“DONT KEEP PROMISES OR NOTIFY CUSTOMERS”

IAWFUL... told me they would be there at 9 am/or let me know because my a/c was down... they knew I had heart condition in hot summer Florida day. I waited til 10- 1030. Then I was informed they had another emergency... its now 6 pm. still no technician... they didn't even bother to call me to let me know they would not be there... THEY DO NOT VALUE OTHER PEOPLES TIME
