The support chat was good until they told us how to fix a problem and we could not understand what they meant. They used a couple abbreviations we did not know so my husband said something to them that was not friendly and they kicked us off the sight. Now we are wondering how we can return some of the bulbs that did not work for our car..

Bought HIDs for my Sport Trac years ago, no problems and love them. Gives it the Blues look. Wife doesn't like them. So, I'm getting her a set of LEDs instead. Factory lights don't light road way enough in time to see danger. After installing them, found that they are much better than factory Halogen lights. Her car is a 2013 Fiat Pop 500. Now, I am going to order LEDs for my Sport Trac to replace HIDs. Excellent product. Thanks for Dale P help.

All good, and a lots of information, looks very honest to me is hard to find that in this days.
But the instructions didn't say anything about a glass tube that comes outside the lights, I thought that it was part of lights so i broke few of those inside of the housing, please make a note for those guys like me who aren't familiar with this,

LedHeadlightsPro shipped incorrect bulbs. Instead of doing the right thing and immediately shipping the correct bulbs, while I shipped back the incorrect ones, this business insisted that I ship the bulbs back Fedex Ground, at my expense. Once they received the bulbs back, confirmed that they were not broken, they would take an additional 7-10 days to ship the correct bulbs. Fail. They offered option two: I could go online and buy the correct bulbs again, hope and pray that they would fill the order correctly, and get them within a week or two, as opposed to the three to four weeks or more with option one. Will not be doing business with this group of clowns and would recommend that others shop elsewhere for the LED needs, there is no shortage of better choices out there.

The only thing that I have negative to say was when I received my brand new LED headlights one of them was DOA and I had to reach out to customer support for a replacement. They were however absolutely amazing getting me a new one right away as well as a shipping label and packing slip for the defective return! Other than 1 hiccup awesome service. I look forward to fully kitting both my wife's daily and my show car!

I had ordered these headlights for my boyfriends truck for Christmas, they came in a very timely manner, and are of great quality! He and I are both very satisfied with the purchase and product. Look forward to buying another set for my car.

It's there right ones this time but now i got to buy the adapter that goes on to the hid h7 bulbs they twist into the head light bucket to stay in place my lights don't have the spring to hold them in place

So far so good, I have not received product yet but I really like the site. Easy to navigate and informative that I am purchasing the right parts for my vehicle.

Received my lights. I love them, easy installation.

Cons: the delivery time was not like the advertised time, more like 2 weeks. I received a tracking number a week after order placed. All in all, they really do need to step up on customer service, if you have any questions or issues email them to get a response. Their phone number is useless.

Pros: Despite all of the above, I would still order from them again, good quality headlights and easy install.

I received both sets of low/high beams and installed and worked perfectly.

The fog lights showed up with one cracked housing, and the other would not power when connected. This is unfortunate as I wanted to have matching headlights/foglights. I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue. Issue was relayed on 7/5/2020 and today is 7/13/2020.

Received order in a timely fashion. Only problem was the headlights I ordered were not as bright as the other 8000k bulbs I have purchased before. They still are much better than stock halogen, just not as bright as I would have liked. Great seller and service though. Will buy from again with the above issue in mind.

I chatted to ask how many kits I needed to replace both low beams and both high beams on my Mazda 5, and to learn the promo code. I might have asked whether you ship to PO boxes, or prefer street addresses.

I have not yet tried to install the LED lamps. I'm not expecting problems.

1) the headlights do not fit into my vehicles
2) the high beams do not work on the lights I purchased for my 1997 Toyota 4Runner.
3) the product they sold me is not the same as the product they display on your website. The lights I received are clearly Chinese products while you claim to sell brand name Xenon Pro lights of German technology.

Horrible customer service. Not returning emails or answering calls when trying to return product for refund.

Not a direct "plug and play" as advertised. I had to cut and splice wires and make a custom mount for these LED lights to work were my H7 bulbs fit.
Shipping was extremely quick as i live in Washington state and was only 2 days to reach me.
Service and product was good. Just wish it was truly "plug and play" as advertised.

Great only had one issue the support chat didn't work hopefully no issues come up just feel alittle nervous about the purchase tried reaching anyone about the color of the kit no one seem to have answers and when i did get one agent on the chat line the rep said i got what i ordered not even trying to understand my problems

Louis C was very helpful as far as helping with my choice, however, the lights flicker for a few seconds when I turn the ignition on. No too thrilled with that since I purchased the anti-flicker option too.

I paid for expedite shipping. Instead the product was held up by customs for a week. This wouldn't have bothered me, but when I received the product a light did not work. Again, it happens. The part that upset me the most is that I have sent 2 emails, one message through the website, and tried calling numerous times without receiving a response.

Site should list or note that is it in USD and not CAD. Very miss construding to the customers. Also seeing as there is a canadian retailer, anytime companies buy from the states to provide their products, the prices in canada are relatively the same as what they are in the states. Without the exchange rate on top of it. I believe that your company should see to this as a resolution seeing as you claim to have the "best price guarantee"

This is my first purchase from here, so I'm hoping the experience, fitment, and service, in case of any potential questions, is what I'm expecting. At the moment, I'm excited about the product, though, to say the least.

Still haven't heard back from them after I placed an inquiry about returning my order which did not fit in my car despite being the correct specifics. Three hundred bucks down the drain. Do NOT order from them.

We were extremely disappointed with the product we received. The hour long process of returning this product is ridiculous. On hold for over 30 minutes plus a addition 35 minutes asking questions that are irrelevant to the product.

In terms of products and services, it was great. I only had issues with aftermarket headlights on one of my own vehicles which made one of the bulbs unusable. But I was able to successfully return them easily which is great.

I just found it to be a little confusing and slow including the chat. Also that the bulbs really are difficult to install and the final installation leaves the bulb fan assembly exposed to dirt/dust as it's pretty much exposed. Lastly I was expecting a very very bright light. I have seen many that are a lot brighter.

As soon as I opened my package I found one of the bulbs to be broken. Very disappointing as this is the second thing I have tried to order from here and I still have no led lights in anything. And now I have to pay a 'restocking fee' just to do a refund. Not happy at all.

No good directions are given with the order. The fog lights that I ordered. Do not look like those advertised on the website. I was left with no good information when I called for assistance in this matter. There are no connecting plugs to attach them to my vehicle.
