I'm more than happy to say that YesAsia has always delivered my packages safely however because of where I live it sometimes takes up to almost 1 month and a half to be delivered. But nothing can be done about that over all would recommend

This is my first time having used this Site, or really ANY other asides from Amazon. But this Site, and this one alone had the Item that I really wanted. I'm sure that if I had been willing to wait, my item would have ended up on Amazon, buuuuuut... If I'm gonna "wait" this long for something, than I might as well should go ahead and order it. And, hopefully 20~ish days from now, I can confirm my 5 star ratings.

My specific item, yotsuba was hard to find, because the manga volumes hade different names (yotsuba& and yotsubato).

Also, when entering phone number and credit card number, spaces and "+" was not allowed (small hassle).

I made a mistake of duplicating my order for one of the movie DVDs. I requested correction and refund. I received an acknowledge and the correction in about a week and my refund in about 3 weeks. I am happy and satisfied with YesAsia.

Website UI is great and easy to use, product always updated with latest and delivery is commendable in term of speed and packaging.

I didn't understand why you did not accept payment from my PayPal account. This had never happened before in all my purchases elsewhere. There was no explanation given.
