I found what I was looking for. It was expensive, but could only be purchased in Japan, so I bit the bullet and bought. I looked at other web sites and YesAsia was the easiest to use BY FAR! Thank you.

I use YesAsia for the media that I want, but is not available in the states. Shipping is quick and easy, and best of all they have music, movies and many other items which just are not available to me where I am.
I'm happy that I found YesAsia!

My fifth time ordering with yesasia and i love them! Often slightly cheaper than other sites in regards to kpop albums at least. I have never had shipping damages to my albums and they always come with everything as i ordered. The first time i used yesasia i was very confused when it arrived as i didnt get posters but the service i received when i emailed them was amazing, i got fast responses and they kindly explain where i had faulted while ordering. I dont think i will ever use any other site for buying kpop items!

This is my main provider for Asia media (CD, DVD, Blu-Ray). I have some 15 years of use and some 900 media purchased, without any trouble – Perfect communication, Good Shipping, and items well protected. Some shipment have no tracking information but I never experienced any delivery issue!

Once again I've spent hours comparing prices for Asian movies but nothing beats grabbing enough DVDs from YesAsia to qualify for free shipping. Been a customer for years and have never been disappointed.

I use yesasia to buy kpop stuff and video games. I usually choose express shipping because I like to be able to track (also as an excuse to get my items faster, hehe) but I think the express shipping is than kpopmart or kpoptown. I've had no problems so far and my items arrive relatively fast (I live in Canada)

My friend always recommends Yesasia for their albums and had never had a problem with them, so I'm buying all the albums I suddenly want while in quarantine. Being a multi stan makes me so poor though;_; At least they sell WayV albums too!

I made a mistake of duplicating my order for one of the movie DVDs. I requested correction and refund. I received an acknowledge and the correction in about a week and my refund in about 3 weeks. I am happy and satisfied with YesAsia.

[9 Nov 2019] 'YesAsia' is amazing because it allows United States residents to purchase Asian products! For some reason, the Japanese version of Amazon does Not allow you to ship to the United States. But 'YesAsia' does! Where would people be without it? I bought both the 'Alita: Battle Angel' (2019) (film) [Korean version] and the [Japanese version]! The process is seamless, clear, and discloses prices! It also allows 'PayPal'. Thank you 'YesAsia'!

I didn't make it with paypal payment. Althought my name got synchronized with paypal text. Then it did't accept a valid gredit card. At last one of my cards was accepted. Now, 20 minutes from order, I haven'y receive e-mail with my order.

The list of movies is amazing, the reviews are helpful.
The Internet site is well done, with comprehensive filters and cross-links.
The list of movies shows all versions of the movies, which sometimes gets confusing. Sometimes you order a movie and are later told that it is no more available; this is normal for such seller sites that don't hold the stocks themselves, and they inform you timely and refund. Free shipping is fine, but of course it is untracked.

You always see what you buy.
You always see if items are on stock, when will restock be done, when will delivery be done.
Plenty of seasonal and other sales.
Reliable in terms of delivery, packaging, support.

Really good custom service and keep you updated. Orders arrive always safe. Only minus is that even if you preorder something limited there is no quaranteed that you will get it. So based on that I won't preorder anything limited in a future from YesAsia.

Frequent customer on this site. Usually don't have any problems aside from them sometimes cancelling items that were listed as available when I purchased but were actually out of stock. Otherwise, they're fairly reliable. With the free international shipping and sales, YesAsia has some of the best prices for kpop stuff online. They also have a wide selection of movies. I like to get the Taiwanese or Hong Kong versions of my favorites so I an watch the Cantonese/Mandarin dubs with my family. You can also sometimes find long soldout anime/manga merch here. Idk about express shipping, but if you opt for free shipping, it can take a LONG time (especially if you live in the US) and be pretty rough on your items. I got a book with bent corners once. Same for albums. Never received any of my stuff actually broken yet, so I'm grateful for that. Will probably continue using this site in the future. You site makes it veru difficult to place an order to Canada. The original site doesn't ship to Canada or the US, then there is a link where we have to start all over, then it doesn't work so we start again. I spent 10 minutes placing the order.
But now it has been placed.

Price Too Expensive
Blu-ray prices in YesAsia are too expensive, much more expensive than Amazon.com. I buy in Yes Asia only when there is an Indonesian subtitle.

In addition to the price is too expensive, which I do not like from YesAsia is quite often Blu-ray that I bought, can not be sent with the reason "are waiting for stock", when it should if you have sold it You must guarantee goods ready stock. If there is no stock, there must be a description.

I love YesAsia.com. I have had the best experiences with this site. Other sites Ive used have either scammed me or said they shipped my order but when I emailed or messaged them I got no reply and no package until I threatened to refund my money and never buy from them again. Ive never had that problem with YesAsia. Theyre always very affordable and their packaging is amazing so youre albums or other merch never get damaged. Its just an overall very good website.

YesAsia always gets me my kpop albums and other merch shipped out in time and here quickly. They have JYJ and Junsu items which is primarily what I look for. And the purchases contribute to the music charts which is why I buy kpop from them. Found some fun, rare items this purchase. I highly recommend them.

I do wish there were more things like magazines, or dvds that were region free so I could play them here in the US. And light sticks!
