I ordered a BTS album from YesAsia. It was a free shipping and the album was in a good shape. I just ordered another BTS product from YesAsia. I totally recommend YesAsia, especially to those who would have huge shipping fees! :D

Heard a singer on Itunes, and I just had to have everything she ever sang. (Yin Xia) reminds me a little Teresa Teng singing the same genres, nuanced by her family living in US during her teens in Marin County California. After shopping around, YesAsia was only place I could find what I wanted.

This is my first time using this site and the very first time I'm purchasing a kpop c. D. and this may very well be my last time doing either. I purchased a cd set the night before last night, only to be notified today that they needed an alternative form of payment. When I contacted my bank, I was told this website processed my payment twice and because my bank declined the 2nd attempt, they are requesting another form of payment. I have notified them, since I've already paid them once and they've already taken the money from my account, I should most definitely receive the product I ordered, especially when I paid an extra $25 to get rush shipping. For the time being, regardless of the overall rating this site has, I will not be recommending this site to anyone and instead will warn others to stay away.

I bought my albums three months ago and if it wasn't for me emailing about what's going on i would never know that they LOST my products and they can't give me back my money because it goes straigh to their credit in the website. It was the first and last time I buy something from here.

Have used this site a few times and love that it is simple, organized, and competetively priced. Love the free shipping! Love that the products are all official, genuine products, and that the albums count toward Korean chart sales.

My specific item, yotsuba was hard to find, because the manga volumes hade different names (yotsuba& and yotsubato).

Also, when entering phone number and credit card number, spaces and "+" was not allowed (small hassle).

It has not only kpop albums korean press but most importantly it has albums in other presses. Those presses that i can't find easily and have a reasonable price. Sometimes price can be overwhelming but it's one of the most reasonable one out there. If only my packages come early or within 15days then it would be 5stars for me. I can't really blame YesAsia too coz post can be such a pain sometimes. And really appreciate the free shipping.

I love YesAsia. Seriously. I placed 4 different orders and had NO PROBLEMS reciving them. Shipping was free and when the box got lost they helped me find it, even tho it was already in Poland where I live. Yes it takes some time to come with standard shipping, but i presonally think it's worth waiting few more days, than paying 36$. I pretty much order K-pop albums only from here. They also offer autographed copies and I got myslef 2 of those. Don't hesistate if you want to order from there! I LOVE IT

I have used this site for several years to purchase many japanese and korean subtitled items. I have been able to find films from some favorite directors, such as Takashi Miike and Takeshi Kitano. The site is easy to navigate and ordering is very simple. The shipping and delivery processes have worked well without any difficulties. I highly recommend YesAsia.

This is the only place where I can find the kpop music I love and it always comes right to my door in a timely manner. Love that you have all of FT Island's music. Love that it is so easy to order things. Thanks

This is my first time buying from this site in a while and I am glad that it was easy to navigate. The options are simple and clear and the fact that it was in English was awesome. I bought the new mini ep/album for Jessi and I can't wait to get it. Hope it doesn't take to long. The process was simple in ordering the merchandise. Although, I wish that it told us who we were buying from; for example was it from the YMC Entertainment company or a third party.

I've been ordering from Yesasia for yearsi think around 2008 was my first order through them. Since then, their level of customer service seems to have gone down quite dramatically.
I've only ever not received an order once and Yesasia was not able to resend, as the products had sold out. Once my order was pretty damaged, Yesasia did accept the return and send me another (the replacement cd was also damaged, but less so).

So, usually you'll get what you ordered but princes are inflated to account for "free" shipping, they don't handle their merch with much care at the warehouses. If there is a preorder bonus, I recommend buying elsewhere. Most places will give you 1 bonus per preordered album, Yesasia does 1 per order.
I may still shop from Yesasia as a last resort but they're definitely not the go-to store they used to be for me.

Had transaction with yesasia many times, quite smooth, only two times not good, first i didnt receive the parcel(be noted that there is no tracking if choosing normal delivery), instead of refund(actually not their faults), they redelivered the same items to me, so satisfied. Another time, i found a dvd not perfect(with crack but sealed), then they gave me voucher as compensation, so no complaint. Besides, all transaction were smooth, and found that yesasis is convenient, cuz i can buy korean version dvd from them without going to korea.

I was very happy with the whole process of ordering from YesAsia! I bought VIXX's Conception Ker CD/DVD and the website was very easy to manage. My purchase also qualified for free international shipping which made me very happy! I'll definitely buy from them again.

Most Comprehensive for Asian Entertainment - This is the best site for the latest Asian music, movies, and books. It's especially useful because you can do searches in English or other Asian languages. Since there is a lack of good Chinese radio and tv in the states, I often depend on sites like YesAsia for the newest releases in music and movies.

Excellent website for buying a lot of Asian Entertainment products, I used this website since I was a teenager. I hope this website can go back with selling the electronic products from Japan, Korea and China. Brand name such as Sony, Samsung and Huawei or Xiaomi.

I buy most of my kpop things from here, it always comes quickly and well packaged. The website is easy to navigate and efficient to use, overall a great experience allowing me to buy the kpop things I wouldn't have access to otherwise.

I love this site and they do sales and bonus things and it's just awesome. It's easy to navigate and use and allows international fans of Asian media (specifically kpop and jpop) to support their favourite actors and idols easier.

It's always easy for me to find what I want and you always have the items I want in stock also. I have used yesasia to order my Kpop albums for years and will continue to. I really like the free shipping. That's what keeps me coming back. Prices aren't unreasonable either.

I am not fluent in Japanese yet. I am well aware this blu ray set does not come with English subtitles. But I will have a season 2 if my life depends on it. Anime is pure. Revenge is even purer.
