I love the look of my new HIDs. They were easy to install, had very clear easy to read instructions. Only bad thing is I paid an extra $10 I didn't need to getting the Anti Flash Capacitors because the site recommended them for my Silverado. They work fine without them. But if that's the only thing I can say bad I'd say it's been a good investment.

I couldn't use the blue glass sleeves that came with the lights because they were way too short, your quality in the past has been great but this was pretty bad. Sorry for the bad rating but quality is everything

Easy to purchase on-line, Recieved in a timely manner. Install was very easy. Only complaint made was left headlight assembly projected a beam while right (passenger) side projected a fanned pattern. Sent message to customer service got no reply back!

The headlights are very bright, install was easy, and I really want to move them...but the light pattern seems difficult to focus. I've got two very bright flood lights. I have to either aim my headlights all the way down, greatly reducing my visability, or blind oncoming traffic :(.

The product does not work in my vehicle and now I have to pay for a mechanic to make it work. Very disappointed. When I saw all the spelling and grammatical errors on the website and in the instructions I knew there was going to be problems.

Thank you for the great customer service provided by xenon team. I had a faulty bulb and contacted them. Within 24 hours I have a new one being processed for shipping under a warranty claim.

Info was good after finding out what headlight I had already. But I bought the antiflicker option as well and found out my car has one in it. Trying to return them is a challenge as I still have them to return and can't seem to reach someone or a link to return. If I could get some help with that would increase my satification on this.

Wish site had more info on the bulbs like color scale, lumens for both bright and dim, ect. Also wish there was more specs on the bulb size and certifications they have and what they are for. Also the options of wattage is nice that would be nice to know or have a realistic view of the differences of them and if you need are illegal for Road use or not.

I would of liked it if the gentleman I spoke too knew more about the product. He told me the bulb would fit and it doesn't and you guys don't have anything else to provide me with so I have to go to the nearest fedex and send it back and pay for the return shipping. Not really happy about the whole thing.

Ok products. Had some issues with the products not working. Have had to get replacements sent on two different vehicle.

Very easy to use site. The web site not a problem, the bulbs are, very bright but they do not project the light beam down the road for better visibility than the standard bulbs. The car is fitted with projector headlamps and I expected a better result than the standard bulbs. Can this be corrected?

Shopping was quick and simple had me sold on the lifetime warranty. Only issue I've had was the anti flicker boxes the harnesses don't fit factory very well. And I had a wire loose that was causing headlight to flash. But told xenon my issue and they sent 2 brand new antil flicker boxes

The sold me on buying two anti flicker modules I didn't need for my truck. Even though their website says 100% money back guarantee, I have tried several times over 3 weeks to contact them to return the items not needed and to replace one of the bulbs that came in broken, they refuse to respond to my attempts. I have researched the company that claims they are located in North Carolina. Unfortunately there is no such company or Fictious firm name located in North Carolina. I believe they are solely a marketing company and their entire website is set up to scam customers. They have no intentions of refunding or exchanging anything. If you check out ripoff report you will find several others that have had the same experience I have. I am in the process of contacting the FTC to see if this fraudulent corp can be shut down or forced to actually give a refund.

Was not that easy to install on the Mazda 5. Plugging in was easy but installing the factory rubber boot over the bulb and plastic backing and installing the factory retaining clip was very difficult because the width of the cooling fan housing did not allow the rubber boot to slide back to give clearance to secure the retaining clip. Not as bright as I thought it would be. Recommend getting the highest wattage if installing on this Mazda 5 model.

I like the fact that if these lights don't work in my wife's car I can return them for exchange or return. I wasn't aware of the price was in US Dollars so I paid more than I wanted to. You should state the currency plainly on your site for future consumers. But the lights work well in the car and the wife is happy.

The customer service was excellent on helping me this my second time ordering lights 1 for my car 2 was for my peterbilt I love these light I would recommend anyone who ask me where I got them. Good price better quality bulbs

Delivery took double the time advertised.

I ordered the 6K LED bulbs advertised for 9000 lumens with 45W. Light output looks much lower than the 9000 lumens advertised.

Lifetime warranty is great but have to pay +$20 shipping cost on my end to ship parts back to Canada since I'm located in the US.

Site is easy to use and understand. I didn't receive the relay hardness I ordered. The HID conversion kits I received are not in XenonPro box as displayed on website. There is no markings on boxes or instructions identifying where these are manufactured. After hooking up one set the lights are dimmer than my stock lights. I increased fuse size and remove DRL unit and no changes.

You customer server person could not describe to me how the fans on the LEDs would be weathersealed. After about 5 emails they said the whole unit is weathersealed - which it is not. The fans are hanging out in the open. Also the H3 replacements are supposed to be direct, but the fit was poor and I had to retrofit the housing to get the fans to fit.
Also there is a bit of an issue with directional glow of low-beams since the LEDs face the top (or bottom) of the reflector base. Seemed to get a much more controlled pattern off projector lights making them much more usable on the street. The H3 replacements for my off road lights do put out a good amount of light since I don't care about pattern.

Very fast delivery.
However, the directions for installation were insufficient.
Also, when I took one of the bulbs out of the box, the glass broke around the bulb.
I need to get one of the bulbs repaired.
Can you give me the contact on how to get the bulb repaired? Also, can you provide better installation instructions?

Simple and easy. The product arrived in a timely manner. Since I received it, it has been raining so I haven't had time to install it yet. Looking forward to see how the install goes and how bright the lights will be.

Not too bright compare to my stock. Light was not focus in center of sight and light was totally in wide range and high height range(scattered light, like with a 180 degree wide). All adjustment was made already but still not good.

Your website is easy to use, my order was not shipped next day like I paid for (9.95$). I placed order on 9/6 and did not receive it till 9/13. I was also told I would get additional 5% off order if I did the online survey that I did not receive.
