I've ordered several photo books from this website and it was easy to process the orders. It's easy to navigate and it's very organized when it comes to searches and I really like the feature where if you want a product that's out of stock you can give them your email and they'll notify you when it's back in stock.

I come here first for music, before searching fan stores/sites. I have been scammed, and over charged by private sellers/K stores, too many times. As for as price... I find it to be no more costly than private sellers. Much safer. Sometimes way cheaper, when you figure in S&H. I live in California. I have never had any delivery issues. Nor have I had any damaged merchandise. I have been buying here for my kids, since 2010.

If you wanna find any related CD's regarding to k-pop, c-pop and j-pop. This is one of the place you get them. Also for the manga lovers, you can get the manga here (but of coz it's in japanese). Previously they do offer free shipping (u need to make sure your items have free shipping label on it) regardless on what amount you buy (of coz free shipping means u need to wait longer 7-14days) BUT just few months ago I bought some CD's from them, guess what? U still get free shipping but u need to spend more than 30 USD (If I'm not mistaken). Well, all that matters is your choice and your items arrived safely.

Enjoy variety of TV drama movies that offer a lower price with a free shipping. I can not find any stores that can match the prices. I would like to recommend other customers to purchase the products online from Yesasia.com. There would be a saving for the shipping especially the customers who are living oversea.

Definitely the cheapest option to ship to my country. Standard shipping takes a long time, sometimes over a month in the right season, but I've never experienced not getting my stuff. Express shipping usually arrives within pretty quick, never over 5 days.

Really happy with YesAsia, I haven't had any problems except for a few manga books being cancelled as they didn't have stock or were not published anymore. The search engine can be improved, but I managed to figure it out as to searching for what I wanted. Always delivered and about up to a month as I'm in the UK. I am happy to continue to shop on YesAsia, in fact I just ordered another shipment of manga a few minutes ago!

I've used YesAsia for years, I've yet to have a problem. When I was unsure about the additional charge it was easy to call to get clarification about the international charging fee. Some things I want they don't have in stock, but that comes with the territory.

This is my second time ordering from YesAsia. It is my favorite place to purchase adult coloring books from Japan or Korea, which are normally very expensive. Although it took quite some time, which is understandable considering they are coming from halfway around the world, they eventually arrived in perfect condition. Meanwhile, customer service was there to talk to me whenever I had questions about where my product was. Sadly, one package got lost and never got to me, so they gave me credit in the amount I paid to YesASia and I was able to order the same coloring books again. Heres hoping that package makes it this time! I look forward to ordering more books with them in the future.

I used it mainly to find an Album, Gefriend sunny summer type A & B. And shipping was free so that was quit handy. Now I just have to wait for it to arrive!
My experience with finding and buying stuff for now is 5 stars. As for the arrival of the product I cant really say yet.

I buy my K-pop albums here because I get them with in the time period or sooner then they expected! And they seem to have better deals. They even come in great condition too. I ordered from other sites too, but this one I trust the most with handling and getting them to you on time.

Good to keep the good quality of good and fast shipping for overseas customer. This is something missing in most of the country. Down side is not much promotion or royalty program for customer who support YesAsia more than 10 years.

Uses a cheap budget courier when you pay for Express Post service, took over 10 days to arrive.

They send it to a depot in your country before repacking them and send it to you with a budget courier instead of sending it to you directly, I mean, what's the point of paying and arm and a leg for Express Postage then? It's obvious because the sender address was local.

I called them out on it and customer service was appalling. They're also willing to take your money for pre-orders when they cannot fulfill them.

I usually get my stuff pretty fast which always shocks me. Once one of the things I ordered was a bit damaged, the box was broken but it was fine, and everything else I've ordered came very quickly and in proper condition :) I'm very pleased and will keep ordering all my kpop stuff from here.

I ordered from YesAsia 2 times, the first time was very good and came in a month which is what I was expecting. I ordered from them again and my order still has not come in 3 months which was very disappointing as I have had to wait for so long.

I have ordered from Yesasia a few times and each time the whole process has been simple and pleasant. The customer service is ready to help and answers quite quickly to any guestions. Shipping does not take too long either. The site is also trust-worthy and easy to use.

A website where you can get all the K-Pop merch you can't get in stores sometimes.

Other than K-Pop merch and albums, there's also Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hong Kong films and CDs. There's also games and toys on sale as well.

There's also a section where you get autographed K-Pop albums which is cool and it is legit as I've bought a couple ones myself.

The albums arrive in good condition and it is well packaged, although a few did have some scratches at the edges but it's nothing major.
Other goods such as lightsticks are also well packaged and arrive in good condition.

I haven't had much issue with the customer service and they have free international shipping which is nice.

Definitely recommend this website for people who want to buy music, merch etc. but are unable to because they don't sell those things in their country.

YesAsia doesn't have quite the selection of some bigger sites like CDJapan, and their pre-order bonuses aren't as available, but their customer service, shipping costs and speeds, and packaging is the best I've seen. I'm never afraid my merch is going to arrive damaged or lost in transit.

As an American kpop fan, this site was perfect! I don't read, write or speak Korean, but only English, so YesAsia was a blessing. My entire purchase transaction was executed in a breeze, including being able to quickly understand the terms and conditions of the purchase, because everything was written in English. Other kpop purchase sites that I visited that were entirely in Korean characters were totally bewildering to me, as a non-Korean. I was forced to quickly log off these other sites for fear I might be ordering something I didn't want. But not with YesAsia. From start to finish, visiting YesAsia was an extremely pleasant, efficient and empowering experience, and I would definitely recommend it to any English-speaking kpop fan.
