Called them to enquire about internet, they told me my area was within their service area. Made an appointment for a technician, he arrived unprepared, I had to lend him my ladders and after 20 mins just says sorry you don't get a signal here. Left my ladders out and my gate wide open. I am on my phone to Telus to cancel my cancellation of services!
