Pretty easy easy check out. Shipping was good. Product looked good in box. I installed the product and was not impressed with the beam pattern what so ever. I ended up going back to factory and as I took out the product one of the bulbs completely fell apart and glass broke. I ended up throwing product away. I kept the good bulb as a backup for the new ones I purchased from another company. I should of checked the reviews better. Live and Learn.

Great and easy site to find the product you need. They ship fast and the products they carry are very nice, Very easy to install, a true plug and play light, Nice bright white light. That is exactly what I wanted and they delivered that in their headlights. Just a bit expensive but the lights are worth the price. Now I've just got to order my High beams and I will have completed the light change on my 2013 Ram Truck. I have ordered the low beams, and fog lights, and they work great. Now just need the high beams. Give them a try these are great lights.

The order came in about a week. One of the capacitors was faulty, it has been another week since they told me they would ship out a replacement. Still waiting, not sure about the reliability of the product yet. Hopefully it turns out well.

These lights are not very bright, offer little view of the road on high beam and are to close to the vehicle on low beam. I am going back to original equipment lighting. See far better. Totally disappointed with the performance of the lights

Third time back. This time for my Wife's SUV. Thankfully, I "knew the correct answers"! One piece of advice: donnot assume how things go together. Pay close attention to the positive + and negative - signs on every connection! Very very very important! I've done two and this one caught me with my confidence level too high. Cost me quite a bit of time back tracking to find my "mistakes"!

Was dissapointed that I had to submit an email for a question during installation and waited 3 or 4 days for an extremely brief answer by email. Needless to say, I had to figure out the solution on my on since the front end was off of my truck. Very happy with the product so far.

Customer support was about the least helpful thing ever. I had to google all of my questions instead of using the chat because they did not produce any good answers. I ordered two pairs of likes and one of the lights was DOA but customer service was helpful to get a bulb sent to me quickly.

Website stated that I must buy the anti flicker device in order to install lights on my truck. Plugged them in and lights didn't work, removed them and plugged lights directly in and they worked. So wasted money on the anti flicker devices. Also lights are brighter up close but they don't shine out as far as stocks do.

I paid for the two day shipping but did not receive for a week. I received no shipping information about my order (it was ready for shipment, shipped, or tracking info). When I emailed about the issue the only response I got was I needed to call to get information.

Great help on picking brightest lamp. I received the lamps and one of the glass shades was broke so i did a chat and they told me to just remove the shade from both. I feel i should have been sent a replacenent for damaged one since i just bought them.

It was a great experience I first ordered the wrong lights and they called to follow up with me on weather or not they were the right ones for me... They made sure I had the right one for my car and got it to me at a timely fashion

It was easy to find what I needed for my vehicle. Overpriced. Never received order confirmation or a receipt. Didnt know if i was ever going to get it until it showed up at my door. Tried ro contact customer service but necer heard back.

I hope they as good as you say they are or you will get them back.
They don't go out as good as my hids did but they are brighter. I also would like a receipt I thought it was going to be in the email. Please email me one so I have a record of what I paid. Thank you.

This is my second time ordering here. I bought HIDs before, know I decided to buy LED fog lights. The HID headlights are awesome. They have not failed in five years. I hope the LED foglights are as dependable and flawless.

Was very pleasant and excellent support right away. Also gave me an additional 10% discount the very first time.

If you may add additional instructions on installation for the specific car and model we buy the product, will be excellent. Even suggestions of where to put additional accessories like the warning canceler and anti-fliker

Shipping was fairly quick. I was wondering if they had shipped it because I didn't get a tracking number or even a shipping confirmation. I text chatted with a couple service people and they were great.
The LED look fantastic, they seemed to work as DTRL and on, when I did a test fit. Only problem is my current H11 Bulbs are in encased in the entire assembly and everything is inside accessible only via a small dust cover. So with the bulb, the other thing that makes the bulb work and the error cancel devise... I can't actually install it without leaving off the dust cover and leaving all the bits hanging. So I may return them... or I may manufacture some sort of dust cap extension with plastic plumbing pipes.
Meh. A bit of a burn, but its car related more than the actual bulbs

Great overall shopping experience, but not being familiar with LED lights there could have been more labeling concerning the polarity and the lights possibly not working to turn the connector. Other then that a great product..

I had an issue with the led headlight kit which I discussed in great detail with Dale. The led's would not fit my truck, I sent Dale a picture and he informed me that my only option was to return the led's, which I did. After returning the led's I had another question, this time I communicated with Kevin, he asked why I was returning the led's and I told him the story. He then informed me that all I had to do was remove the glass from the led's and they would fit. Had Dale told me this I would have saved myself the expense of returning the led's and I would have my truck back together and running eliminating much grief over this experience. My truck is still apart waiting for the delivery of led's from a different company, this has been going on for almost a month.
The expense of returning the product plus the charges incurred by you to return the product have cost me a lot of money and grief.

The find my vehicle option helped speed up my shopping time and "Chat with us" option helped me determine if the headlights were suitable for my application. I was greatly impressed with the options and layout of this website/company.

Easy site to navigate, but the fan on the high beam bulbs was to big to get the factory dust cover on. I wish the site would have told me this when ordering. If I would have known I could have ordered a new dust cover so I had all parts on hand.

Very easy to navigate made it so simple and easy to find just what I was looking for. Was very happy with the site but my foglights didn't work at all and my headlights only work when I manually turned the switch to on and not come on automatically like the stock lights, also the they didn't switch from low to high beam. And 1 more thing the glass casing around the fog light bulbs broke at the slightest bump while installing.

Just a thought. There is no product code on the item itself to know if it is the correct product. An item similar could have been placed in the box, the box is the only item with the product listed of what I ordered. The light itself does not match the picture on the web site. I know companies use a single image to cover multiple items. It just makes me wonder. This is an honest company, I know they wouldn't do such a thing, just a thought.

Although the website touts ease of installation, after receiving the lights and having problems, I contacted XenonPro and was told I would have to modify an existing part on the vehicle (Nissan Frontier 2016) to complete the installation. Perhaps this information is buried in some fine print but I didn't see it. I elected to return the product and then had to go through the hassle of repackaging and contacting FedEx. My frustration was worsened by issues with FedEx but that wasn't the company's fault. This may be an excellent product, but for someone with limited free time expecting a quick installation, this was frustrating.

I paid extra for next day delivery and it took over 1 week for me to receive the order. I was promised a refund of the extra money I paid for rush delivery but have yet to see that refund. My experience when talking on chat to your reps was very poor. I prefer a real phone conversation with a reral person.
