I ordered a couple things on Sunday (2/9/14). Now i know most of you would probably chop this up to me not ordering it withing business days but its THURSDAY and they still have yet to charge my card at all. So that means its not being shipped or even being put together as an order. I have written two tickets (since thats the only way to get a hold of them) and have not gotten a response at all. I honestly just want my money back so i can take it to another site that will actually process my order in a professional and timely manner, AND that has a convenient way of reaching them, instead of only providing me the option to write a ticket, which is worse than an email.

I have ordered a vibrator for my girlfriend and my order was shipped by Priority mail instead of standard, no additional cost. They have lots of products, I am going to order something else in a month or so. However, I didnt find any coupons for this store, it would be great to have a discount.
