlight assembly to the highest possible setting, as the direction of the beam initially pointed down slightly. This has more to do with the toyota headlight housing itself. Overall very happy so far.

It cost more to return than the product is worth.
Not at all satisfied with the service and product. They covertly loose any record of a product that you bought that is faulty. Therefore make sure that you keep all the order numbers and dates of the order. For what was spent on these headlights you could buy enough regular headlights to last the life of your vehicle.

I think the battery clips are extremely flimsy and poorly made. They should not be on any product of quality. I also think the jumper function should not have to require a process; I have never seen that before and you are excluding a large population of non technical people who would be comfortable with having to go through that process with an extremely low battery.
I also think that meter on the plug in cables should turn on and off when the jumper unit turns on and of. Not stay on regardless.
Other than that it seems to work well. Have not tried the air pump.

It fit perfect in my vehicle. I did not have to cut any holes in my car like previous videos I watched said I would have to. Very satisfied with my purchase. Anyone looking to upgrade to LEDs this was a perfect purchase. So user friendly you can do it yourself! Thanks!

I love my lights they work great and I'm glad I bought them. I will recommend the company to friends and family. Had couple issues at first but the person on the live chat helped me and fixed my order so I am very happy great lights and like I said this won't be the last time I order from you guys.
