I received my order, I tried to contact XenonPro.com via the website, one of the lights does not work, I am very unhappy with my order, I was just wanting to exchange but, at this point I would like a refund on my entire order, how do I return my product? I also called the 800 number on the order confirmation email and could not speak with anyone, I'm totally frustrated. Please contact me via my email on file to resolve this issue.

Kit came with everything needed for install, install was as easy as it could be, 5000k is a tinge blue so if you want pure white make sure you go 4300k, not as bright as I originally thought the 55w Kit would be so a little disappointed there especially for the price but still a huge upgrade over the factory Ram halogens. On the plus side they heat up very fast, probably come on at 80-85% brightness right when they're turned on and go to full brightness within 20 seconds.

You seem to make a good product. I hope so, at least. After receiving my led light, and attempting to fit it in my headlight housing, I realized it would not fit. The converter box found along the power cord took up too much space. I ended up having to pull the power cord outside the housing and zip-tieing the extra electric cable to my handlebar.

Maybe you guys could put a cad price too. Cause you dont know who or where your costumer is coming. The product is good its already on my car but the delivery is more then 2 business days. Just to find out that there is something wrong with my delivery address. If tha so why i haven't been inform or recieve and calls or email so matter can be resolve. More communication to costumers is better.

The find my vehicle did not have my bulb listed but I was able to easily find my bulb under the bulb sizes menu option. The layout of the website is easy to understand and navigate, allowing me to find my bulb with no problems. This is my second purchase and I am sure it won't be my last. However I was surprised when I received my credit card bill to discover that the pricing was in USD and not CDN dollars.

Was a little skeptical about online purchasing, then chatted with your customer servie fella, Eljon, who answered my questions. Once I get the product and it all works well, will be the main thing. Thanks

After tracking the product, and waiting, it took over two weeks to get it. The big problem, is that FEDEX, or UPS does not deliver yo the smaller communities. If you follow the tracking you can see the delays each time it hits a large centre, and then is rerouted. Good old Canada post for the small packages would be the way to ship.

Web site and discount is the reason for shopping so far. Waiting on the product to see how the improvement is. I received the order. The web site pre populated part # 9004. I reached out for a return and finally after 30 minutes chatting back and forth I got the number. I can handle the 20% restocking fee but not the $87.00 shipping charge due to the shipping policy. FedEx only? I have never had such a problem returning something prior to this. No way to contact anyone on the phone? I asked to pre-pay for a return label, I asked what they would fit. They said they didn't have time to research that I should look on the web site it was fast and easy? Now I have lights I paid for that is not feesable to return and I don't know what they fit. I ordered the correct ones from another company. Will I get help due to this survey? I dout it. You tell me if I am satisfied?

The lighting pack and socket is longer than the oem unit. This makes it very difficult to install due to the all ready tight spacing from the wheel wells. Taking it back our to properly adjust the horizontal aliegnment is almost impossible.

Purchased these for my car a year ago and now getting for my daughter's car. Installed in less than 10 minutes. Love them!

By mistake ordered the HB and LB. LB was not available on the website for this model. The RMA process started off slow with Louis C, however Kevin W picked it up and was very helpful. When I was ready to ship the return back on Monday, the chat responses from Louis C were unintelligent and not at all helpful.

The lack of the LB item I needed not on the website, yet available and the poor CS from Louis C changed my ratings.

Customer service is excellent!
I had some questions and concerns and they answered all my questions. And even sent me two replacement lenses immediately when my pkg arrived with one broken lense.
Haven't installed the lights yet as they were a Christmas gift but the hubby loves them!

I was a little frustrated at first however that was most likely my lack of computer skills, since shipping address was different then billing I recieved a confirmation call shortly after to ensure it wasn't fraud and they sent lights showed up 2 days sooner then I expected. They are super bright and look awesome. Couldn't be happier with how easy they were to install. I would defiantly recommend

Had problem with maximising use of dashcam. Reason: the box was hi-lighted as DC03 but was sent a DC07. This caused confusion between Me and your after sales Tech.
Recommendation: Other than the obvious I have none. The unit is well designed and the camera and display screen are excellent quality.

The light bulbs fit perfectly (Mazda 2,2013)! Really impressed with the site, product and delivery speed. The headlights still do not shine brightly enough, but it may well be an issue with the ANGLE at which they are set overall. On BRIGHTS, they are quite fine. So my 4-star on the product may be should be 5, I am just not sure yet.

Ordered high quality German made HID kits from this seller "xenon pro thieves " Product arrived about 10 days later then promised date. Once arrived, Instead of high quality German made product as it states on their website, l received a low quality cheaply made Chinese product. Not even close to what the picture shows on their website. It was obvious the boxes were alredy opened before. Bushings missing on both lightbulbs. Most likely returned a couple of times before it got to me. I tried to call them many times but off course they wouldn't answer the phone. So l started reading reviews on this merchant, wish l did it before ordering. After reading reviews about their way of doing business I tried to communicate with them through email so l can have in writing their responses. They refused and insisted that l contact them via live chat on their website. So l did. Certainly true what many others described in these reviews, unprofessional, rude, insulting, lying and so on. They said about everything but never apologized for trying to cheat me or offered to resolve the problem. What l don't understand is, based on what other people give them ratings that is more then 1 star. Are you getting high quality German made product, metal balasts as in the picture on the website, quality connectors, product that does not look like a total clutter? Or some people are simply not bothered by being lied to, being cheated and paying $100+ for a product that you can get for $30 in a local car parts store, or even better then this product. Had to call c-card provider to dispute this and get the full refund. Here are some screen shots, live chat with these clowns. Ignorance is their specialty.

The website was easy to navigate and very informative. The lights work great and are a huge improvement over the silver star Ultras I was using. Installation on a Ford with the 9007 type lights was challenging. I had to modify the large plastic nut in order to work with the new LED bulbs. I broke one of the three inner tabs off so the nut could be forced over the bulb and still work to hold it in. A new plastic retaining nut already modified ( better than my way) would be a great addition to this kit. The lights do work great and I will be ordering another set for my Excursion. Thanks

Ordering the right parts was easy as could be. Great work!
The H11 (low beam) replacement LED light does not fit my 2017 F150: interference between the cooling fan housing and the back cover of the lens assembly.
The 9005 (high beam) replacement barely fits.
Now checking with the seller, we'll see what is their response.

I need to contact them. The 6000 watt LED lowbeam lights weren't as bright as the halogen lamps they replaced on our 2007 Camry - which has always had lousy headlights. Very disappointed. I'll call the company and see what they suggest.

Site & pricing a bit confusing. Right side H11 fog light bulb could not be installed - too long. Canceled did not do as advertised - get warning mess'g Low beam not working (9012 H/L bulb). Car is a 2015 Dodge Dart Rallye.

Great Reviews, have used before, can be done on a Dodge, no Can Buss issues, Can't Wait. Upon arrival a wire for high beam was disconnected, just had to reinsert n crimp harder, slightly inconvenient but it worked out ok, installation was easy no can buss issues, will order for future trucks.

Was for my 2017 buick encore, the led headlights i received wasn't the ones i had ordered they look nothing like the ones online also had a hard time installing them so far for about 3 weeks they seem to work just fine do like the look of them.

The light doesn't go nearly as far as I needed. I drive mountain roads at night and wanted to be able to see animals long before I was right up on them. However the 30 or so feet that it does go out I can see perfectly and I had some friends and family drive around a bit at night. The xenon 45w high beams I have do work much better than theirs.
So while not giving me the distance I wanted I'm still satisfied with the product

On a side note I got the h9 led 45w white high beams for a 2012 chevy impala and did not need the warning canceller + anti flicker

I bought the wrong headlights at first. They let me return them easily. Google sent me to the wrong headlights. I don't recommend buying from your phone. Navigate the site from the main page and use a comouter. I haven't installed them yet but it looks easy to do.

Fast and easy great prices. I thought the prices were great until I got my credit card bill and the added 33% on. Nowhere on the site to say it's in u.s. funds especially since it's being shipped from Canada to Canadian. That's the price point was absolutely ridiculous and way higher than what I would have paid in Ontario for the same product or the same type of product. On one of my orders I ordered an extra piece that they didn't send when I contacted them they said that piece doesn't belong in that kit you don't need it and they will refund my money I am still waiting for a refund. I'm not sure why they couldn't have told me when I originally ordered that I didn't even piece instead of killing me which they did within seconds but then taking so long for me to get my refund back which I haven't received prices aren't great service mediocre
