I've had a couple of shopping experiences with Yesasia and they have all been very positive. I've had to return a couple of items but received the proper credit and was able to redeem it for some great unique KPOP items. I'm very glad to have found this site for all of my KPOP needs.

Had essentially no problems finding what I wanted, and prices seemed very competitive. Checkout via PayPal, which is always a bonus in my book, when dealing with sites I'm unfamiliar with.

Had been satisfied except some pre-orders not met and cancelled due to no stock. It is however still advertised for sale. Hope for more discount coupons.

I've ordered albums from this site plenty of times. Their prices are a little expensive but it; s good and even with their free shipping I usually get the order pretty soon. I'm very satisfied.

I didn't understand why you did not accept payment from my PayPal account. This had never happened before in all my purchases elsewhere. There was no explanation given.

I like this site. I feel like not many people use it when it comes to kpop albums as other sites. Over the span of a decade I havent had an unsolvable problem yet. Really appreciate the option for free delivery even if it doesn't have tracking. Although I wish there were more than one option for tracking as if for example with my recent purchase: I bought something for 55usd, the delivery fir tracking was 30usd, but I don't wanna pay 30usd for tracking and 5-7 day delivery. The free delivery estimate is about a month so I used that. I would love to see a tracking option, even if it took a month delivery also, but for a lower price. Can't remember if this was an option before but it isn't an option now and I wish it was~ if there were 3 delivery options at this point in time, I think my review would easily be a 5 star.

Can quickly find my preferred items and alternative versions of them are listed. Ordering the items smoothly processed though prices are higher than other websites.

I've only ordered once in this website and when I did I was a little scared because of all the negative reviews. The prices seem a little higher than most websites but I was going to order the Got7 Japanese album Moriagatteyo, which was $50+, so I got the free shipping. The shipping was fast and they provided me with a trackng number. Most websites that give me a tracking number that I can'tt use once the item leaves Korea, but this store isn't based on Korea. It isn't my favorite store for kpop albums but if I ever have to order a Japanese one I'll definitely use this website again. My item arrived with plenty bubble rap and on time.
