Order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the #9007 HID bulbs did not fit my headlights due to the specific dimensions of the bulb retainer cap on my car. Had to return them. Impossible to speak to anyone there. They only deal with customers by online chat. Turned out to be waaaayyyyy more expensive than expected. Website says bulbs are shipped from Canada so I assumed it was a Canadian company, however the pricing is in USD which I wasn't expecting, so will lose 7% due to the different FX rates the banks use for purchases vs. refunds. Then had to pay $18 to ship them back by FEDEX which was the only return shipping option.

Very easy to find what I was looking for Too bad they don't work. Contacted customer service and was told they were sending me new warning cancellers. Well still waiting. Have tried contacting customer service again and no reply. So as far as I am concerned they only want your money. Once they get it GOOD LUCK. Will never or recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service really does not exist. Phone number is a recording... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The included instructions are vague and did not include a pictorial image of the specific setup for H11's with both anti-flicker and relay usage. It was frustrating and I subsequently purchased LED's from another brand. I'll hook these to a spre 12 volt battery and use them as garage lights.

Site set up very nice to find what i wanted. Easily matched to my vehicle. Complications on Oder verificaion. Took 3 days after verification before shipping and almost 2 weeks to get the order. I haven't had time to install yet. Hopfully that goes better.

Headlight installation was very easy and they're pretty bright. They don't shine out in front of my car as far as I was expecting on low or high beam. Maybe some new LED fog lights will make the distance a bit better but still, I'm pretty satisfied with the overall experience of these headlights.

…. SOO, it's been about 8 months since I've ordered these LED headlights…& I have to say, at first they were working amazing. Pretty bright and everything. But then about 2 months after the installation of my first order, the drive side started to flicker and sometimes stay completely off for various amounts of time but would come back on if I hit a bump or tapped the headlight housing with my hand. Then once that started, not long after it went out and just never came back on. I also paid for & installed the warning/relay cancellers or "canbus" whatever you wanna call them and still had the same issues so I reached out to the company and they sent a free replacement with no charge or shipping. That made me pretty happy considering I paid over $100 more than most LEDs out there and the website said "Lifetime Warranty". So I thought paying a little more would save me the headache. NOT THE CASE! ‍ After another couple months went by, I started having the SAME Issue again after the replacement. Only this time the company tried making me pay for shipping and stuff for another replacement. EVEN THOUGH they supposedly have a "lifetime warranty" SAVE YOUR MONEY! I just purchased another set with a REAL LIFETIME WARRANTY on them for $150 cheaper and BETTER@ [HIDNation.com]

I received my order in great time! But when I pulled the fog lights out of the box to install them, the glass was broken on the light. Now after having them in for 2 weeks or so, even more glass has broken off the light and is now sitting in my fog light housing. Overall performance of the lights are great. Not very satisfied with the quality of product though.

Arrieved very fast, a little tight fit, but secure and I'm sure water proof. I noted a very wide pattern of fringe light that goes way down the block, good pattern concentrated in front of car. I think I like them better than the HID I had previously installed. 2007 Toyota Sienna. Going to upgrade high beams also. So for not oncoming lights flashing at me. Did not adjust the angle of light from stock. Great to be able to see at night. Good for older drivers who do not have as good night vision, brings back confidence and safety. Great investment! -JLC

I ordered my low & high beam bulbs on Nov 5 & they arrived promptly.
Unfortunately the high beam bulbs will not fit.
I have emailed *******@ledheadlightspro.com & *******@ledheadlightspro.com numerous times with no reply.
I have tried calling; no answer.
I have asked the online Chat person; no action taken.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service & the lack of my response to a product that does NOT work.

After purchasing a set of 884 fog lights for my Corvette, I was so impressed, I decided to do a full 6054 to H4 conversion. Using their 45 watt kit, of course.
I have not received and installed the kit, lights work great, needed to do a slight wiring change on my Corvette to allow the fog lights to work. (The fog light relay control circuit is grounded through the high beam filament, which doesn't exist in an LED light. This will not apply to a low beam only kit.)
Great fit, superior light performance, with slightly less beam control due to the larger surface of the LED vs the filament in the stock light.
Very satisfied.

I used your chat with a representative to help answer some questions about the proper product for my car. Hopefully it all works out. The only issue I have is that I did not know it was in American dollars untill my card was charged. I ended up paying alot more than I thought. There great lights with no shadow or dark spots, with solid white light. Very happy with the product. Be nice if you informed customers about the exchange rates. Thanks

Didn't know that I needed two sets of lights for my truck, when you plug in the type of vehicle you have, you should tell the customer that they need the appropriate amount of lights for there vehicle. I tried using a discount code and didn't work. The lights are bright and were easy to install, hopefully they last a long time, also shipping was fast..

This kit came to my house and as the second kit I wanted try on my vehicle I could tell that it was a much higher quality then the first one I purchased off line. I ran in to some small problems that were weather related and was able to get it resolved with the support staff. They were able to get me a upgrade to my kit that would help them work better with the cold weather and even with out having my original invoice they stood behind there warranty and sent the new parts to me. I would recommend there products and service to anyone looking to upgrade the lights on there vehicle.

These are generic kits that can be purchased many places for $29.95. I'm to understand that their warranty, according to reviews from sites other than theirs is worthless. The same bulbs can be purchased for $15 a pair, I paid about $55 for a pair from them.

I got the 45 watt led bulbs for my Ford Taurus and they were dimmer than the factory bulbs that were in there. Also one of the anti flickers did not even work so I think that these bulbs are over priced and are not bright enough.

Website is informative and easy to navigate. I ordered the 35w HID system, it is bright, installation was relatively painless however the bulbs required some tweaking to sit tightly into the H11 housing. Time will tell if the product quality is excellent or not but for now they function as advertised.

Shipping was fast but just never received a confirmation email. When emailed tech support the reply was text chat support never got answer. But got my package all good. Just wish could get a hold of someone and not get tossed around

Great website, (update) installed the xenon pro lights in my 05 Silverado, all lite up fine except one, thought I might have to return it until I had to really push the power plug together to make it work, hope it doesn't fail down the road. My application of bulb was straight and not a 90 deg so I had to modify my truck to accommodate the wires from the bulb socket so they wouldn't pinch, should be 90 deg instead of straight (keep that in mind) all in all pretty good, nice and bright but they do take a second or two to warm up so expect a delay between low beam and high if you're set up that way.

I have the lights tie-wrapped in, the original plastic ring that locks my bulbs in place needs to go in front of the fan and behind the bulbs plastic ring...I text back and forth with customer service and they told me I can take the cap off the led, but that didn't help at all...I gave up and left them in with tie wraps. Just annoyed when I'm told it fits my truck, it should fit my truck

The site helped me get just the options I needed for the lights for my car, and was easy to use and ship. Honestly really glad I did research and didn't go with the sketchy Facebook ads I saw first. Definitely satisfied!

I ordered LED's for a 2011 Mercedes ML350, when I tried to install them they did not fit. I researched on line and they make an adapter for some of these bulbs. However your bulb does NOT come apart to install this adapter. I used your website because you guaranteed they would fit. Very disappointed for what I paid.

The 2 -3 days delivery is actually a week. I did not get the dashcam I ordered, it was on back order, so they sent me their top of the line duel camera as a replacement, I do not like it. The instructions are written by someone who does not have a very good understanding of the English language, so it is almost comical to read, and practically no help. There is no online help for Xenon's products. The live chat is useless, the person has no customer service skills. I trully wish I had not ordered from them. There is no prepaid shipping on returns, stuck with the thing. So I guess 100% customer satisfaction means nothing.

Pros: Quick and easy with vehicle finder to find your bulb. More light then Halogen bulbs.

Cons: On arrival, I open up the package and find that the LED's themselves actually have little glass cylinders around the actual LED. So in this case I ordered blue lights. One of the cylinders was broken with a sizable chunk missing. This LED installed is more white while the other is more blue. I was not impressed with the fact that these lights use a little cheapie cylinder around the light to give you a false sense of blue. While other company LED lights will give you an LED headlight that emits a blue light. I expected more for the price tag on this. It seems like a way to cut corners.

I Love the lights. But I had a question. I called number off of web site. Got voice mail. Left message. No callback. I then emailed the question. Got return email that informed me the only way to ask a question or get help is through live chat. Tried that twice. Nobody home. And it was during the day. Lights are A+. Your service is f- A friend asked me about them. Told great lights just no customer service. He went elsewhere to buy his lights. Can't blame him. Seems customer service is a thing of the past. Once most companies today get your money their done with you. It's a shame cause it's a great product. What's the point of email and phone numbers on your web site. If you don't use them. And then don't monitor live chat all the time during business hours. Have a Merry Christmas. Bob Herndon

I wanted to return them because even though I purchased the warning canceller and anti flicker devise, the lights flickered when first starting. The Customer service rep was very helpful in giving me an RMA. HOWEVER, your instructions by using Fed-Ex and shipping the return to Canada even though they were shipped from the United States would cost me $85.00. Total bull sh*&^ on an item that cost $119.00. Nice scam you got going. You make it easy to set up the return, but your stupid instructions make it unaffordable. I'll be selling them on Ebay.
