When ordering off the site I did not realize that had to pay an American dollars and it took almost 10 days to get here. I have since returned my product and almost took a week to get a refund. But similar lights from the store for a lot cheaper

Very easy ordering process and easy to find things! We shall see how they fit! Thanks! When I got them I discovered that I had ordered the wrong ones so I tried various times to contact them, and after a while I did get a hold of them and from there the experience was 5 star! Thanks!

Product arrived promptly, documentation was OK but again it was pretty much plug & play. YouTube was great for videos on how to actually get clean access to replacing the bulbs. Highly recommend you search for a video on YouTube for your vehicle before you begin if it is not obvious how to replace your headlight bulbs.

When switching from low to high beams and back, low beams sometimes do not turn back on, at least one and it alternates, sometimes the driver's low beam goes out, or it's the passenger side. I have not seen both low beams out at the same time under these circumstances. In any case after the vehicle is off for a period, normal low beam function returns when restarted. Any suggestions? Otherwise a good product.

Awesome! Products and services. Just one issue. As I removed one of the fog lights from its box the glass cylinder and the little cap that holds it together over the LEDs fell off. The glass cylinder shattered when it hit the floor. I have requested a replacement glass cylinder and haven't received any response. I will be glad to update this when the issue is resolved.

The lights are great, however, in some instances they are not simply "plug and play" as indicated. On the 2005 GMC Sierra, the new bulbs are too long to fit under the dust cover, so you have to take that off in order to fit them in. This step is not needed for a regular bulb change.

On the 2013 Kia Soul, the factory connector would not fit into the connector provided without modification. I used a Dremel tool to shave off part of the factory connection. Then it fit perfectly, but neither of the vehicles I purchased these lights for were a simple "plug and play" as advertised. Luckily, I've done enough automobile work to know that you have to allow extra time for those "just in case" scenarios.

My advice for the website is to change the advertised "plug and play" wording to add the words "on some models" so that people don't make the purchase and then have to send them back if they don't have experience or the tools to make these work.

I got my lights on time and the lights work great. The price was a little high but I look at it as you get what you pay for. My only problem was that I had to buy and modify some light retainer rings to hold the head lights in. Over all I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Website is easy to navigate, lots of useful information on the products. Looking forward to installing my new headlights.
The bulbs were quite easy to install, although my older truck had plastic collars that lock the halogen lamps in place, the cooling fans on the led bulbs were in the way, so I ended up tacking them in place with silicone.

The only concern/ complaint that I have is that I paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days), and the product didn't even ship until about 3 days after the order was placed. It was then a couple weeks before I received the product. I don't feel like I got a fair deal in the shipping, but other than that. My overall experience was satisfactory.

All is good, except some slight fit issues, especially on the fog lights. Easy fix. The only gripe is the power connectors weren't included to match the original manufacturer's part. I don't know if they are just missing or are not included... But, lights work as promised!

They are not plug n play as advertised I spent 2 hours modifying my truck to get them in on jusg the one side broke 1 while attempting to install and have not been able to get any response from support as to why they wont work

The HID Conversion Kit was very good quality. I had ordered from a previous merchant and returned the kit because of it's poor quality.

The kit included instructions and was easy to install. Everything worked perfectly, except they sent the wrong Temperature Bulb. I was immediately sent replacement bulbs.

The lights are a fantastic improvement over the stock lights installed on the Jeep.

Led headlights high and low beam did NOT fit and was NOT plug and play like they said also I had to pay for return shipping and the original shipping cost! Cost me $50 in shipping charges. Horrible company and customer service you will never get anyone on the phone have to do everything through messenger on their website Avoid at all cost and save yourself the money and headache

The products is great once I figured out how to wire it. The wiring diagram was somewhat helpful. On my fusion I had to remove the old plug and use my own spades to connect th wires. I have yet figured out how to use them with the auto matic lights instead of having to turn them on and off every time. But the lights were great once installed

My previous order was cancelled by the company without an email to inform to cancel due to my shipping address is different than billing address. I replied the inform to call for verification asking for the reason, but I received the email insisting that I must to call the comp. Instead. I tried to call a couple during my work hours no one answer and my call was automatically disconnected. Until I could talk to alive person on the phone his name is Roger, he told me my order was cancelled, I'm very disappointed bc my order was cancelled due to shipping address is different than billing address. This is a ridiculous reason! For cancelling my order. And, they don't accept email verification either. And their website doesn't honor the same discount that I had in previous order.

The lights fit perfectly in to the sockets of my truck. They're bright and crisp. Live support was very helpful with one issue that turned out to be a missing step in the instructions, removing a protective cover that looked like it was part of the bulb.

Awaiting a return on item orderes as it didn't fit my vehicle housing as indicated on their site. Contact number for company just rings and rings just like others have commented. Will wait and see how the return experience goes but I'm already out $15 sending back out of pocket for their mistake.

They promised it would fit my vehicle and it did not and when I wanted to return them they told me there was going to be a 20% restocking fee which is BS since I didn't receive what I was promised. I went and bought a nicer set from Walmart which only cost me $40 vs $160 and they went right in and we're actually brighter than the Xenons. Won't ever shop here again since the customer service was so poor. They tried blaming me for the bulbs not fitting when it was clearly the fan portion being way too big for the vehicle them try and charge me $35+ to return them when I got a whole new set of better bulbs for that price. The entire experience was a joke

At the point of purchase the experience has been great. Waiting to see how the order is executed and quality of the products but feeling very confident.it took several inquiries to receive an answer as to why the order was delayed. Other than that a positive experience.

I was not happy at all with the delivery service and time. I had to call to chase and have my item expedited for my trip.
The unit is great. It would have been nice to get the cigarette lighter with a USB outlet to attach my cell phone connection. Thank you

Very quick and easy ordering. A lack of instructions led to a couple conversations with customer service. They were great to deal with, but the fact that there were some issues prompted the lower score

The overall quality of the standard LED lights is acceptable. However, i would be very hesitant to purchase the colored lenses. Unless you purchase the higher KW bulbs you will very poor visibility (low or high beam). We pulled the purple lenses off after about a week. When we pulled off the purple lenses, one of the them was broken (they are glass covers). I attributed this to the poor fitment as the purple lenses were much shorter than the factory installed clear lenses which inadvertently allowed the lens to move back and forth and not fit snug. Overall, the standard LED lights with factory lenses are now working as advertised with good visibility.

Received product broken and I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Customer service rep was very rude, condescending, and dismissive. I did not expect that. Ended up paying for shipping to and from them after supposedly getting free shipping. So I ended up paying out $50 in total and still had no headlights in the end. They did not even offer to try to help me just keep telling me I was in the wrong and it was not their fault or problem. I will definitely not buy from them again and I would be very cautious if you do decide to buy from them.

All good, and a lots of information, looks very honest to me is hard to find that in this days.
But the instructions didn't say anything about a glass tube that comes outside the lights, I thought that it was part of lights so i broke few of those inside of the housing, please make a note for those guys like me who aren't familiar with this,
