Timely and helpful customer service. Excellent product, even the people I took it to for install were impressed by the product and asked where I got it. Have not yet installed it but looking forward to the difference I know it will make.

Needed to have several components cabled together to complete the installation - a little cobbed together - could use some effort to engineer the pieces to fit together better - I had to come up with my own zip-tie packaging. Curious about durability of system given the way it goes together.

Website was easy to navigate But customer service is terrible. I called and got hung up on and then I emailed never got a reply back. I also used the chat on their website but no one ever replied. Terrible, terrible service for what I paid for the product.

Customer service was great until the installation instructions were so poor the headlights could not be installed. Couple that with the fact they sent the wrong headlights and will not contact me to get the situation corrected and you have great customer service.

Easy experience ordering. But when I received the product I regretted paying the premium price. The lights were no where near as bright as promised. And as far as installing the lights, you are told to simply plug in to your cars harness without a connector. You are expected to wrap them up with electrical tape. As far as the return process goes. Do not be fooled by xenonpro's 'easy' return process. You are made to return them via fedex only and must pay for international shipping and also an additional $15 fee. Total shipping cost back was over $50. The support they offer is also less than ideal and rude at times.
I would not recommend buying from this company. I ended up purchasing another set of HiD bulbs from amazon for $50 they came with the connectors and cancelors needed.

Website didn't specify the currency. I thought I'm paying with Canadian dollar until I saw my bank report and I was charged in USD!
Also it is advertised as 100% satisfaction guaranty with easy return, however, when i requested a return I was asked to ship back with only Fedex. This is absolutely nonsense as I received the item with Canada post why should I send it back with FedEx? I do not recommend Xenonpro to anyone. Stay away!

Ordered led headlights for 18 ram 2500. Got them and found out I needed to cut the headlight shell for them to fit. Website says plug and play with no mention of cutting brand new truck to install. Got an RMA to return. You will only accept returns from FedEx. Shipping back to you is $110.00 US dollars. Add the 20% restock fee, and that is costing me more than I paid for them. I think you should pay the return shipping, and waive the restock fee. I never would have ordered them if I knew I had to cut my truck up to use.

You were recommended by a very close friend which is why I ordered from your site... he has been using your product for quite a while now and he raves about it... so hopefully he is 100% right...

I was disappointed that the box that came with it was already opened... I don't know if you guys were the one who opened the box... and if so, what is the purpose of opening the box?

Did not like their customer service.Had to do it through live chat.I called for help and they made me go through live chat.I cracked the glass tube around one of the led bulbs and wanted to try to get a new one and through live chat they told me just take it off I didn't need it, it was for shipping which is not true.I wouldn't use them again

The lights that I received were not the correct lights for my car. They were certainly not plug and play as represented. I tested back and fourth with an online chat guy and he asked me to take the lights to a car headlight professional and he said that they would be able to install the lights, that was not the case. They said the lights did not fit the car and they could not help me.
I tried to send an email requesting a return authorization number and a credit but was told to go back and deal with the online chat guy again. It was very easy to purchase the lights but after that the experience has been awful. I would never buy from Xenon Pro again and would certainly not recommend them to a friend. I would just like to send them back and receive a full credit. Thank you.

Would like to see more products advertised. Great products and it helps us to know we can see clearly at night and other drivers can see us. No thing I would suggest to is promote your websites I had to do some research to find it but after about 15 minutes I did find your website I'm glad that I did

Product came quickly. Low beams flicker and go out, even with the antiflicker boxes that I ordered. Tech support started off strong but became slow to respond and eventually told me to turn off my drl system, which I can't easily do on my truck. It needs to be reprogrammed to accept the bulbs. In the process of taking bulbs in and out to check and swap antiflicker boxes etc, I ended up breaking the glass housing on one bulb so I'm back to my original bulbs now...

Recieved lights relatively fast but the lights dont even work...

Customer service refused to help me, they said i need to use the website chat which never responded and the message dissapears after refreshing the site... no help at all.

While your site stated that these lights would fit my 2019 Highlander, they certainly did not fit. They weren't even close. And one of them broke while I tried to install it so I assume I cannot return them.

My initial order was received in a timely manner. However, one of the items, an LED Warning Canceller for a fog light, was defective. I ordered a replacement and it has been held up for shipment by FED EX for lack of enough product description. Overall, I am very pleased with the improvement the new LED bulbs have made in my night time driving. I would recommend them to anyone.

Found this company online of course and have ben very pleased doing business with them. I have changed all 6 of my vehicles over to LED

The only problem I have with this company is when you have an issue with an order, you can't talk to anyone. "Chat only ". The only response to an email is to go to "Chat ". I have tried three chats so far and haven't been able to get my issue resolved.

H11 HID kit is missing part of connector to plug into car harness. Installed drivers side first, to find it only stays on a few seconds, but passenger side original bulb stays on.Does it need a relay kit? Have not been able to reach LIVE CHAT with phone number provided.

I love ordering from your site. I have already ordered for 3 other vehicles, which I have owwned in the past. I also own a chevy extreme pickup truck, and it also has your xenon HID light kit installed.

I ordered the low beam led headlights for my trailblazer ss, I had to do some trimming on the headlight housing to make them fit, overall I'm pleased with the brightness of the light. I'm thinking about ordered the high beams or fog lights next.

Lights are great and the chat is great when you're buying. After the purchase they don't respond as fast. Headlights for my truck were very tough to fit into the sockets though they did fit after a little librication

Need magnifying glass to read instructions. Just put it together, had to read and re-read instructions. Have not used or set up camera yet. Only had One card with camera. Not sure if that's the only card needed.

I purchased the led headlight bulbs! Received them in reasonable time! Had no installation instructions! Website said just plug them in! They did not work, with or without canceller-antiflicker attachments! Had lifetime warranty! I think to charge me a 20% restocking, for returning defective merchandise, is NOT fair! That is why I left the review I did!

Overall I am pleased with the product. I was disappointed at first as there were no instructions in the kit. It is not an obvious install on the Juke as there is a locking ring on the Juke that holds the bulbs in place. There were no instructions on how to get around this. I contacted online help and was told to remove the quartz glass and the black base would come off and the locking ring could then be installed. I was about to give up as the black base did not want to budge and I feared breaking the bulb. After Jonathan contacted me by phone and sent some pics by email and assured me that the base would come off and the bulb would not break I was able to get the bulbs installed. So far that is as far as I have gotten. Have to wait till dark to see how they work.

The overall shopping experience was good. When I received my order I realized it was not a good fit for my vehicle. It has taken a weeks to get a response to return the item. As of today, I am still waiting for a RMA. Feels like I have jumped through hoops to even get a response. Plus there is 20% restocking fee. At this point it is unlikely I will ever order from them again.
