Prices were much higher than other similar websites, even with free shipping that was offered with a minimum sum spent. However, they still had several rare or hard to find items in stock. It's a great website if you are looking for older stuff, but prices are certainly not competitive.

I've used this site numerous times, and found almost everything I was looking for. They have a very great selection of products to choose from and all are well described. Plus, the free shipping option is also a nice bonus.

Prices are crazy, and the page advertises free international shipping. However, when ordering in the US, I still had to pay a minimum of $3.99 for standard shipping. Don't advertise it if it's not true.

Great way to quickly make an early purchase for your desirable K-pop goods, such as the albums that come with a photo book and optionally a poster in a tube as well. Buying an album of YesAsia contributes to supporting the artist more than just streaming their songs, so I am very happy this option is available. If you are looking for some interesting asian movies, then ou should definitely pay attention to this service. There is a vast spectre of asian movies and basically everything that might be connected with eastern culture, might be found here. I didn't know what to choose here but when I spent some time on this website I understood what did I want to watch. In my opinion, people have to vary their entertainment, because when you entertain yourself by similar things, it's getting uninteresting actually. So, I would certainly recommend this website for all people who like watching movies.

I've been shopping here for many years and have had only good luck. Shipping is perfect, items quality, easy to use website. Some other chinese Web sites are difficult to use. They have done such a good job providing the world with asian products. My only complaint is that most items are not ready in stock. So be patient. Been a customer for over 10 years and have rarely had anything to complain about. I get many comics, books, CDs, toys and calendars from here. Shipping is usually free unless you choose to pay more ( to get it quicker) but I prefer the free option my things have never gone missing.

I've bought a bunch of Japanese manga and novels from them, and they're great! Prices are reasonable and shipping is free if you're buying enough books at once. Much cheaper than something like Kinokuniya and with a broader selection.

My wife doesn't speak English very well, so finding this site, which has so many of my favorite movies on Blu-ray with Chinese subtitles, is an absolute godsend. I've ordered four movies so far and the service has been beyond reproach. Highly recommended!

Yesasia primarily supplies music, films and books from Far Eastern countries but it also stocks many western titles, and classic and vintage titles too. A good range and variety ( including TV series) and good value. I have never had a problem with their shipping in over ten years.

I have been a customer of YesAsia North America for many years. Check out on their web site is horrible. Two orders in a row, I have been unable to use $5 cash coupons issued by them. It's not the money... it the bait and disappear that disturbs me. There web site all together on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 4.

I always get my K-pop albums and posters on Yesasia.com. They have great prizes, it is cheaper to get them here than going to a little store that is an hour away from my house. The store is way too expensive for just getting one album. But Yesasia has good prizes and you get additional items. I always get my products in one week after release, also in great conditions. I already have bought 5 albums on this website, and I'll keep buying them on here. Keep up the great work!

I had difficulty checking out because I am sending the package to the middle east... tsk... task. But I have been a loyal buyer since 2014. I do t understand why the system does not keep note of my details.

They have a lot of problems with their turtle speed shipping, beware that you won't get your order until like a month later at the earliest. And their customer service is not there to help you but to protect themselves from refunding, exchanging or letting you to get your way. And they will fight with you for even $1 all the way to your credit card company even if they shipped wrong items. This is the worst online shopping experience you can ever had. And zero protection to customers but all to their shop.

As a worldwide online retailer, you need to find an alternative way of how to ship internationally such as using Fedex or DHL instead of doing nothing about it. Many online retailers are willing to hold the order and ship them later.

I my pre order was canceled with no warnings ahead of time and now I can't even buy the item I wanted because it's sold out everywhere! Every other online retailer will at least know how many pre orders they can fill before they actually charge you, but not this terrible site! I seriously suggest never pre ordering from this site if it's for a limited purchase you know will never be restocked. Worst shopping experience ever, I'm never buying anything from this site ever again!
