I've order few time from the yesasia.com, everytime I satisfy their service, but the previous order I got a mild damage on the box, hope yesasia.com can improve the way they pack the items, at least wrap with bubble wrap or something

Such a Great site if you are looking for calendars, posters and all other things that involve Japanese Gravure models and so many more. They also have products for others types of models and stars in the Asian countries. Definitely worth checking out and purchasing from. Prices are Very reasonable.

Selection of media ok and everything ok until you want to pay, that's the two stars it's worth. But then, when you want to check out, whether with paypal or not, some required buttons are not displayed in all browser versions, so you have to re-try and re-place your order with different browsers and versions again and again, and reload again and again, until at some point, one or the other the buttons appear and you can proceed. Unusable for everyday use. This is my experience not just once, but several times in several months. Why not just use standard, basic html which will work with any client, just like other sites manage to do?

I have bought from YesAsia many times and have had no problems. I have bought CDs, figurines, magazines and they all came in perfect condition. Once I bought a CD which was later discovered to be out of stock, but I got the amount credited to my YesAsia account with no problems, and was able to use it later for another purchase. Although some items may seem a little pricey, it's worth it for the free shipping (if you spend over 39 USD - which isn't hard) and quality service. There is also a wonderful range of products.

I placed an order for some musical CD, it was just released for a month, however they said the CD is no longer available, but the website still indicate item available to place order... so confusing. They should have update their website more often.

Product received on time with no hiccups.
They really wrap the box up really well so there will never be any damage.
Great service and I hope to do business with them again. I can see them being my #1 go to kpop source. They count their sales on all the album charts too, so don't worry about it.

I have ordered multiple times by yesasia and they never disappoint. Sometimes you have to wait for a little bit longer than on other sites, but that's not a problem if you look at the prices they offer. Yesasia is by far the cheapest option for me. The packages have never been damaged as well.

I've always had good experiences with YesAsia orders, especially their care in packaging my orders for shipping. Once in a while I've run into cases where an item couldn't be obtained from the supplier, but I haven't found anywhere with a better selection. I really appreciate this service!

Even without a mobile version, this site was easy to navigate through and quick to get through checkout. It also accepted Google autofill features without bugging, making the checkout process that much better

First site says it can ship to USA. But I go thru all checkout and it says not from this site what to continue to other. :( Waste of time. And I actually thought I'd ordered months ago. Turns out I didn't. Have to click Continue, Which is in an odd place. :(

I have been looking everywhere for the theatrical version of sukiyaki Western Django and the ordinary distributor only had the cut version. If you want Asian movies how they're supposed to be seen, this is the best place.

I love YesAsia! It's my favourite place to shop for Japanese and Korean stuff. The item information is detailed, making it easy for me to make my choice. The site is user-friendly, shipping is pretty fast and packaging is secure (bubble wrap + box). Once, my Arashi CD case was damaged (cracked), and YesAsia had no problem replacing it with a new one, so props to the customer service as well!

It didn't work (all three items carried the symbol of buy 3 reduce $3) so I reduced item quantity to two 9cut out one item that I don't really have to purchase). YesAsia suppose to do more business with me but the system hinder my purchase.

I have been ordering from YesAsia for a while now, and products arrive always well packed, in relatively short time, and without the problem of paying additional customs taxes. You can also get free shipments if you reach a certain amount of value in you buying session. I have tried other ways to get merchandise and products from East Asia, but considering all the extra expenses that you Usellus have to add to what you are buying, this site is by far the cheapest.

Website clearly said free shipping international... but I was being charged for shipping twice. I needed the books so I went ahead buying from this website. Would appreciate it if they were honest about what they posted on their website.

This site is Legit! I have bought two DVD box sets from them and I got exactly what I paid for. The box sets are original packaging, they are not fakes. I wanted the brand new box set and got exactly that. I will definitely be coming here again.

For me this is a great site to shop, since there won't be taxes inside EU. However there were more random merchandise than the actual albums from the band. Also I think the site is pretty dated and difficult to use or more like focus what to read. However it was easy bying experience, no difficulties.

YesAsia is one of the best sites i shop on they usually have cheaper prices than everyone else and I love that give free shipping. Also compared to other sites they have so much more on there site. I would definitely recommend anyone to this site.

I love korean music, but it is really difficult to buy albums because the prizes incrise a lot just because of the shipping. I am happy that I finally found a web where I can buy things with not a huge different of prize (for example, in another webs buying something that costs 20 dollars ending costing 70 just because they have to travel from a part of Asia to Spain). Also, it is really good that they give you free shipping if you buy things that cost more of 39 dollars. I am very grateful for this page and I recommend it to everyone.

It was easy to use, you guys had everything I was looking for. I wish after some amount of money shipping will be free cause I spent a lot of money and shipping was more expensive that my most expensive item, but the rest is ok.!

This is my first time purchasing from this site so I am super excited but a little concerned about product quality. I usually order kpop albums from Yesasia and I've order a lot of times with them - around 10 times at least. Yesasia prices are reasonable because of free shipping. They seem like a reputable company so they're reliable and their customer service is good if you have an issue. A con is their stuff comes really slowly to Canada, I have waited from 10 days all the way to 35 days before with the majority being around the 4 weeks (28 days) mark.
