Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?
Well to say the least - I was shocked when I got my VISA bill. The lights were on sale 1/2 price and the free shipping caught my eye. So I ordered. My bill came to $292.26. It was a bit more than I could afford but I went for it. Then I got my VISA bill and the price jumped to a whopping $402.26. I ordered from a Canadian city, shipped to a Canadian city, by Canada post so expected Canadian order. But NO, it was USA funds. No where on your web site does it say USA funds. Like I told Louis, if I didn't have the lights already installed I would have returned them. I have told 4 different friends about the good price and they were going to order until they heard USA funds so they ALL backed off. Also I was suppose to receive a discount for doing the survey that I have not received yet.
I requested an RMA to return the order after I received it due to the kit not having the wiring harness as shown. After a week I still have not received it. Also, your pricing was higher than others but I was willing to pay more because the kit shown was complete with the wiring harness. I'm rather disappointed, especially with your customer service, which I chatted with online, and they told me to call back during working hours.

Was disappointed with shipping time. Website advertises same day shipping if ordered before 3:00PM with shipping time to be 4 days or less. I did not get my order for 7 days.
Purchased another car, came back because of the great product. However, this round I got fog lights. Still not sure about those. To change the tint of the LED they send a glass sleeve that is tinted, but it is a different size than the installed glass (about 3mm shorter). So it moves around doesn't make a seal (and the clear definitely makes a seal with gaskets on top and bottom), etc. I contacted tech support via chat and was not overly satisfied with the plethora of answers given. From "Cannot be completely yellow as per vehicle code" (false statement) to you won't see the white light from the LED in the lamp. I just think someone at QC got a messed up batch of glass and decided instead of fixing it, to just sell it. I broke down and bought yellow glass tint (Kryolon) and sprayed the clear glass that fit to the tint I liked and installed the correctly fitted piece now with tint and put the other on a shelf as a reminder.
The experience with XenonPro was good, they delivered on time. I did encounter some issue with the HID adjustment but they helped me get it fixed right away. Overall I would say it is the best deal one can get.
I usually upgrade to HID's on all my vehicles. I have always used xenonpro.com. The quality and prices are unbeatable.
UPDATE: (December 15-26)- after I received my order, one of the ballasts was bad right out of the box. After chatting with customer service through the instant message app, I was told I needed a relay harness, (as an automotive technician for 8+ years) I knew it was a bad ballast, and the customer service rep gave me a little bit of a hard time about it. But After paying another $20 for shipping, I received the 2 ballasts very quickly. I now have working HID's in my 05 outback! Despite the few inconveniences I had, I'm very happy overall with my purchase.
Yoooooooo I can't believe I ever gave XenonPro.com my business, my mind is blown at the unprofessionalism.
Backstory: I ordered foglights and headlights from them. Upon installation the foglights didn't work, so I returned them. Weeks later the headlights stopped working as well. They refused to let me return their defective product for a refund this time, so I opened a PayPal dispute & won. I requested they send me an email with their return instructions (they have specific instructions & I can't get the refund without returning the product.) They were trying to play games and were refusing to send me a new email, and when I kept insisting he got a massive attitude with me. He wanted me to use the original return email which said specifically that I was only returning the foglights, and I refused. Because they were acting sketchy from the beginning, I wanted to make sure there was no room for them to try to deny my refund.
The first time I told him "no need to get an attitude with me" and the second time I straight up called him a douchebag. All I did was keep insisting he sends the proper return email and he was getting mad that I wasn't letting him pull one over on me my favorite part was him asking if I wanted him to specifically state that I was only returning the headlights, as if I didn't have to REPEATEDLY ask for him to do exactly that.
Anyways, don't trust this $#*!ty company.

UPDATE - The parts arrived. I installed the "warning canceler" and the latches on the clips snapped on both cancelers. I just stuck them together and taped them up.
I've gotten these parts before. They are usually ok. The clips, however, do not clip into the stock clips very easily. You have to really push them in there. Let's hope they last.

I called on Wednesday oct 15 regarding an issue I had with the wiring harness I had for HID kit. I was contacted by your online host to help with my issue, after about 10 minutes of waiting for answer to my issue I gave your online the part numbers for my ballast along with my wiring canceler. They told me they were going to contact a tech support I waited about another 15 - 20 for a reply back which I didn't get. I asked the online host if they were still there. They replied back to me that tech support would contact with the number I gave them. That was over 5 hours ago and no reply back for tech support. I also called customer service to talk to someone in person. The answer I got from them was exactly what the online host told me. Then after that I was hung up on.
First ones i bought whole kit. 3months later one light burned out - searching still for my order receipt, in meantime i needed another head light. I bought just bulb set 2nd time an replaced burnt one - was amazed how much brighter it was than other - just 3months old.? So i replaced the other at same time - they loose effectiveness that fast.? Or i just got a bum set first time.?

I did not get to use my warranty! Live support sucks! They kept asking for a order number, I said I didn't have and gave my name instead that I bought the products under, and then they just didn't answer. I had to PURCHASE replacement bulbs! I will definetley be going elsewhere next time I need an HID kit because of this.

The light color and intensity is great and installation was easy. However, the bulbs did not seem to match in that they could not be adjusted so as not to blind oncoming drivers. The light goes out in all directions. Would be great off-road lights, but don't seem to fit the Ford F350 properly.
Bought the stuff 150$. Didnt work. Paid 30$ shipping back. 3 weeks later i have not be refunded. Very bad services

I bought a full HID kit with all of the extra stuff (warning canceller, anti flicker, and power relay harness). I had 2 day shipping and my kit took nearly a week to receive. Installation wasn't difficult if you've done it before. It did come with instructions that were a little confusing though. The product I received is different from the pictures on their website, but I'm pleasantly surprised because what I received looks more professional. My biggest complaint was that my HID ballast stopped working one month later after purchasing it. I emailed XenonPro, it's been over 24 hours and they haven't contacted me.
First time purchasing these products from XenonPro.com I only wish you guys would sell LED kits for Prius Two. Updated comment; satisfied with preliminary service. Greatly disappointed with the quality of product; led headlights are not what they claim to be, besides being too dimmed, one of the bulbs is dimmer than the other, and you can never get them tight enough. I got the 45 watts 6000k, supposedly the brightest of all. When I got my delivery, the glass tube that protects the chipotle was broken. Before the end of this week, I will be shipping them back. I had high expectations about the product, but it's true as they say: 'You get what you pay for'
I like the site. Hope the products are just as good. I bought the LED Cancellor items. These were iffy. The site said that my 2014 Honda CR-V required them but of the 4 that I got, only two worked appropriately. The lights are fabulous but the cancelling devices either made the lights blink or inverted the Hi-beam/Low Beam. I tried the bulbs without the cancelling devices and they appeared to work great. I know Honda will tell me that they can't advise on after-market items so I'm using the two that appear to work. Some attention needed on these items.
Said it was gonna take two days took closer to two weeks. Paid $100.00 more than I thought ( usd to cnd) lights don't fit into my head light balist, and one of the low beams has some how changed colour and is significantly dimmer. I'm not impressed with this product at all the only thing I do like is the high berms but like I said once I put them in I couldn't get the back cap on.
I contacted the vendor 4 days after placing the order to check status, and I was told the item was on backorder (my credit card was already charged, of course). It would have been nice for the vendor to inform me of the backorder status, but made no effort to do so. My item arrived 2 weeks after placing the order. The vendor should have contacted me regarding the backorder & shipping status, rather than me tracking down the delay. I have not yet installed the product (LED bulbs), so I can't give an opinion about them.
Ordering was easy. However when my package arrived I couldn't get it to work properly and couldn't get in touch with anyone for help. My lights flickered and turned off. Problem with the computer even with the error correction capacitors installed. Had to reinstall my old HID wiring harness with the resistors and used new lights. Not a good experience with your company.
