Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?

I received my LED headlights quickly and I am very happy with them. They are bright and come on instantly. Much better than the aftermarket HIDs they replaced!

Be careful purchasing anything from these guys. They make a great product, but if there is an issue, like what happened to me, the customer support is absolutely terrible!

They told me I did t need anti-flicker for my headlights when I purchased them, but once installed, it was clear that I did. After three days of trying to reach them to get the anti-flickers ordered, they finally answered and agreed to sell them to me, but not at the discounted price you get when purchasing the bulbs, even though it was their mistake.

They sent out the anti-flickers to me, but they didn't send the ones for my vehicle, but for a completely different manufacturer altogether.

I have been trying to reach them four three days to get this resolved. They don't answer their phone, respond to voicemail, answer their online chat (where they say all support issues must be addressed) or return email.

Worst post-sale customer service ever! BE CAUTIOUS! If you aren't 100% sure what you need, use someone else who will ensure you get the right products.

Bought a set of HIDs for my vehicle. Used the make/model specific search. The lights prescribed were 9021. The lights my car needed were D3S, so I contacted them for a return. They made me pay for shipping to return as they tried to convince me they sent me the right style bulb when they did not. I understood their confusion but at the same time as I tried to explain to them why it was incorrect they blocked me from their website chat function after being very combative. When they received my return, they only refunded me for a partial refund, so I lost money. Never again. Never have I ever dealt with a company like this. So much that I want to pursue a small claim but I know it's not worth my time.

Edit** they responded to my review and again are saying it's potentially my mistake. This is after confirming on the website which bulb populates. I have the "V" model, so the bulb selection is incorrect. When I tried to explain this, the response was "I know more than you" and then they BLOCKED me from further conversations. Never again. Zero stars.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know what you need else they will argue with you.

We distinguish between the two types in our Vehicle Finder catalog. After reviewing your order, it appears that you accidentally ordered the lights for the model with factory halogens, not HIDs. Thanks for your review. The lights are not broken. The clear glass lenses must be removed prior to installation, they are only there to protect the diodes (the yellow things) during shipping. I received the new LED headlights for my 2013 Toyota Avalon. Unfortunately the connector on the lights won't fit the connector on my car. Sent email, you are told use the chat on the website during business hours. Went to chat next day and there is an extended wait to chat with someone. The person who came on, said I didn't order the right thing. I used their site to select the product and chose what it recommended. After a long argument with the person insisting that I ordered the wrong thing he finally sends me RMA instructions. I follow the instructions to return through their only carrier FedEx and $40 later, the package comes back are return to sender. Now I'm on wait on the website chat. I did order a second set of lights with the part number they gave me and these fit my car. They are a wider beam, but don't go very far, I was expecting a much brighter light on the road. I can see better on the curb. Also the fans on these lights are very loud, I can hear them in the car if I don't have the radio on. I won't buy from them again.

I've put these lights in every vehicle I own. I replaced the headlight assemblies in my 2019 Ram and these lights finished off my project. Will be ordering some more for my fathers truck.

Well, overall I went with XenonPro because I wanted to avoid buying off Amazon or another website where I couldn't get support in case the light wasn't right. From what I could tell by searching online, XenonPro seemed like that company. Their dropdown menu system was great, and really made me feel like I was getting the best headlight option for my 2005 F-150. Unfortunately, when the kit arrived, the plug on the headlight doesn't snap in to the OEM wiring harness on my truck. Their is no way to call the company to get support. Their phone number is strictly a sales line, and and support has to be directed to their online chat on their website. Their online chat support states that is open until 11pm EST. However, the two nights in a row that I took my headlights apart to try and get them installed while hoping to talk to someone in the chat support it said they were offline (it was around 8pm EST both nights). The chat bot asks you to type a message, and said it would submit my request to the team. Got no response (even weeks later). When I did reach out to their chat support during the middle of the work day, the guy who talked to me just said I would likely need to modify the plug connection using a file (literally just sent me a screen shot of a file and said I should use something like that). I eventually tried modifying the connector using a dremmel tool, that also didn't get it to connect properly. Eventually I ended up having to take it to a mechanic shop and having them help me jimmy-rig the connector together using zip ties and electric tape since they said the connector wasn't going to ever snap together. I even asked XenonPro how I could return the headlights, and get a refund, again with no response whatsoever from the company. At this point, I would recommend going with a product off of Amazon because at least with Amazon if it is defective and not suited for your vehicle you can return it for no problem at all. Having said that, once the light was connected it IS a huge upgrade from my previous stock headlights, but I would definitely try to find a different company to buy them from besides this non-responsive company.

Rant: I wanted a pair of brighter headlights for my Impala, so I looked to the Internet for an LED solution. I came across Xenon Pro, and they looked like a good solution for brighter driving lights. A few days later, upon receiving the wrong lights, I contacted Xenon Pro to get the right ones ordered and there was no issue. They promised a waived restocking fee (20%) of the original lights in exchange for ordering a new set. I ordered the new set, Installed them and they suck to say the least. My original halogen bulbs were twice as bright my original halogen bulbs were twice as bright in the useable area needed for driving. I didn't receive the returning email for the first set of lights, so I contacted Xenon Pro to get a return going for the first set and the second set of lights. I was told that because I was returning two sets of lights I would have to pay two restocking fees, and pay shipping to send them both back. "Dale P" from their technical support, was more "matter-of-fact" than helpful. So now I am paying $75, consisting of the shipping of the two sets of lights back and the 20% of each set of light's, for restocking fees. I will say that I will 100% not be buying another item from them and I will warn anyone I come across about this company about their poor product and terrible return policy. Another company I'd warn against is "welder nation" their return policy is pretty rough too, along with their sky high prices. You're better off just keeping the merchandise because their restocking fees AND you have to pay the return shipping.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you ever have problems with any of the junk they sell they won't honor their so called warranty. Their customer service is non existent. They refuse to speak to you on the phone and insist on having you speak to them on an instant messsnger on their website. Not to mention they are rude as all hell and speak to you like a dog. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I entered my vehicle information to order lights specifically for my 2008 Chevrolet Suburban 1500. I ordered the lights that were guaranteed to fit my vehicle. I removed my wheel liner and bumper as getting access to the headlights on these model years is quite invasive. I removed the factory housing for the light bulbs, installed the bulbs in their factory location only to find that the bulb can not be used as advertised in this vehicle. The bulb fan body hits the frame of the vehicle so that the mounting screws and holes do not match up. Housings can not be reinstalled due to bulb fan being in the way. I reached out to Xenon Pro and they promptly provided a RMA, but informed me that I would be responsible for the return shipping. They said it was my responsibility to determine proper fitment prior to ordering. I followed all of their websites suggestions prior to ordering, and these bulbs DO NOT fit my vehicle as advertised by Xenon Pro. The guarantee is a joke. Look elsewhere. DO NOT buy or trust Xenon Pro.

They do not know whether or not the parts they sell actually fit your vehicle.

I had issues but the customer service made it right and was nice about trying to make it right. Actually called me and worked with me in trying to resolve the issue, throughly impressed.

First we had ordered the wrong product, our bad, but when I went to return it WE had to pay the shipping which we could only use FedEx which had the cheapest shipping option of $86! They should accept any carrier! It is insane to have it limited! We did reorder the correct product and when it came two of the bulbs were burned out, another part was broken and they worked TERRIBLY! Our stock lights had much better visibility than the LED ones we ordered and were told should be a huge improvement. When we contacted customer support to return the item (we were ok with a re-stocking fee) we were told that it was our choice to get that product and that its not their fault we don't like them and that we are ignorant idiots who just don't know what we are doing which is why they aren't as good as what we expected! I have never had such an awful experience with a company. I am an operations manager of a company that is in the service industry and I would fire any employee immediately if I heard that they treated a client the way we were treated. How we were talked to is unacceptable. Straight off the bat the rep Louis C was volatile and never tried to give us any real help or guidance. Extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company or any of their products.

Well, I will have a better understanding once we see how the customer support is. Currently the bulbs do not fit in the low beam housing. Bulb is too large. I have a 2021 Jeep Geand Cherokee limited.

This place is full of snakes. I purchased a pair of led headlights and fog lights. As I received the lights they looked nothing like they do on the website, and only one headlight worked, so I didnt even attempt the fog lights. After doing some research on the reviews and such, i realized these will not be good lights and soon after realizing they're warranty is JUNK, I just wanted to return them and am in the process as we speak. If they see this review than who knows if they'll even give my money back and I'll have to go though a fraud claim because I have the sneaking suspicion I will have to. Still wanting a pair of LED headlights I started to dig, aaaand I found the exact pair on eBay for $30! And they just say no brand from China. People they're website looks like the real deal but I can assure you they are in fact NOT! And I have a picture of the lights off eBay, that are an exact match I got from ZenonPro. Maybe just maybe these lights I found on eBay also have false advertisement on what they look like but I trust eBay a little more than these piss ants. Now I'm loosing about $120 that would have paid for 4 sets on ebay if they return the rest of my money and all I can think is whoever designed this website bravo, and I hope it comes back full force for false advertisement/ being middlemen and overcharging me literally 1000% and ****ing with peoples hard earned money!. Suck a fart you piss drinkers. Thanks for nothing. Poo company!

They are great but wrong ballast 2020 charger needs a cambus ballast so im just out o well at least i have backup ballast for my truck when they go out

Received order don't like the the brightness of the bulbs in my Nissan but are great in my Hyundai. Mounting in Nissan is questionable as they are just pushed in and don't use stock clip

Avoid Kevin W on chat if you need actual help... Although he can't do simple math, he can copy and paste website information really well.

Even after I was provided the wrong size product selected through the Vehicle selector, I was still charged the restocking fee plus had to pay my own shipping to send it back. (your fault not mine)

In addition, I was double-charged a restocking fee of $15 x 2 for one set of lights and when I asked for help over chat to understand what happened - Kevin W - not only could'nt help, he couldn't do math either after explaining what I paid vs what was refunded. He used terms such as "Bla Bla Bla... Clear as Day" and addressed me in ways like "Lisen. Here's what we see bla bla bla BS BS BS..." Somehow it's my Visa or bank's fault in the end according to them? Maybe? But I doubt it. I just wanted help in understanding what they did. Brutal customer service guys. Try sending an invoice with orders first so we can chalenge things.

I'm actually not even fussed over the $30 + Shipping fees even though it worked out to almost 50% of the total cost for nothing... I really wanted to know what the deal was but I have no time for poor customer service. Lots of other companies to buy from for my Trucks, Snowmobiles and ATV's.

I received my item very quickly, thumbs up, but once I recieved the item it's not what I expected so I returned it, I'm now waiting for my refund which I hope they take care of, if so I see future business.

Scam company who sends subpar product not matching item description. When you want to return items they want to charge you $30 restocking fee plus have you foot the bill for international shipping in order to receive refund... and that is IF they assign a broker to receive the item or else your item just sits and no refund is issued. Both me and a buddy who ordered through the company at the same time had very similar problems so this is clearly an issue that is frequently occurring. Not sure how this website lists as a 4.7 star average when a quick BBB search or third party review website lists 50+ complaints with the company pulling this scam. Doubt this honest review will actually get posted but we'll see. If it does, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS CHEAP MISREPRESENTED GARBAGE you can get on amazon for a $30 pricetag.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away - international company who uses poor business tactics to prey on individuals and dissuade them from returning sub par products by demanding high restocking fees and specific international shipping companies with high shipping prices

Recieved the hid lights after using the led for my projector lights in my 2018 kia forte s. I had to purchase a power harness relay though due to my Daytime Running Lights. After that all is great

LED bulbs two months old and having issues already you would think if your having a problem you would be able to talk to somebody instead of the live chat warning says I need my ID number sales department says I don't need it so I need to say I'm not getting warranty on A bulb that has a lifetime warranty Plus the lighting on the bulbs are not that great you need to check out some other brands that do a lot better I have new LED lights coming next week look at supernova v3 and grr gen3

I bought some Hi and Low beam LED replacement lights bulbs (45Watts) for my Subaru Ascent 2020 Touring. The H11 low Beam lights are very disappointing as they produce much less light than the original halogen H11 bulbs.
The 9005 LED bulbs for Hi beam are ok though and produce much more light than the original bulbs.
What would Xenon Pro recommend as I am about to ask to return those lights for refund.

Hi Patrice, thank you for your review and feedback. Seeing that you have projector lenses in the low beams, we would strongly recommends HIDs over LEDs. LEDs tend to underperform in projector lenses, which is why you are not getting the same bright results as in the high beam.
