My order was received within 2-3 days of placing my order of the 35 Watt bulbs. They are quite bright. Unfortunately I have a GMC Acadia that has a documented poor projection headlight design. I plan to return the 35 W lights and get the 45 W bulbs which are another $20.

One of the blue quarts came chipped on one edge where the seal goes could I please get a replacement so I have I thight seal was planning on buying the high beam ones but didn't want won't to come chipped. I tried emailing before no response

Easy to use. Quick question... What about low beam kit? I have just been able to get the beams installed. However, I need to have them slightly raised because my car's lights were not adjusted up, as I had hoped. They were installed as the factories were and they, too, I believe, were aimed too low. From what I can see now, I like the color of the lights and I think they will make a difference. I

Because I'm now seventy, and am safety conscious, I have found that night driving is tougher. THe lights will help.
Only one complaint: I believe the price stated was shown in Canadian funds. However, the bill was adjusted to Cdn. Funds. It would be good to adjust the prices on Amazon.ca to Cdn. Or more clearly state that the cost would be adjusted to U.S. funds. Presently, the excghange difference is about 20%.

The first order went to the wrong address and you had to send another order.
The tracking number was for two different shipments going to different locations.
I now have to determine how to reconfigure the turn signal lights and a few other things that are part of the original wiring harness..

The headlights install easily and work great. I can't confirm that they are German as the site says. The fog lights I recieved were the wrong model and not what I ordered. I have tried 6 times to reach customer service through their website, through their support on line center, phone messages and through Paypal. I have not heard a thing in response to my inquiries. I am trying to return the lights that were sent to me in error but can not get a hold of the company. Their customer service is not good.

The low beam bulbs are absolutely terrible at night. They look great from an aesthetic point of view but because they are projector housings, the bulbs provide less field of view than the stock halogen bulbs.

These LED Bulbs did not work in my 2010 Ford Raptor reflective style headlights. They produced less light than the stock halogens. These bulbs should not be sold for this type of headlight.
Then when I contacted the company to return this product I was given attitude and sarcasim by one of the online employee's.
If I could give negative ratings I would and will never buy from this company again and will pass the word to my friends/family not to buy from this company.

Question to technical chat never got answered. The high beams will not lock into the 2010 Ford Sport Fusion headlight assembly. Very disappointing after having to remove both front wheels, wheel well liners, air filter and housing, and front radiator bottom air dam. Low beams and fog lights went in easy except the fog lights will not work with the cancellers. The stock low beams have a very thin stainless steel two tab flange while the LEDS have a thicker plastic two flange ring and will not fit into the head light slots. What's the solution?

Nice lights, but it needs to be explained that modifications must be done for the lights to work on a motorcycle. I had to cut half of the protective boot on all four lights to be able to put them back on for waterproofness.

Easy finding part great assistance Parts did not ship on are near date promised and the live chat person was no help took me forever to get a response from LED Online chat person even got short and just wouldn't talk with me.Will have to think long and hard before I would purchase from again

I've tried to phone support and live chat to no avail. Can't seem to get through to get live feedback. I haven't tried the product out on my vehicle yet, so I reserve opinion on how much I like product.

Everything went very easy. Customer service was good but the product was not very good. The bulbs are two different colors. One of the bulbs has spots and the other is almost like a rainbow appearance. Other than that service was good

Purchasing a product and dealing with XenonPro was the worst customer service I have ever had. The products that I received did not work for my vehicle and then when I tried to contact them to address the issue I was told the only contact form that was available was through a chat format and that I could not talk to someone personally. The response I received was unsatisfactory and I was even treated rudely and unprofessionally. They advertise 100% satisfaction and then hide behind a chat service that does not allow you to speak with someone and personally discuss your needs. I also contacted the new customer phone line that they do have and tried to discuss my concerns with that person but was told they only handle orders. Interesting that they will allow you to talk to someone to order their product but after the sale good luck. And then even the live sales person ended up being rude and disrespectful as well. Never again will I purchase anything from this company.

I thought the bulbs were a little high in cost, but I still bought them anyways. When I received the bulbs the instructions were terrible (what little there were) and the bulbs did not even fit my truck. I'm in the process of returning them.

Very easy site to navigate. Webb site didn't specify that shipping address needed to be physical and not po box which is what I utilized. I had to email LED to find this out. As soon as this was straightened out product was delivered.

Well, I found it was not a "plug and play" system, as I thought. But in fact required quite a bit of fiddle faddle to get the lights to fit into the headlight housing. But that was done an now it's a matter of figuring out how to adjust the "throw" of the beams.

Instructions on installation were not good, had to remove part of the bulb to get it to fit into the headlight. Not sure if thy sent the correct bulb in the first place. It is marked correctly on the box but doesn't fit. The fan is loud on the bulb but it does project a brighter light than the standard halogens.

The product I received doesn't fit. They have poor customer service. I asked to speak with a live representative and they responded with, 'can I text with a live person?' They don't return communications, I've been trying to get a response on a refund for three weeks and counting. They do not standby their products. They don't want to except returns nor refund my money. I spent $165.00 for a useless product I cannot use. I DO NOT RECEMEND! This company is a scam!

This was pretty easy. I hope the lights are as good as the ease of the website.

The lights are nice. Not as bright as i thought they were going to be, but then again I am not familiar with these type of lights and if I should have ordered brighter ones.

The website has been very easy to use, very easy to find the right products for my vehicle. The website also offers a lot of information on the differences in the type of bulbs, very good information for anyone not sure about switching over to hid's or led's. Great prices and great overall website.

Great easy to shop place! The lights were for the low beams on my wife's truck. The funny thing is that the low beams are brighter than her hi beams now! Now need to upgrade her hi beams. Thanks for a great product! Justin

A little pricey for me. Especially when you can get a different brand for a fraction of the price, with more color and same brightness. Glass sleeve around led had a small crack in it. Color wasn't as blue as I thought. More of a normal white led color. Overall brightness is solid. Fit was good. Gave it a 3 star over all. Drop the price some, give it a little more color, and I'd give it a 5 star for sure.

I called and spoke with a service rep regarding these LED bulbs, discussed my exact vehicle and that I am not a trained tech, and asked is this was a "plug and play" installation. I was given multiple assurances that it was a true plug and play installation. It is absolutely not, in order to install them a portion of the grill needs to be removed and the lights need to be removed in order to access the bulb housing. This is absolutely not what I wanted and is exactly what I hoped to avoid with a call to the customer service line prior.
